Creekmore is extremely professional.i had an issue with my blinds. creekmore immediately responded and proceeded to replace the units under warranty.an appointment was set and the installer was on time and took care of the installation perfectly.

Save yourself some money! The beds were better than Nebraska furniture and Home Depot and the quality was so much better. Also do yourself a favor and deal with a three generation woman owned business and get some excellent it Fais on how to make the window coverings functional and beautiful. In addition the installer they use is amazing And there are a lot of tricks on getting blinds tank properly as many peoples windows were not put in street by the builder. If you don’t give these guys a call you’re really missing yourself over.

Valerie and her whole team were fantastic to work with! From our initial meeting with Valerie, until the final blinds, draperies and shutters were installed - the experience was great! Two new homes and both times we called SmartLooks Window and Wall Decor. They traveled to our homes, took measurements, and drew up beautiful designs. Valerie provided expert advice and suggestions for fabric for custom curtains. They were beautiful! Our newest home has custom Hunter Douglas blinds and shades throughout from SmartLooks. Couldnt be happier with the products, professional service, and customer support.

I found SmartLooks after having a TERRIBLE experience with another Hunter Douglas retailer. I had to get my power shades repaired and they were straight forward, honest, and super friendly. They could have told me the motor needed to be replaced (how would I have known?) but Tori was honest and let me know something internally had come disconnected after painters had removed my shade. They didn’t even charge me for the repair even though they spent time fixing it. I live in Frisco and there are certainly other/closer places to buy shades, but SmartLooks has my business for life!

SmartLooks did a phenomenal job ordering and installing motorized Hunter Douglas shades for my office. Valerie arrived promptly and on time, the customized shades arrived in less than three weeks, and Tom installed them, arriving on time, like Valerie. Also, the cost for the shades and their installation was reasonable based upon experience installing the same brand of shades elsewhere. I will return to SmartLooks for future window-covering needs.

SmartLooks has done so many beautiful things for us from shades to upholstery. We are going to see them again today for shades in a new room. Friendly, helpful, professional. May cost a little more but worth every penny for their expertise and creative design.

I contacted Smartlooks for Window drapes in my Formal living and Formal dinning rooms. I told Valerie what I had in mind and she immediately thought of fabrics that would work perfectly with the color scheme for each room. She also drafted the design that works perfectly. Valerie did a great job with pulling out samples that I could look through. I hesitated giving 5 stars because it took really long for the project to be completed. It was due to No fault of Smartlooks, but due to the delay at the manufacturer. I waited for two months and ended going with a different fabric. Overall, I love the way window dressings look. Thank you Valerie!

I just left Smart Looks and will never go back. I had 3 encounters with Lucy over what should be a simple mini blind repair.When I took the blind in for repair Lucy seemed put out and slightly annoyed and insinuated that it wasnt worth repairing. The blind was 1 of 6 in a room and I was not going to replace them all because 1 wouldnt open. I paid $70.36 for the repair. When I picked it up and hung it the blind was short. I brought the blind back promptly and told her it was too short. OMG, she blamed me for it and said that either me or someone else cut off the ladder string! Every time I tried to say something she kept cutting me off mid sentence. I couldnt believe how rude and defensive she was! Finally I said look, I just want to know how much it would be to fix it. She said didnt know but it was an extensive repair and would be expensive. I left the blind but felt like I needed a shower to wash off her negative energy. I googled blind repair and found a video tutorial on how to repair the blind. Turns out it is not an extensive repair after all and definitely something I could do myself! I picked up the blind and true to her previous behavior, she seemed put out and inconvenienced!Not sure how the place stays in business!

I went to SmartLooks in Richardson Texas to see about getting window treatments for my house I had just purchased. I large lady approached me and asked me in a harsh, foreign accent if I needed help. I told her no, I was just looking right now. I kept looking to try to get an idea of what I wanted and noticed she was standing there, staring at me.She then came right up to me and stated “if you are from another window treatment company and are here just to spy around, then you need to leave right now!”I could not believe this as I had just stopped by to shop around. Here was this employee accusing me of spying for a competitor. I told her I was not with another company and that I was interested in getting window treatments. She again told me I needed to “leave right now”.I have never had a store employee act in this manner to me before. I could not believe this was happening and immediately walked out, got in my car and drove away, vowing to never step foot in SmartLooks again.When I got home, I got called SmartLooks and a different lady answered. I told her my experience and asked her who that lady was. To my surprise, I found out the lady that harassed me was the owner! She is German and her name is Lucy.I would not recommend SmartLooks to anyone unless you want to be accused of “spying for a competitor” by this large German lady. Besides, their prices are very high compared to Home Depot and Lowes for the same products.
