These guys do great printing work for me.I do all my printing here.Just got some more work done for our church.I really like the supervisor of the printing department. She gives great service

The store was short staffed when I was there, only a few employees and only one available to customers. After a short wait he helped us find what we were looking for but couldnt give us much information or recommendations on a back up hard drive. We selected a Western Digital My Passport because of its size (5TB), price and it indicated it comes with backup software. It was out of stock so the guy ordered it for us and we got our items a few days later. I am taking the hard drive back. It doesnt come with back up software, the doc (which you have to access online only) says that was discontinued a year ago but you can download this other product for free and use it. Looking at the doc for that, you get a 5 year license to use it for free. I stopped there, not what I want. I also found a lot of complaints and inquiries from others about issues with the drive not working, most indicating the issue as randomly occurring. Dont want that either. Not the fault of the sales person who helped us, but seems OfficeMax/ Office Depot would not want to carry a product with such a bad reputation as I saw with this. Yep, taking it back and researching more for what I need.

The delivery man refused to bring the desk and hutch up to my front door. As I’m standing there holding the door and he’s dumping it against my garage door. He said he is placing it there so I could bring it into the garage. I told him why since it’s going to go into the room by the front door. Completely ignored me grabs the second box which is damaged/smashed and I can see the wood from the desk exposed. Looks at me when I questioned it and tells me he can’t clear getting that up there. Not true it’s open and the box isn’t 10’ wide! If he can’t clear it how would I? Third box again placed against the others. Called 800 useless all they could do was document my complaint against the courier. Complaint # 17944100. Called the store spoke to store manager Chris, he could only document the complaint. Told him to have them come pick up the item and refund my money. The product is where their delivery driver left it and it’s on them to secure it. That I don’t need their products and clearly they don’t care about my business. Have several pictures I took of the delivery driver the trash he left on the road that I cleaned up along with the names and addresses of the others who got deliveries today from them.

Waited 45min to be helped, only to be told, we cant help you. The person ahead of us had 5 samples printed without us even being acknowledging. I want to give 0 stars. Thank goodness the trainee tried to help us but the message wasnt relayed to the specialist. Honestly want something for my time, especially since we couldnt be helped after waiting all that time. Your company just lost a customer for life. Much Love.

I sent my study material yesterday for online grad work and was told it would be ready the next day by 2pm. I just called and the rep said it wasnt printed and wouldnt be for hours bc they have a large order running. I explained that should not be a problem if i sent it yesterday. She said bc it was marked completed and deleted but not actually done, it cant be started now. Soooo I dont have my material to start final essays, now Im looking for another vendor. Office Max is not getting anymore business from me, they are not reliable.Update: Im omw to Staples, they answered quickly and said to come on! They will get it done for me.

Outstanding service! It was nice for a change to walk into a store and have someone there to ask you for help and help you right away. A timesaver for me as Im very busy. Ill be back again soon to spend more time. Kudos to the team working there this evening!🙂

I love this location of OfficeMax. The staff is always so helpful and polite. I have been using this location since moving into the area. I use to run to Staples all the time for everything, but after my first visit to this store, i was totally hooked! Great service and staff!

I would like to thank Landon for his excellent customer services I received last week. Landon went above and beyond his call of duty to help fix my computer. Landon was very patient with me, explaining why my computer was not working. Landon apologized several times for keeping the computer several days and explained what was happening to my computer. I explained to Landon that I was not in any rush and to take his time repairing my computer. Landon kept me updated on the status of what was going on with my computer via phone calls, until it was repaired and ready for pick up. Landon was very knowledgeable in computers and told me what I needed such as a replacement battery. Landon informed me that I would have to keep my laptop plugged up until I can get a replacement battery. Landon, you are a model employee and I wished every employee is as friendly and helpful as you were the day I came into the store. Landon I wish you the best. Thank you J. Davis

Good service and they usually have whatever you would need. I rarely need to go anywhere else for something along the lines of writing materials, ink even for the photo printer or any general office supplies.

The people here are always nice and very helpful. I am not sure how they stay open. They is hardly ever anyone in the store.

I cannot say enough great things about this store. Ever since they opened I bought ever computer I ever owned from them. Until 6 months ago I went to Best Buy (more like WORST Buy). Best Buy told me not to buy anti-virus on hp window 8, because it did not need it. Well what a disaster that was. My computer crashed with a TON of viruses and malware which disconnected me from the internet. OfficeMax helped me get access and control over my computer to be able to install my anti-virus, but my wireless speed connection was not good. They recommended that I get my hardware checked with Best Buy since I bought the computer there. Well Best Buy wanted me to purchase their Geek Squad for $400, and back up my computer for another $150, then if that did not work then they could send my computer to HP for a replacement. I told them I would get back to them. I called OfficeMax back and they told me that they would back up my computer and do the master reset for free if I brought it back. He suggested and even gave me the phone number to call HP directly to see if there was a scan that they could do. Sure enough OfficeMax had the best advice and saved me the most money. HP was able to find that my wireless connection inside my computer needed updated. So far so good. I am up and running again without sending my computer away to anywhere. I would recommend getting an honest company like OfficeMax to help you with your pc problems. I will never ever go to Best Buy ever again. I will continue to purchase my computers from OfficeMax from now on.

Staff is friendly and helpful but always missing products

Friendly staff with the largest selection of office supplies and products to choose from. The print station could be a little better manage, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Store was dark in some sections but you can usually find anything you want there. I like ordering online and picking up.
