The Employees in the Pharmacy they’re awesome!! We Move my grandmother’s prescription from CVS to Walgreens and what a big difference!! The pharmacist knew what he was doing he answered all our questions he help us with insurance cards, We definitely going to stay at this location for a long time!, thank You so much for Your help, God blessed You all

NEVER DO YOUR COVID TEST HERE FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES. Website shows that results are days or less than 24hours but they are not reliable and misleading! Pharmacy tech promised it will be ready on a certain day but they were giving wrong information and false reassurance. My Hawaii travel plans are ruined because of the company and staff giving false information. Even the 3rd company performing the COVID test are so handing out misleading information.

Do not go here for COVID testing. I did my testing on Monday and was supposed to have results in 24 hrs or at the latest by Wednesday. It is now Friday and still dont have them. After getting the runaround from the lab they finally admitted that Walgreens never gave them my test. Then when I call Walgreens they dont take accountability. Now I am having to get retestested elsewhere. Poor service.

Lead pharmacy tech is extremely rude and judgemental, heard her criticizing her own coworkers with the pharmacist, and when customers would call she was extremely impolite and just generally unhelpful. She refused to look up information for customers and said that if they didnt have their prescription infront of them she couldnt help them, that they should already know all the medications theyre on and the strength. So glad I dont have to get my prescriptions here.

My preferred Walgreens. I’ve been going to this location for years and havnt had any problems.

I was trying to to get rapid test kitThey said they didn’t have any which is fineBut the pharmacy lady was really rude and it felt I was wasting her time when I just asked her a couple of questions

Make sure to check your prescription before you leave with it! They filled my blood pressure med with a dose 8x stronger than what my Dr had prescribed. This could have been lethal. I brought the rx back and they filled it correctly and refunded me. Just beware to check that your meds are correct before you take them!

Went for a drug, they told me it take one month for order. Than I asked for generic, they said there is another similar drug available at 235$. They have my prescription so I asked for the name of my medicine in order to check with other drug store. They told me not giving me name over the phone. I end up go to another drug store filled it with a generic at 16$( a simple eye drop)

I do not appreciate the pharmacy tech being judgmental and rude regarding when my scripts are to be filled or which medications I take. She was completely unhelpful in answering my questions which were simple in nature. I am finding another pharmacy.

If youre trying to get yelled for asking question about your prescription or refill, this is the perfect place. Cant even imagine how they treat the elderly and vulnerable. Beware...this pharmacy closes for lunch from 1:30-2:00 even though they don’t advertise. They are rude and uncaring. Most people go to a pharmacy because they have to for a medical problem and to be turned away at 1:29 and told to come back after 2:00 unconscionable.My suggestion to the person who decided on this new policy..go work in fast food.

This place is never open on time! It is routinely 15 minutes late. There are always people waiting at the door.

Pharmacy is very good. They work hard to make sure you are happy.

Currently on hold for the pharmacy for over 20 minutes. The automated system started out saying there were 3 callers ahead of me. Now for the past 10 minutes its been saying there are 2 callers ahead of you. Why on earth does it take this long to talk to customers. They need at least 2 people answering the phone if they are going to be this busy. All Im trying to do is find out if my RX is ready and how much it is. That should take all of 2 minutes. This is ridiculous!! Get it together!!!UPDATE: A lady finally answered my call and when I told her what I was wanting she tells me that her computer is down and they are waiting for it to come back up if I want to hold and I said I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and she very rudely said Well there nothing I can do about that you will just have to call back or wait until my computer comes up. So I held for another 3 minutes only for her to come back and say that it still hasnt come back up and asked if she can call me back once the computer is up. So I told her yes....all I know is I better get my call back or I am raising hell and then taking my business elsewhere!!UPDATE: I did get a call back about 5 minutes later and they said my RX was ready. I will continue my business with Walgreens but not at this location

Very friendly staff at the pharmacy section. They gave me the estimated time frame on when my prescription will be ready before I left and gave me the option to just stay and wait rather than make 2 trips.

Went there this afternoon. Not very busy. I dont do pharmacy there so I cant say anything about all the bad Pharmacy reviews. I was in and out in no time. Store was clean and well stocked. Cashier was fast in checking out customers. Parking lot is big as compare to other Walgreens.

Im not the usual Walgreens customer because I work for CVS, I was impressed with the alertness of the front store employees this morning, they acknowledged me and the teamwork to get customers in and out of the store at the checkouts.

I used to be CVS customer, I am switching to Walgreens., the service I got from the pharmacy is excellent!

I purchase several prescription drugs from them and the lady staff that assisted me was friendly and accommodating.

Today at 3:00, I called this specific Walgreens. After a waiting period, I was connected with a pharmacist. I asked the pharmacist if the store had typhoid vaccinations. He replied yes. I asked if the Walgreens allowed walk in appointments to administer the vaccines. He said yes.After 15 minutes I arrived at the store location. I went to the pharmacy and asked for a typhoid vaccination. The pharmacist replied that they had typhoid vaccinations in stock, however that they did not have anyone licensed to deliver the vaccination. I asked why they stated that they had walk in vaccinations only 15 minutes ago. The pharmacist seemed apologetic, however did not have a suitable reason other than sorry.Also, while waiting in line, another lady heard of this predicament, and told me that similar situations had occurred with her and that certain people answering calls were not qualified and sometimes had no idea what they were talking about.Unfortunately, it is for these reasons, I do not recommend visiting Walgreens, especially this particular Walgreens.

I went to their pharmacy and they didnt give much care to me. Their representative said that pick up the remainder of the medicine refill and that I dont owe them anything. When I went their, they said that you ll have to pay more and when I was upset they didnt care to offer me compensation as it was their employee mistake worst customer service ever .. walmart medicine is cheap and their customer service is better

Used this Walgreens consistently for years. Always good pharmacy service and a clean store.

It is a very organized Walgreens but the people in the pharmacy are not very welcoming to not say rude.
