Pre-ordered Call of Duty Vanguard Ultimate Edition on August 22. Asked the guy at least 5 times it was the Ultimate Edition. He replied that it was most definitely was and also said it was why the minimum was $10 instead of the normal $5 to preorder. When I went to pay the remaining balance was told it was just the base version and that in no way could I get the other now. The employee Karl even wanted to argue about release date and when he finally released I was right stopped to check his schedule to make sure he didnt work alone. He was absolutely no help and hon couldnt have cared less to try and fix their error.

Extremely helpful. Great location to buy items, but selling items back to them is a different story You get pennies on the dollar... but you know that walking in.

So normally this place is helpful but when I went in today to see if I could sell some dualsense controllers to replace them with one without stick drift he gave me some song and dance about how it was impossible to find the controllers anywhere.He told me he had to replace 8 of them, and he couldn’t find the 9th to replace the eighth.I later found out that the dual sense controllers are actually pretty easy to find even though the ps5 is almost impossible to get right now. It’s only been a matter of hours and I was able to buy one curbside at best buy.I’m starting to think this guy just didn’t feel like processing my controllers or maybe he was scalping controllers or something.So yeah, I might have to go to a different location next time.

Amazing, I took my 8 year old Grandson here on Wed and needless to say, he is absolutely as happy as he can be.Then brought my 4 year old grandson son on Thursday.Everyone is happy, including me!

It says open at 10AM. Waited an hour no one showed up. The place was still locked up, still closed. Called and the recording said that they were open.???

The store itself is great and the staff were extremely firendly and helpful. My only gripe is they do not price check, but that is not my complaint about this specific store but about the company in general. This is probably one of the best game stops I have been to in terms of friendly and knowledgeable staff

My son pre ordered the ultimate edition of the newest Assassin Creed. He got the days mixed up and when he went to pick it up they had already sold it. I understand they have a 48 hour policy but we never even received a phone call. When I have called other stores looking for a replacement they have all been shocked that we werent called first. Will not be purchasing from the Reynoldsburg location in the future.

As much as love video game stores unfortunately this one aint it, the only reason why I come here is because theyre one of the only stores that offer preorder bonuses, but believe if I could go somewhere else i would. Every time I walk inside the store the atmosphere is everything but welcoming, lots of times I feel like an the one whos intruding and often feel like I am bothering the employees judging by their attitudes, it almost feels like they dont want to be there. Also calling is even worse they take forever to answer and they always sound like they dont care about anything you the customer have to say. Its honestly very disappointing for a a lot of gamers including myself.

I do not come here often because I either get my games through friends who give them to me or I buy them digitally. But everytime I come in I am greeted by the staff at the counter and if I have any questions they help me and find the product I am looking for. Their pick up service is cool too I bought Pokemon Diamond for my birthday with some money I got from my dad and I went in gave my money to the staff who finished the transaction and wished me a good day. Basically I am saying they have friendly staff.

One of the best gamestop locations period, Ive been coming to this location for 15 or so years and visited dozens of locations across the country. By far, the friendliest staff and often knowledgeable. This location is always clean and well stocked. If I had to dole out a negative it would be location, the road between parking and the store can get excessively busy at popular shopping times though thats hardly their fault. Me and my kids have spent a lot of money with gamestop over the years and this location is where we prefer to visit, our experiences with trade ins and returns have consistently been positive.

My husband and I went there looking to get a game system for our son and we had no clue what was what when it came to buying a system. The sales representative was amazing!! He was able to answer all of our questions and tell us everything we needed to know about the different systems. He was extremely polite and he didnt rush us at all.I highly recommend Game Stop for all those parents who need help! Thanks Game Stop!!

I was there and able to get some Christmas shopping done. They had some pretty good sales. The whole layout was a little cluttered though but had a ton to browse through. Prices even when on sale can be a little high but certain things it is the only place to get them.

Management here is always helpful and provides service with a smile. Often have fun events for big game and console releases. Have been to dozens of game stops over the years and glad this is my local shop.

Placed an order online. Went to store to pick it up today, which is a Monday.Hours posted both online and in the window state the store opens at 10:00. I show up at 10:30 and the store is closed. I wait around in the plaza until 11:00, still no sign of any employees in the store.I already placed the order, so I guess I’ll have to go try again later. I won’t purchase from them again and may just try to cancel this online order.I’ll keep buying my games through the o line stores on my console. I suggest you do the same.

Ive seen several negative reviews, especially on Yahoo so I wanted to leave my own impressions. This store has some of the friendliest staff at any Ive been to. They know what theyre talking about and are always willing to help. They have a good amount of stock and a lot of collectibles for a non half and half store (or whatever its called). My only complaint is that sometimes the PS3/360 shelf is a little disorganized from people putting stuff back in the wrong place. I know last gen games are a low priority, but I still like going back and playing games I missed so it would be nice if I knew near 100% of the time I went over there it would be really close to correct order.

These guys just wanna take your money and run. I bought a brand new Xbox with game and remote. A new headset. And Xbox gold for 3 months for the price they wanted for an Xbox one. Won’t be headed that way any time soon.

