The service at this pharmacy has gone down hill. It appear that there’s a new pharmacist with a new “assistant “ if you can call her that. She’s rude and has poor customer service. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they make you call to verify your own benefits and get the pharmacy approval codes! What is her purpose then???Won’t be doing business at this pharmacy anymore after having gone there for years.

I wish I can give 0 stars. I set an alarm for when i need to take my medication (3 times a day). As of today I should have 14 pills leftover to take (per the bottles information, there should be 21 pills total). After counting them, I have 18 remaining. There are 4 ADDITIONAL PILLS THAT I DONT NEED TO TAKE. I don’t know if the pharmacist was having a bad day, was tired, not paying attention, whatever the case may be. They gave me the wrong amount of pills. You learn to count in elementary. I don’t understand how you can be that negligent where you give me 4 EXTRA PILLS.

Pharmacy has no idea what’s going on! First they lost my prescription and then when they finally found it I had to wait for a second person to come back from lunch for them to release it . GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

My fiance and I would like to take the time out of our day to thank Sebastian for his five star customer service yesterday 6/30/18 6:56pm he was the only one on the cash register checkout line and the only one working the ready to serve ice cream section in the store you know that feeling when youre having a really crummy day and youre walking along in some neighborhood or wherever and you look up and someone Just Smiles at you and it turns your day around and you just have a good day after that thats what Sebastian did for me he answered all of our questions we had about the pool and served us great ice cream and had a very contagious overall great personality keep up the great work Sebastian once again thank you

This rite-aid is nice when you need something quick without having to go to a target or Wal-Mart. However its very dirty and unorganized. I like the pharmacy here and the employees are nice. Yet it takes a long time to get the ice cream. And after they serve it to you, they tell you to go to the regular line and youll have to wait even longer to get it out to your car. Which is very inconvenient as itll start melting away in your hands.

I go to planet fitness and I stop in there after, every time I’m there staff is the best especially Maria she’s fantastic😎

Always pick up my moms medications from here and the staff is super welcoming and always ready to help!

The only reason this store is still in business is because its the only general store in the vicinity. We needed a Walmart or Target up here but we got a planet fitness instead! If a better store would have replaced Ralphs this store wouldnt be necessary.I came in to buy liquor today and its locked so you have to ask for help. I was told by the supervisor theres only 2 of us up here now, well be back there when were free. I only waited for 5 minutes and left... Ill drive to Costco and get more for my money.Thank you, Carol, for being the worst supervisor at rite aid Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
