Sara assisted me with packaging & shipping a mobile phone to be repaired. She was very helpful & friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Shes a full time college student and only works Fri-Sun if you want to catch her. She handled everything simply by looking at instructions my phone, and even reminded me to fill out paperwork that needed to go in the package.Additionally, the store is exceptionally clean and well stocked with several self-service kiosks for print orders. This is just an all-around great print shop & shipping location.
Hours online and on the door clearly show that this location opens at 9 a.m. Today the manager rolls in around 9:20 a.m. then locks the door behind him. Several customers tried to enter but the doors remained locked as of 9:45. At this point I gave up and drove to the Broad St location. Waste of my time. Better service at the Broad St location.
This FEDEX is literally the worst! I usually drive 20 minutes to the other FEDEX on east broad but because this location is closer to my home sometimes I just give in and I LITERALLY REGRET IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I LITERALLY HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE ATLEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE I AM EVEN HELPED. Then the MANAGER (DEREK) IS JUST THE WORST! His customer services skills are in the trash and he really needs to learn how to treat customers. The drivers literally have more customer service skills than this man. If your looking for people that enjoy their job and make your day brighter by just simply doing their job do not go here!
I was very impressed by Rick who helped assist me. I was shipping a small piece of furniture. I couldn’t find the right size box. Rick helped me and he also packed it for me. He made sure it was safe in the box with packing paper. He is a very nice man who cared! I thanked him! We need more workers like Rick! I was very impressed by his customer service.
I have had to ship a laptop from Ohio to Seattle now three times. Ive used UPS because its 5 minutes from my house. But. The service has not been grest. I paid a lot of money for overnight shipping that wasnt even guaranteed. This time I switched tsctics. I drove 20 minutes further to use FedEx. Totally. Worth it. Leaps & bounds better Customer Service.
Great customer service! Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! If you dont live near this location the drive and the wait time will pay off. I give them five stars plus!!!
Your mileage may vary with any shipping center at any location, regardless of the carrier. Unfortunate, but it is what it is. Fortunately though, Ive been here several times and every single time the employees were always extremely friendly and helpful. No issues at all and Ill continue to stop by. :)
Took a 112lb package to FedEx that was a return to sender. Associates didn’t even help open the door and I carried wheeled the package in. Associate scanned the return label printed me a receipt two days later the package was redelivered to my front. Called store and FedEx customer service they stated they couldn’t come back and get the package I would have to bring the package back to the store... went to the store to return another package that has a FedEx label. FedEx printed the label and gave the package back to me stating they could not scan the barcode. Sounds like a printer issue not my issue. Would not recommend this store
I sent an item with them on Wednesday May 26 and was told it would get to the destination on Thursday May 27. Today is Tuesday June 1 and the package has still not been delivered. Never again
Came in today and customer service was subpar, their Dropbox doesn’t not work on their devices. You’d think they would have a sign up saying that so you don’t waste your time trying to print that way. I always use fedex to print thing and this one is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Last time I had trouble printing at one of their facilities one of the team members just had me email him my documents and he printed them up front for me. This time at this location once I explained what was going on to a team member they basically just shrugged and told me there is nothing they could do, waste of my time. Guess it’s my fault for not owning a printer
Just had the worst experience at this store. I am currently 9 months pregnant stopped in to mail a package. There was one employee in the store. I was in line with two people ahead of me. When it was my turn, employee Jimmy told me his computer and cash register completely shuts down at 6pm and he could not help me. Even with me being in store waiting in line prior to closing. Horrible customer service. Terrible experience.
Im usually just dropping off boxes already labeled from home..Ive always gotten fast and friendly professional service and Im in and out within minutes.
They are supposed to open at 8am. Myself and 3 other people patiently wait for the employees to stop chatting out front untill 8:34 when they promptly put out a sign stating seniors only untill 10am... never again.
Horrible service!!! It’s 9:55am and the associate wouldn’t let me fax THERE WERE NO ELDERLY CUSTOMERS PRESENT! I’m going to get her name. I feel that was NOT good service because she put me in danger by making me wait & possibly be exposed. Duh! 🙄
I know everyone has different experiences - mine was great. They are doing many things at once and doing it competently.
Avoid at all costs go to the main hub in Columbus.As others have posted tried to charge me to rebox a item that was previously damaged and was being returned prepaid to the manufacturer. It was also labeled damaged in the info section. I refused to pay it and left the store and went to the main hub here in Columbus. Told the guy behind the counter what had happened he said that was ridiculously they would never charge or ask to rebox a prepaid damaged item back to the manufacturer granted the box wasn’t falling apart which it was not.
About five years ago they had great service, quick and helpful. However, things have been on a steady decline since. I keep trying to go back when I need something done quickly but can barely ever get the help that I need. It seems that I either run into a situation where they complain about doing a particular job or The turnaround time is so slow that its just easier to drive someplace else.
This was a horrible experience that in the end resolved nothing for me. Attempted to do Print & Go on both machines and it failed to print both times (but sure had no problem charging me). The one person working kept assisting customers who had just walked in while having me email the document over. When this was finally checked on they were having problems getting things working on their computer.45 minutes later and Im waiting on a refund for my absolutely wasted time. Absolutely terrible experience and service, avoid this location like a case of the plague.
Super friendly customer service. Jimmy was the guy at the counter, and he was exceedingly friendly and helpful! Ill definitely return here again for my postage needs!!!
Great service every time Ive been there, they saved me a bunch of money last Christmas. I wish they were open earlier, but it is what it is.
I used this location to ship some electronics. The lady behind the counter was great, I had her box and pack my item. She priced me several options and made sure it was secure.
Extremely rude customer service! The last thing anyone wants is to be rudely lectured on what you should have done when paying outrageous fees to ship a package. He felt it was appropriate to tell me I should have just paid the extra when ordering online to have it gift wrapped and shipped directly to the recipient. Well just because I used an Amazon box to ship doesnt mean I bought what was being shipped online!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEYLL TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR EXTRA PACKING YOU DONT NEED, AND GOODNESS FORBID YOU NEED TO USE THEIR PHONE WHILE YOURE THERE. THEY WONT LET YOU USE THE PHONE AT ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I heard the manager one day coaching his employees on how to get the most money possible for the store at this location.
To the latino gentlemen who works closing shift on 4/17/19 learn how to do your job.You dont charge random accessorial charges because you feel like it. You forced a customer to cover a $10 bubblewrap and fragile/ inspection fee insisting it was mandatory, the items shipped were in protective cases.... Your job is to help people, not nickel and dime them. You took advantage of the person looking to get an item out before close on the most economical option because you sensed an opportunity...You also send it a service level above what was requested. That is the type of behavior that loses you customers and should lose you your job. I ran a quick quote on your site it was half the cost, unreal...Avoid this Fedex station let it fall by the wayside like the rest of the strip mall.

