This review is easy. We have been using Sherwin-Williams paints for decades. Excellent paints with outstanding durability. So this choice was easy - just go get two cans of the best available paint. Plus, for four days the paint is 40 percent off. An unbeatable combination. Service was quick and efficient, staff was friendly, and the location was easy to get to. You will love the paint, the customer service, and how it looks on your house.

Great paint! Quality etc. However, this location management needs retrain its employee. Was here for over 20 Minutes waiting by the Cashier. Two employee working on a contractor order (huge order by the way). Understandable that they were busy. However, neither of the acknowledge me. A simple, hey we are working on this as soon we get done will help you, feel free to look around would have helped a lot. Highly disappointed .. There was another gentleman there too that was not acknowledge and left as well. I hope this location understand that local homeowners also count not just contractors.

Very good paint, very nice lady who waited on all 10 of us she kept up very well.

Took a sample of a finished wood and wanted a stain to match. The first batch I picked up didnt look right, but I took it home and tried it. It was way off. Took it back and they were going to make another one. Instead of starting over (because the stain had too much black), they tried to tweak it. Two weeks later, still wrong. I could get a closer stain match off the shelf from my hardware store for $5.

The workers in the store are always available to answer all of my questions. The employees have a good knowledge of the products and about painting. I feel I can trust their opinion and advice on whatever I need. Camille was the employee who assisted me in everything I needed.

Ashley and her staff do a fine job and they are so good at remembering names. It really adds a personal touch to their service. I am very pleased that I made this location the new home for my account. I highly reccomend this store. Sometimes they are busy and it takes a little time to get service, but well worth the wait!

Lower price.75-80 dollars for a gallon of paint when Valspar or Behr paint is so much cheaper and just as good if not better.I went to your store on Broad st. in Cols. Ohio and they didnt have enough of the paint i wanted.They checked inventory at store in Reynoldsburg and said they had 13 gals.I went there and they had three.I have to go back Thursday for more.I asked if i bought five single gallons would i get the five gallon bucket price.They said yes but looked at the price i paid and they didnt give it to me.They said they miss understood the question.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

The guy how helped me was rid and bad mouthed the other employees to another employee and didn’t put the lid on the paint and it spilled on the front seat of someone’s car, and blamed the customer for it.
