I went to Sally’s today and they had the nerve to talk about 15 cents for a bag. Now you have to pay for a bag for the products you buy! I can pay it but I won’t and will no longer shop there.
I had the pleasure of speaking to a woman named Julie, she was completely awful and had zero customer service skills. I called her store and was inquiring on a piece of merchandise. She said she didn’t have a part for it so my mother asked her if it was possible to maybe call the other store to see if they had it in stock, she said she was unable to do so because she had other customers to attend to and then she just hangs up on us while still talking to her. Did not like my experience with her at all. If I could rate this no start I would.
When I walked in, the person at the counter did not speak. After she left the counter and started walking around, I had to say hello three times in order for her to even acknowledge what I said. ( and I was just a few feet from her). This is not the typical treatment that I receive when I walk into Sallys. I hope they train their staff to be professional and speak to customers as they walk in.
The girls there were super helpful, especially Chanel. She helped me with new products and gave great advice!
It was ok. Not as many cost friendly options for African American hair. I rather go to US Hair store down Main Street.
Arrived at this location tonight..hand written sign on the door that said be back in 10 mins..I arrived about 25 mins before closing and this sign was there..waited until after 8 which is closing time and no one ever came back..great customer service sallys Ill take my business to another location.
Good customer service!
Sunday, about noon. Saw a worker literally yell at someone else child for what seemed to be almost no real reason. Crazy