I was there today sending a package to Holland and nice lady was helping me but I think she was new so she was asking the girl next to her may be she was the manger but she dont know how to talk she was very rude to her . her tone was unprofessional and she was rude to every customer that walks up to her. when the girl was helping me she said to her you know she needs to fill out her paper so you can help the next customer if she had a problem with her she needs to talk to her in the back she thinks she knows everything and putting the other girl down I will never come to that place again, I dont want to see her she dont have a customer service experience at all may be she belongs somewhere else .
I went in today to fax 10 pages. It was $16.00 no biggie thats the price. However when i called the person i had sent the fax to rhey said they were all un-usable and needed to be resent. I called the store within 30min of the original fax being sent to see if i would be charged for re-submitting the form. I understand if you want me to pay again. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something they would do since it wasnt my fault they came though unclear. I was met with very rude man on the other end who had no interest in talking to me.At least try to be nice while your charging people double.
Stopped by today and received great service even with them being very busy.
I think this is the slowest FedEx I ever in. Please avoid this if you are in a rush. Minimum wait was 30 minutes and maximum wait I had was 1 hour

Ive attempted to use various services here the print and go does not work with the cloud and email take a day. The fax machine overcharged yoi and eats your papers. Their package handling was poor. Employees are not helpful and dont care if you are a custocus or not.
Don’t expect to get in and out in a timely fashion. Why is there always just one employee working?

Every time I go to this store they try to make me buy stuff to ship out my packages. So annoying. The woman was trying to think of a reason from the get go to not be able to send my package out. I refuse to buy anything else here.
