I just want to say I have never seen such a great amount of mixed messages from customers about their service. I’ve decided to stop in and see if I can sell some laptops and parts and phones I have laying around, just to see what kind of service I receive. I truly hope it’s friendly and professional. Excellent customer service is crucial to keeping a business in profit making! Just think, they might be the only people I have the opportunity to interact with all week. I will most likely need to leave with a smile on my face and a thoughtful, cheerful message in my heart! Honestly though, I’ve read many of the reviews and I,d like to say, just to be fare! I haven’t found a pawn shop or electronic store anywhere that’s giving very much for flat screen t.v.s. They tell me they are a dime a dozen and they sell them cheap. They have a lot of them. They really don’t need them, but they take them to keep good customer relations. If you all know where to get big bucks for older flat screens, I sure would like to know! They aren’t giving anything for Goigle Plays, or 3 dimension eye ware games either. They say they don’t sell. So then I go to website and read if we find your computer parts worthy of us to resale we will make an offer if you except our offer we will pay if not you can take them sell them somewhere else or drop them in recycle. That blew for me. Oh kingship! I think they must have a chip on there shoulder from all the bad reviews! I would have changed my behavior! We will try to buy your old and used computers or parts for resale. Sometimes they are just too old and couldn’t be used, even if you can buy the parts to repair them. They are outdated and useless. Nothing supports them anymore. The best we can do is offer a few dollars for recycling. We wish we could do more!

Honestly I sold them a few things that I know the value was higher but didnt care enough to argue. I will say if you want to get your moneys worth for your products take it to a pawn shop. This guy offered me 5 bucks for every item A logitech mechanical keyboard, a power supply, and computer case. I know it can be sold for each of 20-30 each at least. I didnt really care about them so I sold it to him to get rid of. But I recommend just going to a local pawn shop.

A guy came to my car, did not go through. Not sure if he was the owner or what. Just did a quick scan of the items and said he wasnt interested. Items too old.

I went in to get rid of a lot of desktop towers for recycle. They accepted and took them off my hands and also explained that all data would also be destroyed off those computers also. There were some older units that they couldnt buy but a few of then were also buyable (core i5 towers). They were nice and thorough as well.

Stopped in to see if I could sell my 55 inch 4k Smart Tv, they made me wait for an hour to appraise my 1 year old television that retails for around $500 new, only for them to offer me $60. Dont waste your time with this place!!!!!

If there is zero star, I would give it. This place made me sick. This is my first time came here, also the last time. Beware they will open your original package seal for check during appraisal, and then they tell you they dont want it. That would be caused you can not do second sell. Also, they give you all your items appraisal price for fishing you, once you change your mind and dont wanna sell them part of items they actually want, they will overthrow this appraisal price and just pick the item they want for a lower price, and tell you get back rest of part of your items. DISGUSTING and NO CREDIT business owner!! Find a pawn or do the app-sell would be more better than with them.

Pretty straightforward review. Called before going in to see if they had any laptops under $50 and they said they had 2 or 3. Went in and the cheapest they has was a $109 laptop. This is not exactly the way to earn customer trust, might want to rethink your tactics.

Best place to sell used electronics. They fixed 4 laptops for me over the time - they are the best I have ever seen. They also sell quality used items. Please try them.

I had few laptops which were sitting in my garage for past few years. Being a techie I knew that these legacy systems did not carry any value. In my garage there was also a 50 inch LCD TV that was collecting dust since I upgraded to a 4K TV. Tried to sell these on Craigs list which gave me nothing but headaches. Finally found buysell electronics on Google. They not only recycle items but also buy broken electronics as long as it has some functional parts or resale value. I brought my items and their appraisers took about 8 minutes to evaluate my items and offer me a price for those. I was very happy to get rid of the items and in the process making some extra cash.

This place is a joke. While owning my own business, I feel as if Im an expert in my field. This company will offer you $100-$150 to matter what the value of your sale is. Their researcher who determines this does not compare like subjects and should be in school to learn how to read.

Thank God for Buy and sale electronics. They did work for me, 30 days later I thought I had a problem with my computer. I stopped in to buy and sell electronics and told them about my problem. He told me to bring my computer back, so he could check it out. But there was nothing wrong with my computer thank God for people who deal with integrity and stand by their work. I went in and asked about an estimate about two flat screen Samsung TVs not being 51 inch and one of them having the screen cracked and the other with just sound and no picture and he said that all he could give me was like 5-20 for each or maybe nothing. Like Im not stupid I know you can use the parts and all you need for the other one is to change the bulb. Not friendly environment either.

I have been searching for a place to dispose of tube tvs and this place was the only one that was attempting to be helpful and informative. I was not able to get what I needed but just for the customer service and care I will keep these guys in mind. Thank you for your caring.

