I usually go to this store to pick up anything like spices, salt, and any sort of supplies for cooking. The sea salt is probably the best ingredient I bought from there with the wines as a second for cooking. For me, the wine seasons the meat I use in the frying pan.While the selection of the other goods are either varied or limited, this place becomes a alternative in case any of the other stores I want to go to are closed or out. The other stores may have a boatload of variety to pick and choose from, theyll never beat the closing and opening times of Albertsons.The store layout is pretty standard and traditional of a grocery store. Well maintained and cleaned, and nothing out of the ordinary.

This is nice store where you can buy anything you need for your house use.

Kinda seriously disappointed. We go in and pick up some fried chicken ( used to love it years ago till most of the stores closed) so was looking threw the store. Some good looking deals and then head home. Get home only to discover the chicken is just alot old and not what I remembered. So base this on the cold old looking chicken doubt Ill be back any time soon.

Never left a review for a grocery store before, but the cashier Mary has a bad attitude. Asked her how she was doing and she gave me a nasty look up and down and said “do you have an Albertsons card.”Girl, get a new job. Clearly you are not happy. Smh.

Smells funky and prices are high, but workers are super awesome and their bagged ice is best in town.

I went here to get my covid shot. The staff at the pharmacy were busy and did their best to take care of everyone. The pharmacist who administered my shot was really nice and was quick. I walked around the store for like 15 minutes after my shot and I noticed that the mark down section in the far right corner of the store has a super strong odor of rotting fish. It was odd and off putting. The closer I got to the black door that was in the corner the stronger the smell.

Always has a nice flower selection. Staff is friendly and the place is always clean. The pharmacy is also nice and fast.

Too many Big wigs walking around the store paying no attention to customers

Worst customer service ever, Ive been there few times to send money through Western Union and every time I had to wait for someone to help me. It wasnt the same person each time but all of them were rude unhelpful and slow. Luckily I dont have to go there anymore since Walmart have Western union now.

I ordered my groceries for pick up, online it stated my order was ready. When I get to the store no one answered my calls, when they finally picked up it had been 20 mins since I got to there. I was there 10 more minutes waiting for them to bring out my things(mind you it was less than 10 items). Not happy.

The girl that works in the flower area was extremely rude. Was ignoring us the whole time even when we were calling her!!! We wanted to get some flowers to which she replied that it might take an hour. Then she started searching the boxes. We thought she is looking for the flowers that we need. When we asked her how long it is going to take? She said tomorrow! They need to improve their customer service.

Nice lookin store. I love the flowers at the entry. I cldnt find sesame oil so I asked for help and a couple of people came to my rescue. They werent sure where it was either, but finally found it! Good expereince!

I went to the Albertsons at 10pm on Tuesday June 8th. The store was well lit but that was the onr of only thing good about the experience other then the cashier Jamie was nice. The lead cashier and manager on duty were rude and not pleasantto deal with. They were out of stock of a lot of the sale items and refused to offer rain checks or substitutions. I was checking out before 11 closing time, my reward card had multiple offers available yet the register would not honor the offers. The lead cashier voided my whole transaction and had me wait while she took care of customer that got in line after me. Then when finally got to my transaction, she then said some offers were not valid because it was after 11. I told her the offers were not working before 11. She called the manager who said it was also because qfter 11. I told him that I was in line before 11 and had same errors before.I would not recommend this Albertsons. Go 1 mile west to Walmart neighborhood for better service qnd lower prices.

I bought LOTS of groceries, they had all that I wanted and more. The checker was very sweet and they even went out to my car with me. Most stores dont do that anymore.

Yall need to really think about individually packing the doughnut and bagels, like the other stores. Due to COVID. I dont feel comfortable getting doughnuts not know who has done went before me.

I was very frustrated at this Albertsons today. My cashier didnt speak English. She seemed to be able to communicate fine in Vietnamese. I asked if she could ring up the sale for the potatoes I forgot to pick up until I was in line. She didnt appear to understand or be able to.The sale ad had potatoes for $.79 for 5 pounds. She told me they were $.79 per potato. I went back to my truck for the paper ad.I a NOT a fan of the digital coupon game. I gave the second cashier a nickel and a bill and said I would like to get a quarter back. I got nickels and dimes.I didnt see any manager to voice my concerns to.Frustrated!

Ive been shopping this nearby store since they opened in the early 80s, one of the first Albertsons in Texas. Im so disappointed to see their service going the way of Montgomery Ward years ago, and recently Sears, as prices increase higher than the competition. In a 6pm trip today 6/17 for a few essentials, I found 1 of six items on my list, customer service was closed, an inquiry to an employee about a missing product brought a grunt as he walked away, 2 checkouts were open with 6 or more people trying to maintain social distance in checkout lines, and a sullen cashier didnt say a word to me as she took my money. The sole redemption was a sweet young bag girl who wished me a good day in a cheerful voice. Cmon, Albertsons, get your act back together.

The store on Walnut and Buckingham has a very bad order as you walk in and or shopping. It smells like dead fish or old un-refridgerated meat. I always gag when I have to go in there. Otherwise it probably would be OK. Prices are good.

Really odd experience. A middle aged manager (black male) was in a full blown argument right in front of us at the checklanes and one of the teo young ladies he was arguing with got frustrated and walked away from him. No apologies for the situation that unfolded in front of us, just stormed after her demanding that she come back and check is out. Not the type of leadership Id be proud to call a part of my team but to each his own.

Unfortunately the Albertson close to my home closed. If Im in the area I always try to stop at this location. Yesterday a gentleman in the produce department went to the back to retrieve an item I was looking for that just came in on the truck. The lady in the meat department informed us that we could save on the same product in a value pack. The cashier was super courteous and professional. Thanks to all of you for making our vist such a great experience. I just might have to make a special trip there more often.

I like their sales because regular priced merchandise are double the cost than their competitors stores. Nice, fresh produce but high dollar. As the same for fresh meats, dairy products and bakery items. Cant afford to shop other than during sales.

Went for a cake order pickup that was made two weeks in advance, unfortunately the cake was nothing of the design ordered, the color of the icing was completely wrong, order the edible photo placement and it was never put on the cake. Although the manager did give a discount and we took the cake as was we were very disappointed.

I visited on Christmas day. The store was clean, there were lots of sales. The lines were semi-long, but it was expected since this was one of 2 or 3 stores open on Christmas. The staff was friendly.

I enjoy shopping at this store. some things I just flat out refuse to buy here. I find it difficult to pay for an item I know I can get elsewhere for several dollars cheaper. so I know when I go here what I will not buy already. there are several products that I can only find here so I learned to just get them and not look at the price. I wait to get mad until after I get home. that way I can kick the dog.
