Started 5 new lines with Verizon. Came to this location and worked with Scott. He was awesome! Was extremely knowledgeable and got me a great deal on all my phones! Id recommend this store to anyone starting service, or who already had Verizon and needs any type of assistance.

Scott helped my wife and I for two and half hours helping us activate our phones and getting my wife on my Verizon plan. He was very professional and patient, even when were having problems transferring data. But Scott resolved the issues. my wife and I are very happy with our new phones and the service we received at this Verizon.

We have been with Tmobile for 6 years, not only was there customer service bad but so was their service. Today my phone got broken accidentally and we decided to come into this store and see if we could get a new plan with Verizon & let me tell you, BEST DECISION EVER! Scott is absolutely phenomenal! He was so nice & went above and beyond to help us. He was also super efficient with getting us all set up! You cant ask for much better. Weve never been treated this well by an employee ever! He was respectful, courteous, attentive & knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond and we are so please and thankful!! Thank you, Scott!!! You deserve a huge raise in my opinion!!

Recently I was in the Reynoldsburg location after making the decision to switch my family from our current plan to Verizon. Scott helped us order our phones, ported our numbers over, and stayed two hours later than he was scheduled just to help us set everything up on our new phones. He was very patient answering all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. We had an excellent experience and hope the rest of our experience with Verizon is just as positive!

I came in to have a few issues with the phone fixed. I was unable to find answers to my questions and I went to Google still did not tell me what i needed to do to fix the problems. Shawn took a good bit of time to figure out how to correct the problems - the SD card was corrupt, I got multiple notifications with every phone call and every message. He looked over my bill and asked about all the listed devices and said to come back in when I am going to change things on my plan. He was very polite and he solved more problems than I came in for.

Had a great experience at this location! Recently had a chance to upgrade phones for the wife and I. Got to work with Scott and Jaime. They were extremely helpful and got me into great phones and a great plan that gives me the most for my money. Took time to really understand my needs and were very informative. Im 69 years old. I remember when the customer really mattered. Today was reminiscent of those days. When you actually see it, I feel it needs to be addressed. These guys deserve more than a pat on the back, the deserve a RAISE. Took the bad taste of previous stores out of my mouth and I HIGHLY recommend doing business here!
