Excellent, timely and professional service. Sure, typewriters are a thing of the past so finding someone knowledgable, friendly and honest to work on one is priceless. I have a 1920s Remington that my 17 year old nephew wanted to use (go figure) so I had a new ribbon installed by Vale. Very happy with their service.

In 2011, I moved to Edina, and was thrilled that a little over a mile away was a genuine, brick-and-mortar typewriter sales and service store. I moved away, but I still mail my machines to Mark whenever I need them tuned up. Ive had the pleasure of purchasing two machines from Mark and had four more serviced (I think. I lost count!).
