I use North Central Ford for maintenance on my F150. It is a 2005 and with the help of my service agent, Ronnie Ralph, we keep it in top shape. I recently brought it in to have a couple things checked out before a road trip, and got great service and a courtesy wash. Ronnie was on top of keeping me informed, courteous and very helpful. I had a car towed in for service and they couldn’t even call us to ensure that they received it. I’m typing this at 7:36pm waiting on a manager named Tony to check to see if our vehicle is here.... The gentlemen told me that he has car sales in progress and that he can’t check. He is literally sitting at his computer as I wait like a dummy in the lobby. Truly a disgusting experience. Do not buy from these people they’re not sincere at all. We purchased a vehicle with warranty and they can’t even let me know if they have my vehicle. I wonder what’s gonna happen when it’s time to warranty a part out, I’m sure they’ll ignore any issues. Your business doesn’t belong to these scammers. Take it elsewhere. Please Ford get rid of people who make the brand look bad.

Everything was great until I got home . There was grease all over both front floor mats and trim and even on my front passenger seat. Otherwise Jim and the service was great. The hour and a half i spent (seriously, 1 1/2 hours) cleaning all the grease out really sucked. I will still come to North Central Ford for service but I will definetely request the paper covers for the floors and the seats be put on before they get in my truck.

This place has really stepped their game up, in terms of the service department and the overall customer service experience. I had the pleasure of working with Roy H. Coleman. Roy was quick to greet me and check me in for my oil change. From that point on, everything was done through text (service signatures, approving or denying additional/ recommended services, etc.) but the friendly conversation with Roy was also great! Roy kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle and I received a text when my car was ready. While you wait, there’s complimentary water & coffee in the lobby. The salespeople were not bothering me to but a new car. They had common sense to know why I was there and respected my space. That’s HUGE with me. The service department also tracks and keeps record of all services done on my car. This way, they know what to recommend on my next visit. It was an overall great experience and I highly recommend North Central Ford.

I had just visited in late March and had our Edge overhauled. Spent about $1800. So when I went in last Saturday, I only needed to have the windshield wipers that they had just replaced, fixed. One was not put on properly and came loose while raining. I also needed my right headlight adjusted to point more in the forward direction. Got there right at 7 and thought it may take 30 to 45 minutes maximum.There were 3 people ahead of me and I waited for quite some time. After about an hour and a half, I asked if my car was almost ready and discovered they were doing a multi-point inspection on the entire car of which I did not request nor did I need, since I had just been there 3 months prior. I feel I should have been made aware that this was the process and been able to make my own decision of whether or not I wanted to have this inspection done. Will think twice about returning.7/8/21 After receiving a call from the service manager, I am willing to give this service center another try. I am looking forward to a five star experience when I return. Thank you, Brian.

I went in today to turn back my lease and from beginning to end, the experience was better than I could’ve imagined. The gentleman that helped me, Rocky, was considerate of my time and helped execute the return as quickly as possible. He was patient, as I had my two kids with me, making sure my entire group was taken care of… He even suggested an option that benefited me greater in the end. Financing got me in and out, so we were able to leave happily and get back to our daily plans. I appreciate the time each person took to answer questions or just simply show they cared while we were there.

Through the main building and never got a second look or a “can I help you?” A salesman at the door. Employee behind the desk and salesman throughout the main store area. Not once greeted. Asked if I needed help. Wanted to trade my truck and get another but won’t be happening today.

I bought a used vehicle from N. Central Ford the 1st week of July 2021. The salesman was friendly and eager to help, I paid for the vehicle IN FULL, and I assumed that everything would be great once I drove off the lot. I was so wrong! Two weeks after buying the car, I started noticing it would hesitate when I started it up, and then the engine light came on. I took it to a repair shop to have it checked out, and the alternator was bad, which was also causing the battery to die. That was $1,100 that I hadn’t planned on spending. Fast forward to a week and a half later, and the engine light comes on again. This time it’s a gas leak. I got it fixed, and then the last weekend of August, another problem with the gas line, plus a problem with the right windshield wiper. I’ve spent $2k on repairs in the 2 months I’ve had the car. I do have receipts for everything. I absolutely refuse to believe that all of these things just happened to go wrong after I purchased it. The previous owner had to have known something was wrong, and that’s probably why he/she got rid of it. And now my temporary tags are about to expire and no one at the dealership can trace my license plates. It’s been 2 MONTHS!!! I have to wait until the temporary tags actually expire before they will give me an extension on the tags. I refuse to do business here ever again. They obviously sold me a lemon and found out a way to cover up whatever was wrong with it.

