I originally spoke to Cameron over the phone. We worked out several issues about trade-ins an the to be purchased vehicle. At the end of the call we had a gentlemans agreement that he honored when I arrived (later put into contract). Everyone was helpful and my car buying experience was great. Went to this place and purchased a Mercedes S550 from them and had the worst experience ever.They gave my daughter one price and gave the bank a more higher prices than the car was listed for. She couldn’t get any paper work because they told her only the bank can provide her with those documents. They told her they are not able to tell her how much her monthly payment is or what her term is. Later she contacted the bank and come to find out they charged her $4,000 more than the actual price. So we went back on there website to look at the listing of the car.... it was removed, But all the other cars that were sold are listed as SOLD so what happened to the car We purchased....We went back to the dealership and spoke to TONY the owner who sold us the car and asked what happened why is the car $4000 higher he stated the bank charged you acceptance fee, what the hell is that so of course we contacted the bank and asked about that fee they stated there is no such thing 🤷🏽‍♀️ sooooo, of course the bank lady tells us to take legal actions towards them, of course we are. Then she tells us the cash price of the car is 21,000 and we are looking like that is not possible..... because the price listed on the website is way cheaper than that. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!

Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!I was sold a car with four major oil leaks and tires that would not pass state inspection. The owner told me that I should have had the car checked out prior to purchase. As if he is not culpable for selling me a product that was in less than a reasonable condition. I asked to return the car and was told that he would not allow that. He said he would help repair the car, he could get me a wholesale repair price. I took the car to the suggested repair shop and received poor service. I had to return the car multiple times AND the leaks were still there!!! The owner blamed his not being able to help me on profit...I told him that if he would take care of his customers correctly he would have so much money he wouldnt know what to do with it! I guess we know who matters most to him. Ultimately, I took an $8000 bath on a car I owned for 5 months. I will never recover that money. He doesnt deserve your business. Buyer beware!

Visited this location to test drive a G37 and overall had a bad experience.The showroom is impressive, all cars are kept inside their building and kept clean. the specific car I was interested in had scratches/dings/bad tint from previous years of use but the salesman, Ryan, assured me this could be fixed before final sale. Great.When it came to talk price he wasnt willing to negotiate, despite both of us finding out the carfax showed damages to the vehicle. Thats fine.Heres how the company lost my business now and for the future - I wasnt interested in making a purchase the day of the test drive but Ryan asked if he could check my credit score to see what kind of financing they could offer. I know there are two types of credit check inquires; hard inquiries which dings and hurts your credit score and soft inquires which dont hurt your credit score.I made it very clear I was not interested in having my credit checked because it would count as a hard check and ding my credit score. Ryan assured me that it would be a soft check and it would not show up on my credit. After 5 min of persuasion from Ryan and myself expressing I was not willing to get my credit checked if it would hurt my credit score, I filled out the credit form. Was told this would in no way hurt my credit score.The next day I get a notice from Credit Karma that a hard inquiry has been made from Dallas Pre-Owned Auto Group. Outraged, I contacted Ryan about this to which he replied, Its because we contacted the bank, it will resolve itself within 30 days. After a month of waiting and nothing changing via credit karma, I contacted Ryan again to follow up and got no response from him. I should have known better that when a used car dealer runs a credit check it will not count as a soft inquiry regardless of what is said by the salesman.A company, especially a used car company, that directly misleads its potential customers for the sake of a sale is not a company I am willing to do business with.

They gave me a car and it continuously broke down on me on the highway. And they didnt care and they are very rude. They are nice at first just to make the deal once the deal is closed that is it. So, in time your car will break down and you cant get out of it - you will be just screwed. Dont do business with them or you will regret it. My car I have through them - sucks!!! Im stuck with a car note and as of right now the car has broken down again and dont work!!

What a shady place .If you want to build your credit, or just get a new car, this is NOT the place . The will lie their way through it then when you speak to the bank, its a different story all together.Had my car for less than 2 weeks, bumper came off, they wouldnt fix it, since its never happened before . Then turned around and took the car away . When I spoke about the situation obviously i was in the wrong, even when I fought the argument about It. I highly advise to stay away from them God knows what will happen to you .. you have been warned.

My best friend purchase a BMW from here in March and ever since she purchased the car she been having problems. She had to give the car back within the first week. Ive had to take her out to the car place at least three times and that was every week for three weeks in a row. Every time she go to pick up the car they say its fixed and then its another problem. I havent even purchased from there but from her experienced I wouldnt dare go to them. Its seems like when they fix one thing something else is wrong with the car. Worst experienced ever for her and she was a 1st time car buyer!!!

Make promises they do not keep. They tell you what you want to hear. I was told that because of only having one key with a chip I would receive a $250 credit card in the mail to help off set the cost of the extra key that will cost $400 to make. I got the run around from Jesse who stopped returning my texts and would not answer my phone calls. Will not give them my business again.

Worst experience ever..bought a Porsche 911.with problems from get go..dealer agreed to fix this problem...not only they claimed all their cars go through inspection and they offer warranty..that use out side shop,,come to find out ..shop they use is worst iv ever seen..not only that iv dealed with theft, personal items missing out of my car..3 Times ..yes 3 times same theft incident thay did apsoulutly nothing about..everything they promissed they would do not only they did not get fixed..they haw put scratches and broken additional parts..bent rear wheel..who does somethink like this..dealer claimed clean fax..and i come to find out its bin painted and front end suspension seems to hawe problems as well....car is in the other shop now..whisc im payin for repairs my self and dealer would not return my callas...