I brought in a laptop, 2 beats headphones, note 4 and Samsung tablet. Customer service was amazing and gave me great buybacks for my items. I recommend everyone to bring in their electronic devices in to them. You cannot go wrong

This is the worst place to sell computer parts ever today I went in and try to sell a 4GB RAM stick and they tested it out and the Indian dude said “There’s no value for it” which means I couldn’t get any money. There’s no value for it???? Wth they talking about they just trying to tricked me so I can’t get cash. I wanted to say F**k the employees in there and the shop I not coming back to this bad computer place anymore.

The staff was supper friendly and honest about the selling process and what to expect. They were quick as well. Definitely will use them in the future.

I should have just taken the advice of the previous reviews. Stopped by to get a quote on my laptop i was looking to sell. After nearly dropping it on the floor and breaking it, the guy at the counter offered me $30 for it. I promptly left and sold the computer on ebay for $250 the week after. Do not waste your time with this business. They are untrustworthy, cheap, and incompetent.

Was getting upgrades for all my electronic devices and got a bargain here! Used Asus gaming laptop for only $700 and a 50 HDTV for only $360. Also a great place to get mobile phones repaired. Good service and prices.

I went to this place to sell some of my electronics and one of them was an Xbox. The owner of the store took it to the back to test it and brought it back out to me saying he couldnt buy it. I left not realizing he didnt give me my cords back. I went the next day to get them back and he tried to say he wasnt there that day when he was clearly the one I spoke with. Then he told me the cords werent there but I didnt believe him. I walked into his back room without asking and found my cords on the shelves. This place is a ripoff and will try and steal your stuff if you arent careful. They are very dishonest.

I bought refurbished HP Inspiron 1525 June 2012 its still runs like newtook it in for changes Saturday it was ready Wednesday very courteousknowledgeable, and professional team.

The staff there is extremely incompetent. I sold an item to them back in August for $140 (Model Number: A). I then returned in September with a more advanced model and was offered $160 (Model Number: B). In October, I returned to the store and told the staff member the model number (Model Number: A) of what I wanted to sell, then I informed him that I had sold to his store before. He wrote down the model number and took about 5 minutes to come back with a price. He says I can offer you $140 for it. I considered that acceptable even upon checking they had sold the item I was trying to sell to them again in August for $399.99 (I accepted $140 for it).So after bringing the product in the store, he looks at the model number and says the last one you sold us was bigger, yes? I said Yes the last one was. He then takes his notepad with Model Number: A written on it and he went back to his computer. About 2 minutes later he comes back and says I can give you $75 for this product. Keep in mind they bought this exact item 2 months prior for $140 and sold it within weeks for $399.99, doing the math that is about a 285% profit. So now he wants to offer me $75 for this product, even though when I walked in the store I gave him the model number of my product and he offered me $140 right there.Im usually not a mean person, but everything including the people there is a joke. While I was waiting I was looking up $30-50 items in their store and I was finding them online for $10-15 more as brand new from the manufacture.If your going in there to sell an item, I dont recommend it but I will give you a rule of thumb. If you search you model number on Ebay, select Sold Listings Under Show Only and deduct about 50-100% for phones, tablets, and computers, and about 100-300% for anything else.I left 2 stars because after all they did pay me, oh and by the way they dont give you cash if its over $100, they write you a cheque.

This place is trash. First time I go they tell me they will give me 10$ for a perfect working Xbox. That wasnt it. The second time i had a perfect working computer to sell and I called before to ask if they do buy it and for how much and they tell me to go up there even tho I had to drive 40 mins to get there and once I pull up they tell me they dont buy xp computers!!!! Website said it opens at 9 on Saturday, the door on the building said opens at 9 on Saturday, so i went there at 9 on Saturday. It wasnt open, so i waited for a few minutes, then called and got a voicemail, which said it opens at 10 on Saturday.Change your hours or something so people can know what times it will be open. You just lost a customer and business for good. Big waste of time to drive all the way there for nothing.Horrible experience.

While driving in the highway i saw there store and checked there website out to see what they have to offer. How is a place where they focus on electronics have such a bad webisite with there store page not build or any other page by that matter its not finish or complete.

I have a big family of 6 with a lot of gatgets - iPhones, galaxy phones, iOS/android tablets, TVs, video game consoles etc. I cannot think of going to any other place to fix my gadgets if there is any issue with any of those. Most of their phone fixes are with in half hour. They even changed my laptop screen on the same day whereas frys asked for 10 business days to repair it. Very satisfied with their services. They are unparalleled in the DFW area. Keep it up guys.....

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Took my phone in to get a new battery, got it back with a fried mother board. Very rude staff unwilling to help and basically stole my money and ruined my iPhone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Theyre crooks!