I recently bought a vehicle here and it was a great experience. The salesman Rocky was great. I consider myself an informed buyer and I hate when the salesperson is trying too hard to sell me a vehicle by making too many exaggerated claims or just being too ‘slick’. For me, North Central Ford is the place to go for service. My adviser met me at my car as soon as I arrived. He reviewed all my service needs and provided me with the estimated time for the service. The waiting area was clean, the seating was nicely and appropriately spaced with a welcoming atmosphere. To my surprise, all my service needs were completed ahead of time and the vehicle was cleaned and sanitized when returned to me. This was a very professional and accommodating experience. Ive had many negative experiences with the service department at North Central Ford. From 4 hour oil changes to damage in the cabin of my car after having major work done.I have continued to come back only because they service my extended warranty, which has now covered the AC going out on my Mustang twice.My most recent experience was an A/C repair, which again was covered by my warranty. The repair took 27 days, during which they did provide me with a loaner car. When picking up my car, they attempted to collect a couple hundred dollars for parts on top of what I was quoted for the work being done. The department manager eventually rectified this. Upon further inspection, I was also charged for them replacing O rings and topping off fluids I did not ask for, and that were not included in any quote I approved. My car was returned to me with an A-pillar on the driver side not properly reinstalled. I cant tell if its broken, but I havent been able to re-attach it myself yet.The one redeeming quality for the service department at North Central Ford is that the employees you deal with are friendly and do their best to take care of you.However, expect the work being done to your vehicle to take an unreasonable amount of time (even if you schedule an appointment), and that your vehicle likely will be returned in some state of disrepair.Edit: North Central Ford reached out to me about the issue with my A-pillar and ordered a new part to fix it. So they did make it right, albeit with some inconvenience. I agreed to edit my review, but cant with good conscience un-write what is written above, because it is an honest account.

This place is a complete rip off. I got a lease back in 2013(had too since I didnt have credit yet), went back two years later to buy out the lease. I financed and paid for half the car when I got the lease, so I assumed half would be owed when I bought the car out. I didnt notice they charged me $12k for the car that shouldve been $8.5k($17k full price) until later when it was too late. And thats not even including the ridiculous warranty they try to add to your loan even when you say you dont want it. Then I was upside down on the loan since the car was worthless. There was issue after issue with the transmission that they refused to fix even though it was under warranty. They even told us thats how the car was supposed to drive. This is now a well documented issue with ford fiesta transmission/clutch.

My husband called ahead of time before driving almost an hour to go look at a truck listed online. He was told it was available and to come check it out. They even had him send pictures of our trade in. when he arrived they let him know the truck sold two weeks prior! the salesman didnt even apologize or care! I was so happy when I bought my first Ford, and today I totally regret it. Is so frustrating to have your car under warranty and those people dont take ownership. I have a problem on my my rooftop of my convertible mustang, not caused by me. I left my car at North Central and nothing was done. According to them they took my car to a place to check what could be done. and they said that it was not covered. My service representative was very nice, but his first response was take your car to the place where you have your service first done. I asked why that would matter since Ford is Ford doesnt matter where you go. He said yes, and no they have different owners. They gave me my back car without a reasonable explanation why the service was not done. The receipt provide by them only said service not provide, and that is not acceptable.

The website provided details about 2 trucks we were looking at. Additionally, a sales agent confirmed pricing on both of the trucks. The website provided the same pricing and rebate info as that communicated by salesman. The sticker provided the same information. However, when it came time to reserve the vehicle, we received a whole different price with a significant markup. While we recognize it is the dealers right to markup a truck, they should disclose that before you spend time and effort looking at a particular truck. If we had seen markup on website and / or been told of it by the 2 salesmen we spoke to, we would not have called / spent time on the truck.

Changing my review. I performed my own oil change yesterday and discovered sloppy work. The threads on my oil plug were shot and it should have been replaced. I installed a new one. I also discovered that the oil filter the dealership installed was for a 5.0 engine. My truck is a 6.2. I installed the proper oil filter that Ford recommends for my 6.2L engine. For this reason, I am modifying my rating. I took my Ford F-150 to a Ford dealership and didnt even get the parts Ford recommends. I will never do business here in the future.

