This place was so amazing! The menu has quite a bit to offer. I got two drinks to try this day and they were amazing! I was able to pick my sugar level which I really appreciate, not many places allow you to pick your sugar level. This is so amazing for people who do not want any sugar in their drinks. I wanted to try something milky and something a bit bitter. So, I got the taro milk tea and the peach green tea both with bobas. Boba already has sugar so that’s another reason why I lowered the sugar. After tasting my sugar level for the Taro milk tea it was still pretty sweet even at 50%. I could of gone down to something at a lower sugar level like one -2 levels down.The peach green tea I got it at 50% too and that was perfect however like I said the boba is sweet too so I could of took this one down a level as well. Overall, the taste for both were so good. The customer service was great!

I asked her what she recommended, and she asked me what kinds of drinks I like! I eventually came to the Honey Milk Tea with boba! She also told me if there was anything wrong with the drink to let her know, which I appreciate a lot. You can tell she really cared about my experience there!So, I ordered the Honey Milk Tea with regular boba. Loved it! I’m a big fan of sweet and delicious milk tea, and that’s exactly what I got here. It tasted just like honey, and it was super sweet.I noticed that they have a huge drink list here, so I’ll be back to try more! I love a wide variety of options because it always gives me a reason to keep on coming back!

One of the best Wintermelon Milk Tea Ive ever had. Good amount of sugar (tastes slightly artificial though) and their ice is crushed. Im not sure why it makes a difference but it does.

One of my favorite boba joints! Ding tea has really great tasting teas and so far, they have a consistent taste throughout the country. When I tried this place in LA, and I tried it here for the first time, to my pleasant surprise, it tasted the same! Ordered their green milk tea and a winter melon tea. Both tasted super great. Price wise, also pretty standard with other boba places. The place is clean, they have board games, and plugs. Great place to study and hangout. Pretty chill place, for sure recommended!

I came to this location very often. They give out the most cozy vibe. The employees are very welcoming and sometimes I did not like the drink, they were still happy to make another one for me. Customer service like this is wonderful. Their drink choices are various. My favorite is the sugar boba latte.

Came during the grand opening so I got one drink for free and the two is BOGO! The boba here is so chewy and it’s golden! Love the flavor choices; there is just way too many to choose from. The workers here are amazing and gets your drinks out immediately. They also have happy hour drinks during the weekdays. Student discounts are available if you have your card. Great place to hang out with friends or do some light studying!!

Today I rewarded myself and tried Ding Tea. Their website looked great, so I was excited. The place is so cute and clean!I had their signature milk tea, with gold boba, no ice. I loved it! Its a great place to go with a few friends or even if youd like to have a casual meeting with your colleagues. Social distancing is possible also if youre with a small group.Definitely will come back!

I already liked this place but after my experience there tonight I had to leave a review. Ding Tea has become a Friday night tradition for my wife, son, and I. We usually get the Taro Milk Tea, Taro Milk Latte, or Brown Sugar Milk Tea and they are so good! I tried something different tonight and didn’t like it at all, so they replaced it for free! The best Ding Tea in the DFW area in my opinion.

I usually dont write reviews but I was highly impressed with the skills of Shella, my drink maker. I have NEVER had a better boba experience than when Shella gave me my drink. I really didnt know what to drink at first, but she guided me through the menu. I wasnt feeling up for milk drinks, and eventually settled on Peach Green Tea with little golden bobas. It was a very good recommendation. With her customer service skills, she should be promoted to employee of the year!

Been coming here almost every day since they opened a couple weeks ago. Fantastic service and delicious drinks. My go-to is the hazelnut milk tea. Pretty decent size for the price. Staff is happy to remake drinks if they aren’t up to satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my drink. I didn’t like the fact that the employee kept touching his hair and the top of the drinks, especially in light of the current situation. Creating a clean safe environment for your customers is critical and expected.

I saw it on instagram and looked nice and fancy so we drove 40 minutes to try ...shame It’s the worse tea I’ve ever tried and their customer service is very poor if not null, they bearly say hi or answer when you ask something about the menu. It was our first time and the last one..... waste of money bc is expensive comparing with others with great customer service and good flavors and quality ... too sweet... they display those fancy cups and end up telling you they don’t use them for any drink just for the signature which is just milk with brown sugar 🤢

Great boba place not too far from UTD, has board/card games for groups and kids, a clean aesthetic and polite/respectful service.

Peach milk tea or mango milk tea is the way to go.

Ding Tea has some great quality tea. However, the boba ratio isn’t quite on par with other bubble tea shops. After ordering and sipping on a honey milk tea with golden boba, I was left with no boba to chew on around the half drink mark. This would be understandable if the boba was included with the drink, but indeed it was an add on for 55¢. I feel that most boba shops have their boba topping mark fill up to the 1/5-1/6 of the bottom of the cup, but Ding’s was around 1/8-1/10. With this being said, they did have a buy 2 get 1 drink free deal. For the context of this review, I actually am an ABB despite my last name; I drive a Lexus, attend raves, and am a boba fanatic, so my judgment can be quite trusted.

This is great boba cafe! They just recently opened near UTD, which is a little bad because of all the competition near by, but if they keep their prices relatively low or in the same place as they are right now, as well as having good drinks then I think theyll survive.I bought 2 drinks, Jasmine Green tea mill tea with boba and Brown Sugar milk tea with boba. I always decrease the sugar level on all my drinks and the ice amount as well. Im happy to report, it taste good! The flavor of the teas is good and the boba were cooked well and nicely chewy. Their boba is a little different from the typically used boba in that they used golden boba instead of the traditional black boba. It tastes the same, just looks different.Their prices are relatively in the average pricing for a boba place in the DFW area. I will definitely continue to come back, especially if they have any kind of deal.Side note: the customer service was really nice! They told me if I didnt like my drink theyd re-make it. Their attitudes were really nice and they were really friendly. Then again, they just opened, so lets hope they continue this good customer service later on.
