Would give 0 stars if possible.2nd time to this location and they couldnt find me in there system? Wouldnt work with me to help look up my account and this was after I tried to place a curbside pick up order via text AND email with no response.No customer service and not nice.Sucks that I have to come back because yall are the only ones that carry the color line.

This store location is by far the best! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about all products. I come here quite often for my fiancé when she’s needs help getting supplies. Keep in mind. I have 0% knowledge about hair. Every time I come here for her, I give them a list of items. They go completely out of their way (even when busy) to just ask for the list, and physically go get the items for me. If it wasn’t for the them! I would literally come out of that store every time with the wrong items.Thank you so much for all you guys do and all of your hard work.

Love this store and their employees, they are so nice and always willing to help with what I need, i live further out and i am willing to make the drive to this store because their customer service is beyond amazing!!! The store is always clean and organized and always in stock with what I need!!! I always look forward to going to this location to see them!!! Parking is also great, i never have to wait for a spot or park far, i also love their curbside they are really the best!!!

I give this store a 5 star rating due to extreme that these girls go through for us customers. Everyone is so helpful there, very nice and their customer service is excellent. I been to other locations and they are not nearly as friendly as this team. I will continue to shop there!!!

In store customer service is none exsistent. Just moved here from outta state and had never heard of the store before. Probably wont be back honestly. I had 100% better customer care at Rda promart.

This location is amazing !! By far probably my favorite it’s very well organized and clean and over all the staff is great, Yulissa and Jazmin are very helpful and provide a friendly environment that makes me feel very welcomed !!! Would definitely recommend stylists to visit them if you need beauty or salon products they got it all.

Love this place, wella, paul Mitchell, Viral shampoo/conditioner, now Moroccan oil. Also, there was a review saying private members only, not open to public. That is true, it is for PROFESSIONAL cosmetologists only. We pay a lot of money for our education, so we get the benefit of discounted professional products!

After an unpleasant first visit I came back and met the store manager. She was very sweet and apologetic and assured me that was not the kind of experience to expect when I come there. The inside is beautiful and clean, and Ill definitely come back to see what new things they have in the future!

Worst service ever!! I went there to get shampoo and conditioner for my shop. They told me to pre-order because they dont have gallon size at their store, and I have to wait a couple days for the shipment. I waited almost 2 weeks and nobody called, so I called and asked. The sale associate told me they still dont have it and said I can come back for a refund. This is totally BS and wasting so much time.