I went to this dealership because I saw a Chevy Silverado forsale online but when I got there I was told it was already sold. Then I was introduced to Norm. He was able to find me a even better truck with far less miles than the first one I wanted. I was shocked that he was able to give me the perfect deal with exactly how much money I had for a down payment. They are your best friend while buying, but can care less after you do buy. Had a few minor issues with my used truck I bought. Called Charles the very next day and was told to call Brad Bemis. Did call him twice, and never got a call back.The temp tag on my truck is expired. Received a post card in the mail saying they were in last week. I called to get them shipped to me, being I live about 3 hours away. Still have not gotten them as of today. Over 45 days to get licenses plates is a little to much.I own 2 business, and if I treated customers this way, I would go under. I HATE TO DO THIS! It is the only way I can hopefully be heard!

This was the best Service Center experience I’ve had! I had to get my car checked out for some repairs. I worked with Andrew Carr. Absolutely awesome. He set proper expectations (there’s a delay in service due to Covid), continually updated me on the status of my car, and I feel just went above and beyond what you’d typically expect. The best part was their texting service (I don’t know the real name of it) basically they send you a text link with all the services they suggest that’s need with a little blurb about why you should do it and what the service is. You can then select yes or no if you want it done. I didn’t feel pressured into an upsale on service which felt really good. I will definitely be coming back if/when I need another service.

The process of getting my appointment scheduled was so simple, I did everything online and received a follow up email confirming the details of my appointment. The email provided all the instructions that were necessary to make the experience seamless.My one complaint is that they do not offer service loaners. Upon sitting in the lobby I saw that there was an award for being the highest volume dealer in 2018 I think. I would think that if you are able to sell a high volume of vehicles, surely you have the money to keep a few fusions and escapes handy for people to borrow while you service their vehicle.Ill be back, but I hope the loaner car policy changes.

I scheduled warranty repairs a week in advance knowing that I would be out of town for 6 days while it was in for service. I had three issues: 1. Back Up camera recall, 2. Issues with Sync system resetting and losing satellite radio connection, and 3. Transmission shifting roughly. When I returned to pick it up, the only thing that had been fixed was the sync system. They hadn’t even looked at the transmission and are still waiting on the part for the back up camera. I left a message for my service rep on Saturday. It’s Tuesday and I haven’t received a call back.

I flew in from Iowa to purchase. Finance office was mostly concerned with tryto sell me an extended warranty that i do not need because vehicle is supposed to be Certified PreOwned (Gold). With a 10 hour drive home, this was 40 minutes of wasted time for me.After getting home, the my FordPass app was not active on the vehicle, my warranty information doesn’t show the vehicle being Certified PreOwned and 2 MONTHS after purchase I am still waiting on the title. State of Texas says they haven’t received any paperwork to issue a title, very disappointed.Update: Jill in the Finance Office called me directly and got everything taken care of, even overnight shipping the title to my county courthouse so I could get the vehicle licensed.Likely wouldn’t purchase there again due to the issues including being advertised with floor mats (never did get the drivers floor mat) or any paperwork regarding the certified pre-owned warranty.I will say that if Jill had been the Finance person from the get go, I likely would have had zero issues.

Super disappointed in the sales person, Trisha, who told me a car was getting a seatbelt fixed. Then when I called back the next day, I was told she would get back to me. Only when she finally called back, I was was then told there was already an appointment on the car to see it. I would never had known had I not called. And called. Oh well.

Not a good experience at all, was told several different things about the car, the car still had maintenance and detailing, needed since it was just traded in and was pretty bad. Sales guy Norm, said I could start the paperwork and once care was fixed I could come look at it and if I didnt want to proceed that would b fine since its not mine until keys r in hand., But needed to go ahead and do paperwork so it didnt get sold. Wrote check for over 10,000 that day, but decided not to move forward and asked they destroy my check, Norm wouldnt give me a straight answer about how I went about it. I text him several time and saw hed read them but hasnt reply for days. Hed mislead us and was angry when I stated we wouldnt b purchasing after all by saying theyve turned down numerous people to buy this car, I didnt want to purchase until it had been fixed and detailed but did so cause he said I had to so it wouldnt sell while in service. Horrible experience, stay away from Norm for sales rep!!!