Of all the Gamestop stores I have visited, this one is generally the most well organized of the lot. It is easy to find everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is also the perfect sized store. Not so large that it takes forever to find anything and not too small so it never feels super crowded like some of the mall stores.

Got some crazy good deal for Black Friday. Picked up 3 bran new games for under $100 after taxes is a great deal.

Have shopped at this location for the last decade. Employee turnover is not to bad, and employees that stay on are the friendly and knowledgeable ones. Store follows the franchise size footprint so it is a smaller space with systems, games, toys, collectables and soft goods.

I understand policy on purchasing used products. Totally okay with the fact you aren’t able to buy our used product. Just because you are speaking to an 8 year old child doesn’t mean you don’t use a little bit of customer service and that you get to speak to them like they are beneith you. Acting like they are an inconvenience because you actually have to help someone in the store. My son was treated this way both days we went which was why I felt the need to share. Will do my best to not shop here in the future.

Beware this places return policy. If you buy NEW and return with in there 7 day return policy they will tell you no if it’s opened. They don’t have a return policy posted so there’s no way of knowing this. I specifically asked Tessa what the return policy was and she said “ you can and return for any reason with in 7 days and you can return it if it breaks with in 30 days.” So I atempted to bring it back becaue I don’t have time to play it. I had it for 5 days and played it for a hour. I would’ve never purchased my Xbox one here had I know the return policy. I would’ve went to Walmart where it’s the SAME EXACT PRICE and I can return it opened and in box with my receipt. And as Surprising as it sounds WAY BETTER customer service. I told the man standing at the counter I was going to post review and he shrugged and said “I don’t care.” The guy said that the return policy is on the back of the receipt and it is but it does specify a single thing! Just says “merchandise purchased on promotional discounts may be subject to additional return restrictions.” Says nothing about if opened you can’t return it. Would’ve been nice is Tessa had been up front and completely honest about the return policy when I asked her instead of just being worried about making a sale..

I bought a PS4 controller on Black Friday for $38.99. I thought I would mix it up a bit and get a gold controller since we currently have all black ones. When I got home, my wife immediately told me that my son would not like it and that I should exchange it for a black one. I went back to the store yesterday to make the exchange. The young clerk explained that he could not make an exchange because I bought the controller when they were $38.99 and they are now $64.99 and therefore I would owe another $20.00. I am not sure how he arrived at $20.00, must be that new math I keep hearing about. I asked him what was the difference between the gold controller in my hand and the other gold and camo and black controllers he has hanging on the wall. His answer was that they are priced at $64.99 and mine is only $38.99.Realizing my audience, I told him that he could take the $64.99 tag off of a black controller and put it over the $38.99 tag on my controller and everybody would be fine. He didnt understand. I said you have an asset that sells for whatever your current price sticker says. Nobody has to know I paid $38.99 two weeks ago. He didnt understand. By now a gentleman with a little more age on him had wandered over to see what was holding up the line. He said he was the manager so I brought him quickly up to speed. He also agreed that the store would lose money on this EVEN exchange.I realized that there was no reasoning with these folks. I explained that I would just take my money back and that I would walk up the street to Walmart or BestBuy or maybe even order from Amazon. I also mentioned that I was going to write this review and even told them that I could mention them by name if they wanted. The younger clerk defiantly provided his full name. As a father, I am embarrassed for the parents of this young man. Surely they raised him with more common sense than he has displayed and as such he will remain anonymous. When it was all said and done, I ordered the controller from Amazon because they take care of their customers and will eventually put poorly run businesses like Gamestop into bankruptcy.For what its worth, I did call their 800 number. The CSR agreed that the store was wrong, but admitted that she had no control over the local stores decision. Save yourself the aggravation, shop somewhere else for your gaming needs.

Put game cases on shelf to make look full. constantly being told they dont have copies of the games they are selling. Advising that the store 30 minutes out of the way has it.

Had two employees at the checkout counter, only one employee was actually cashing out customers. The line was quite long and when I finally was ready to make my purchase they did not have any of the games I picked up to purchase, even though there was 2 in stock on their inventory and website. The employee said, We keep atleast 1 copy of current games in our inventory just to show we sell it. Then went on saying you could drive 40 minutes to another gamestop that could possibly have it. Was not satisfied with their employees or the services provided.

Most employees are great but the management and one employee are jerks. Any time I trade in games or consoles they give me hard times. Acting like they have no interest in helping. Guy spent 10 mins today checking to make sure ps3 worked it was evident it worked in the 1st 2 mins. But he kept looking at and sizing up the HDMI cable was lose connection. Lazy millennials.Also would give credit for a game cause no case.

Went here and have had mixed experience. If you ask questions you get treated like your stupid. Like when is Xxxxx coming out. They dont care, read the paper on the counter. Have you played xxxxx, just get basic looks like fun answer. Best experience is when I know what I want and they always have it in stock. Thats why 3 stars, I only have to go to one store to get my games.
