It was an excellent shop with a lot of varieties of candles. Loved almost all the scents. The salesman was really professional and managed to sell us one additional scented candle that we did not even plan to buy. Cheers to him. The price was reasonably good. And we even got a discount on our third candle that we never planned to buy. An additional thanks to him for wearing masks all the time while he was handling us. It clearly shows his professionalism.

I found Bentley Gifts while driving through the shopping center and have ended up being a regular buyer of the Lamp Berger and Tyler Candle products. The staff is very helpful in recommending seasonal scents and explaining the use of the Lamp Berger items. I ordered online during Covid and I usually received my items the day after I placed my order. I highly recommend Bentley Gifts.

I ordered detergent last night and first thing this morning someone from the store called to confirm my address. They mailed it out right after that. So impressed with the turn around time. I will get my detergent tomorrow. I live in DFW so it’s a given that I would get it soon after it was sent out, but I am just so impressed with how quickly he called to resolve confusion he had about my address and how quickly he put the package together and mailed it. This place cares about customer satisfaction!

This is an excellent place to purchase a variety of aromatic products for residences or vehicles. The business was open a little earlier than posted, which was great! The owner was attentive and kind. He assisted me in determining which products would be most likely to be accepted by people. The store was also running a promotion.I recommend that candle enthusiasts or gift givers visit this shop and explore their inventory. I visited the store to get a few Tyler Candle Company candles but left with much more. I am tremendously satisfied with my experience and eager to receive feedback on the gifts I purchased.

If you like to buy candles and are interested in scented lamps, this is perfect. The shop has a friendly environment, offers help when they can, and has a good selection to choose from. I have been in there with a friend several times now and enjoyed the candles I have gotten there when I have had the chance. I will go back as I can to get more and am considering a lamp at an appropriate time.

They had just what I was looking for. The shop is clean, organized and well stocked. The young man that helped me was great. He showed me many different scents and help with lamp selection. So happy theyre in Richardson.

This was a great find! I am a huge fan of Tyler candles and to find a store that has such an amazing selection was wonderful. The owner was pleasant and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed being greeted by his adorable dog. Will return often. Go check it out!! It is heaven (Tyler) scent. Clever huh???

Mark/Ellen were very welcoming and very helpfull in the many choices of their wonderfully variety of candles, essential oil and detergents. Will definitely comeback to buy more refills n other items.

Lampe Berger is awesome.Its incomparable to any incense burner Ive ever used.Not only does it smell good, but it also removes bacteria from the air.The owner and the clerk are very kind and I feel good to visit.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store has an amazing selection. The prices are right in line with everyone else who carries the products, but the owner is nice and you can get anything you want. The one problem is they are NEVER open during their posted hours. Today marks the fifth time I’ve driven specifically to this store only to have it closed during its posted hours. I’ve learned my lesson: Call before you make the trek. Great store, just needs more honesty in the hours.

I’ve come by the store three times this week and closed during business hours. Today there is a vacation sign. Would have been nice to have seen that when I came by on Thursday during business hours and it was closed. Not sure I will be coming back.

This store is always closed. I am by here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and each time about 11pm I stop by and they are always locked shut. Sometimes they have a note, sometimes they don’t. I don’t know how they stay in buisness. I’ll order from amazon. I try supporting local businesses, but this is just ridiculous!!

They have a new management which is very good cuz always open the store n there is a good greeter as a small doggie name is luckyWell... they have so many great fragrances which is not good cuz I wanna try everything..Lampe Berger green chai is my favorite n Tyler Paris is my favorite too oh ! There is a Tyler fragrance I tried it actually it’s a great fragrance

They are always open when I go there to shop. Sometimes when I go a young man is working the store who is not that familiar with the pricing of the skirts that can be used on the lamps.Otherwiseeveryone else that works there are great.

The original owner has taken back the store as of April 1, 2018. I am sorry for the issues and the store not being opened during posted hours. We are back 7 days a week with full inventory for Lampe Berger and Tyler Candles.

I love it for the selection and the warm greeting the prices of the liquids are a little higher and I drive a long way but the selection is awesome

The original owner passed away a couple years ago or more, really miss his service and wifes service. Tried a couple times to buy lampe alcohol here but not open.

I ordered through Amazon and never got order. I called them spoke to a man he said they would ship my things and they were having trouble with Amazon. Never got it and now they wont answer my emails or the phone when I call. I left a message with a girl today no call back. Poor customer service
