Got what I needed and friendly service. No complaints.I order going to this location verses the one on Main St even though Main is closer as this one is much nicer.

Most of the time staff is so very helpful and very patient and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need. Sometimes younger staff needs help from senior employees but they take care of you.

Gabi helped me to determine the cause of my vehicle not starting by checking the battery, starter and alternator eliminating the good parts. Turns out it was the battery alone. She exemplifies customer service.

I went to them to have my battery tested. The gentleman had a great deal of difficulty and finally suggested I take it across the street to have it checked also advised me they wouldnt install it even if I bought it due to not being allowed.

Female employee asked if I needed help finding anything as soon as I walk in, I said no thanks im good ( I planned to browse before I picked up what I needed). Once I walked down the first aisle I heard her say something along the lines of whatever good luck I came back to the front and said, did you say something? She pointed to her phone and said she was talking to someone else. While browsing another employee asked if I needed something I ask where something was. She walked by and saying something like see I knew you need help. As long as this employee is here with an attitude I refuse to go there.

Aske to have alternator tested and was not able to due to software issue. 2015 chevy car. Employee was very helpful regardless of ability to test alternator.

Nice place in an area lacking in auto parts options. Store was very clean and well organized. Staff was very helpful attempting to assist me while I was just taking in the store in general. Selection is a bit light on some stuff but its not a big box operation. Glad I stopped in for a visit.

I only called to see if they are able to put Freon in my cars air conditioning system. Whoever answered the phone was sooooo rude and nasty for no reason yelling “DO WE HAVE WHAT?????????”. Obviously I went right next door to Valvoline and had them do it for me Instead because the man at the front was so rude. TALKE YOUR MONEY NEXT DOOR TO VALVOLINE THEY ARE SO SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL!

Found what I needed, quick and easy. Also, had to wait there a little bit for my vehicle to be towed. They were very nice about letting me stay parked there until my tow truck came. I even had a gentleman offer me water while I waited. Very nice and courteous.

I had lost the AC charge on my car and was just coming in to get a kit to recharge it. The staff at this store talked me down from the simple fifty dollar fix and convinced me that something was seriously wrong with my vehicle and to take it to a nearby auto shop.

Had to go in and buy a battery since mine died unexpectedly after work. The employees there were extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. I didnt know my battery had stuff blocking it in but the employee (I didnt catch his name) spent a good 45 minutes or more putting it in. They also went ahead and switched out my wiperblades without me even asking. I am rating 5 stars for superior customer service! Thank you so much!

Just needed oil this time but have gone to AutoZone many times in the past. Always get good service & get what I need. If the store doesnt have the part I need in stock they will check with the other stores close by if they have the part. Ive only had to wait one time for a part because none of the stores had it & they had to order the part from the warehouse which came the next day.

I commonly go here to get supplies for oil changes and such. The staff is always extremely helpful. For example I once had to replace a headlight, tried PB blaster and everything I could think of but could not get the old one out. I went back and the gentleman in the evening got it himself. They always seem to go out of their way if they can. Ill keep going here and would recommend it to anyone else.

It was busy, and there were two people working but only one knew how to work the cash register, so the wait time was longer than usual. But the two who were working did a good job of handling the situation. So if it wasnt for the longer than usual wait time I wouldve gave them 5 stars instead of 4.

AutoZone, Great place to buy your car parts ! I use AutoZone all the time .Its where I get my parts from . customers service is good . staff is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend. For sure .If you dont believe me . Go check. Them out .

Had a wonderful interaction with Rob Brookins, the commercial sales manager. He was very assistive in helping me find the right parts for my car and helping me pinpoint an issue with my vehicles brake system. Nice store, very clean, nice staff. Terrific experience. Real knowledgeable staff!!

The employees there really know what they are doing and they saved the day. I was having serious issues with my car, only to find out that it was the spark plugs causing the issue. The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in changing them out. I am eternally grateful for those two. Stress effectively managed.

Management has gone down hill with this particular location. I go to this place because its the closest store to me but in recent months I har had multiple bad experiences.First is with refunds. I understand cards are different when it comes to refunds but there needs to be exceptions when it comes to gift cards that can be used anywhere.Im now out 45 dollars and the manager I talked to had no sympathy for loosing my money at there store. Who keeps gift cards after they use them ?!?Second bad experience is what just happened, I was taking my used oil to there place and could even walk in the door without someone saying they couldnt accept used oil because their container is full... this never happens!This stores management needs to get their act together and learn how to run a business. This place has become an inconvenience and I will no longer be using this location.Be warned

The service there was great. I did not get the ladies name that helped me, but from the moment I walked in she made sure I got what I needed. I bought a wiper blade for my car and she (without me asking) when outside in 8 degree weather and put it on for me. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

I stopped by the store at 8167 E. Broad St Blacklick to return an item I purchased 2 weeks ago. It was unopened, in the original package and with the receipt. I put the receipt and the item on the counter and without even looking at the item, just glancing at the receipt the employee said in a very rude and unprofessional manner “I’m not returning that” when I asked why and explained that when I made the purchase the clerk assured me I could return it he said in the same unprofessional, demeaning tone “you need to take it back from where you got it and return it there “. Well I did and the employees at the 6445 Main St. store were friendly and very professional, couldn’t believe I was treated in such an unprofessional manner, returned the product and I was on my way in under 5 minutes. Needless to say I will not be shopping at the Broad St store ever again.

I have to say that the man there named Kenny really knows his stuff. I used to go to the one on Main St. until I noticed that Kenny moved to the East Broad St. location. I went there having air conditioning problems and right away Kenny fixed it. TWO THUMBS UP FOR KENNY If you ever have any problems with your vehicle, go to Kenny. He really knows what he is doing. He should also receive a good raise for knowing what he is doing no matter what the situation is. GOOD JOB KENNY we love you!!!!!!!
