No help overpriced, want to charge a $50.00 diagnostic fee on top of the price for replacing a broken iPad screen even though the iPad works fine. would not recommend.

Worst store experience I ever had. I can tolerate issues but these guys lie to customers. Be very cautious of their words as they say something and finally they claim they did not.

Dont purchase anything from this store. I purchased a Dell laptop and the first time I opened, I found the LCD had hardware issue.I had reported the same as soon as possible. They didnt accept for a refund. Dell had agreed to give the refund but the store refused to refund the same.It took almost 20 days for my laptop to get delivered. Price in dell is less than this store even after student discount (including tax).

Well informed staff with little to no pressure to buy every single thing I ask a question about (which makes it easier to spend my money there). Glad I could get help figuring out which wireless headphones were best, now my gym time is on point. Thanks UTD Tech store!

The staff is super chill. They let my brother and I play a game with each other on their two gaming laptops which was really fun. I have not bought things from this store though.

The store is good and convenient for any tech products, staff is cooperative.

Return policy is ridiculous!!! Only “ not opened” new items are able to returnWho will return something that’s not opened???!!!!!!I bought a new laptop but the battery is not functioning well, I took it to the tech store and they told me there is nothing wrong. But I went to the Apple store,the sales told me the battery is not normal and asked me to make an appointment to have a further check. Apple said the situation of my new laptop is not normal.I spent so much money buying a “abnormal” laptop from the tech store and I am not able to return.I am very disappointed and will never buy anything from this store.

Sold me a used computer but didnt inform me that it was used. When I tried to return, they told me it couldnt be returned because it was on promotion. Finally, they took the computer back but gave me only a store credit, which is useless since there is hardly anything else in stock. Simply horrible. The folks werent bad, but the place needs new management and new policies for sure.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. As a manager at my own retail store, customer service means being polite to the customer, and the associate at the front desk was very rude.
