The place does the trick. It is easy as long as you have a prepaid ready to go package. They do obviously have the materials needed to ship a package but it is more hassle. The first time I went in I was very confused on where I was supposed to actually drop off the package and I did not know who I should talk to but long story long I figured it out and my package shipped. No one enjoys shipping a package but when I came her with a prepaid ready to go package I was able to figure it out. I wish the employees would reach out to help more and offer some assistance when it is clear someone does not know exactly how they want to ship an item.
Collin H. helped me when I visited yesterday with my baby girl, and it was by far a 5-star experience! Hes got to be the best employee Ive encountered here. He was super friendly and helpful. He had very good people skills for sure! Collin was competent and efficient. What really made this visit great is that, without my having to ask, he walked ahead of me and held both doors open for my daughter and me. This was so thoughtful! I was carrying her in her heavy car seat, and it makes such a difference in my day to get extra help like that. I really appreciated it. Give this guy a raise!
Employee stated we needed to mail or package in a FEDEX box. Postage was already paid for on Ebay. We have mailed many items through different stores and drop offs using the same packaging. Went to Walgreens and dropped the package off there.

I’ve always had nice service here. But I went today and the employee was rude to an elder. And then was rude to me.
Rude and unhelpful employees. Called to see if my order would be done early and received a terse, “no.” Order ends up being completed early, no call, only an email. Staff in the store was rude and unhelpful, even after speaking with the manager. Would not recommend for printing services.
I stopped by FedEx Office in Richfield and had great customer service I was greeted on my arrival. I came to fax a document to my Dr. office. At no time was I informed there would be a 10.00 hold on my account for 3-4 days. Communication is lacking which is unfair to the customer. If that would have been my last few dollars I would have been in trouble. Needless to say I will NEVER be back into a FedEx Office
I have only had negative experiences with your new employee Colin at this location. My fiancé and I come in here Monday-Friday shipping 30+ packages for our business. We are aware of all of the terms and conditions for shipping with FedEx. We ship on multiple platforms and we have never had reoccurring issues at any other location like this, before. Collin almost always says something negative to us about our packages, the contents of them, the way we package them, etc. and I have yet to ship here and have a pleasant experience with Collin. Today, he followed my fiancé out to our car to question us about if I we have been shipping marijuana. Grant, Dom, and the other manager who left, the male, they’re all great! — but I think you need to train this employee better or let him go.
Ive been to this location several times for different reasons; everything from printing/shipping for the company I work for to printing projects for college. This location is the best Ive ever been to and I go out of my way to drive here over the two other centers that are closer to my home. Ive had different people help me each time but they have all been friendly, patient and really efficient. Sometimes the employees have to wait on multiple people at once to make things move faster and I have always been impressed with how they are able to multi-task.
Stood there for about 5 minutes with no employees in sight. When one finally appeared, she did not say hello or anything. After I asked for help, she finally got me taken care of. She was dismissive the entire time. She acted like she couldnt wait to be finished assisting me.
Excellent customer service! A few different employees helped me and they were all friendly and patient while explaining how to use some of their equipment. Even at the checkout I felt valued as a customer. Ive come to really appreciate good customer service after noticing how rare its becoming at most places. Nice work staff at FedEx Richfield!
The staff members at this location are always friendly and willing to work out any problems. My orders that I print online are always done remarkably quickly. When I asked a staff member a question about a certain product, she e-mailed me all the pricing and options while I was still in the store. I have had really good experiences here and will definitely be back.
Unprofessional recipient used extend amount of time and lack of postage knowledge, said that specific package is not receivable at their location, which lead me to other location 4 miles away, and I end up visit another location 1.3 miles away and that location accept the package without any hassles.....I suggest extra training and knowledge test are request for any existing employees.
Decent service but horribly under staffed on the weekends. Their pay by the minute computers get less than 1Mb/sec down for internet speed (I tested). Making me wait an eternity to download a webpage is kind of a sleezy way to get me to pay an extra $5.

My prints are always done fast, and the customer service is excellent! Also, LaMonica is the best. She is super kind and very helpful if you need to learn more about how to use the copiers :) I decided not to buy a printer because I always have a good experience printing at FedEx.
I feel sorry for those who work here; desperately understaffed. Not a fault of the employees, but the company.If you want to wait in line for thirty or forty minutes to mail a package, this is a great place to go.

Horrible service. Came in to ask about moving boxes and received no help. I stood around waiting for 10 minutes and neither men spoke. 2 other customers walked in and he immediately helped them. I walk out to my truck and as Im getting ready to leave the man comes out to enjoy a cigarette. SmhThanks for nothing!

Horrible customer service!! The assistant manager Jesse was extremely rude! This man argued with me and then told me I was going to listen to him and if I wasnt he was going to call the police. Ive NEVER been treating in this manner in my life! I will be contacting their corporate offices regarding this embarrassment!
Was a little shaky at first with their service, but have come to know their team and how to place order. Never e-mail, always through their online system and itll be seamless.

Worst fedex ever they tell you one thing and do another happened me twice a bunch of rude workers. Will never go back none of my friends or family will as well. They give you a number to call shrug and just walk away from you.
