I had a great experience in this Sallys. The ladies that work there were friendly and knowledgable. I am giving a one star because when it came time for me to Leave the store with my 5 items, I had to carry them in my hand as if I stole them. The cashier asked if I wanted to purchase a bag for 15 cents, I told her no I will take a regular bag. She said we dont have any and your options are to Carrier the items in your hand like a common criminal or purchase one for 15 cents. Dear Mr. Or Mrs. Sally when I come in your store and spend my hard working cash I do expect to be treated with respect and like a paying customer and that include a bag for my item.

Of all the patrons in the store...The store manager made it visibly known that she only choose to give Me her undivided attention. Luckily, I really needed to get back home to finish my hair. I look forward to going back and take my time picking up and putting down every product to really give her something to watch. Will surely record my encounter.

I called this store inquiring for a product, Tara the manager claimed she couldnt understand me, I know I do have an accent, but I had call 3 more stores before this one and everybody else understood me, I am calling their corporate office too.

Get personalized help at wholesale prices! I love this place 11 selections, the quality, and The Smiling Faces that love their job. Its a much more pleasant experience than going into a huge makeup store but you can get lost in. Find what you need love what you buy at Sallys! PS great selection of nail products!

Completely ignored by sales person, doors locked, got there by 6:30, open according to website. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! SO RUDE!!

Have been here twice in the last couple of weeks and witnessed the poor girl at the cash register get yelled at by some short haired female employee who appeared to be on a power trip simply because this girl wanted to be called her middle name instead of whatever theyd been calling her since she started working there. Extremely unprofessional of the other employee- Im not sure if she was a manager or what but how hard is it to just call someone the name they want to go by? Get over yourself.The girl at the cash register (Elizabeth) was really nice, I liked her.

Whenever I go to this store they make me feel like a thief as if I wanted to steal something. Im just going to buy but there is a lady with long blond hair. She always walks behind me. I buy that it is very unpleasant to be behind you as if you were a person k steals when the only thing you do is come to buy your items definitely do not recommend this store the manager is very nervous to all see them with the face of thieves

They were super helpful with helping get an idea for what I was looking for, and patient too. They seem like really nice people, and ill definitely be back.

Been coming here for years, today just tried to return something (I guess Ive never returned anything here) and was told I needed an account. Its company policy. So ok Ill create an account...but it says my email is invalid...so of course I cant return a 4 dollar item. Then was told to use someone elses email to creat my account...ya ok lady. How ridiculous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Sally’s. I was there for 30 minutes and I was never asked if I needed any help. I’m finding a new Sally’s to go to because I refuse to do business at that one. No one go there.
