Horrible customer service on 01/08/2019 at 6:15pm I had one of your associates curse at me and literally told me to F Off what kind of people do you have working here. I’ll never waste my good money here at this establishment again and I will be calling corporate to make sure this franchise has the employee cited for poor customer service skills.

This place had 7 men inside together all without mask. Not a single employer said anything to them. Me and several other guest at this location were so shocked to see the employees just allow it

Wonderful customer service

This is one of the worst gas stations Ive ever been too. As you pump your gas, it shouts obnoxious commercials at you so loud you cant even think properly. I would recommend that anyone who is a normal human being and just wants to pump gas without being yelled at by the filthiest advertisers that hell has created should avoid this gas station like the plague. Also, the gas here was ~30 cents a gallon more expensive than the place near where I live. It was an emergency when I went here and after listening to the incessant screaming coming from the pumps display, I only pumped one gallon and then left to go to a better gas station.

I really like this gas station/convenience store/car wash. You can pay $15 a month for unlimited car washes which is great. However, if you have any issues with the monthly pass, dont expect any of the staff to he trained to fix it, they have to get the manager to do it. And thats if hes even at the store. I knocked the 5 star due to untrained staff. The dryers on the wash dont dry very well so the staff have towels to dry your car on the way out, but they do a pretty good job. The store itself is very clean and organized. Gas prices are too high for me here so I go to Arco, but I live so close that I visit the store more often because its a lot nicer than Arco. Its really nice that the gas pumps are lit very brightly at night. This is a very nice station.

I’ve had a monthly subscription to the car wash for almost a year now. This will be the last month that I waste my money here. Not only did they change their rates, the service has gone downhill tremendously. The employees don’t take pride in their work apparently and even when they’re not busy they do a poor job. Of course if you ask for a manager there’s never one on site. I used to recommend these guys to everyone I knew but no longer. If I have to dry my truck myself then I might as well patronize the am/pm a block away and not have to deal with poor attitudes and shoddy work. Very disappointed.

Very Clean and safe gas station next to Fast Car Wash

Always a problem with the morning staff! They stand around gossiping and get an attitude when you interrupt them to do their jobs. Prices always ring up different than marked and they want you to pay the highest price. Poor customer service is an understatement however if you want to know the latest gossip about Leti and Sleepy youve found the perfect place!

$1.69 for a drink refill is excessive. They are 99 cents at 7-eleven and 95 cents at circle K

Nice clean restroom and friendly service

I enjoy this station, clean bathrooms, the media at the pump gets me the morning traffic and sports updates, so much safer than using your phone while you pump gas to check facebook !!!

Its too bad the only competition is an Arco, but the prices are higher because its also a wealthier part of the city. Its a little cheaper if you pay with cash. Chevron with Techron is worth the expense because its cleaner & last longer.The car wash is a separate business, but its sharing the rent bill with the gas station. I wish it would be open to at least 7pm. Its a car wash tunnel, but there is an employee in the beginning of the tunnel telling drivers to close their windows & put the vehicle in neutral so it can be pulled by the machine. At the end of the tunnel, the other employee uses microfiber towels to clean any part missed by the machine. Their are also vacuums which are free to use.Its well lit at night inside the parking lot. Its busy during weekends & commute times.Be careful at the intersection of S. Highland Ave/Easton St & Riverside Ave. Riverside Ave is the main north-south thoroughfare in the city of Rialto. There is always traffic & the freeway entrance lanes can be confused with the regular street lanes. Because of this, there are No Right Turn on Red signs.

Terrible customer service. Employees talking to themselves in spanish. Didnt say hi. Had a ln attitude like i was bothering her. I wont be coming here ever again
