Must admit no problem with service.However I took some items back to exchange for a bigger size. I had the wrong receipt because I purchased at least 5 items. Salesperson stated wrong receipt and that it was the 7th day so if I wanted to exchange I would need to go home and get the receipts in order to exchange today only. Keep in mind I did not want a refund only wanted to exchange . Now Ive worked in retail so I know that you can go back and check all purchases from at least one month ago. The fact that the items were not cheap is whats upsetting . Yes Im quite sure of return policy. But again this was not a return it was an exchange .What I would suggest is having any and all receipts sent to email address therefore you will have on phone if this happens to you. I dont know if they have this policy but maybe they should. What if it was a gift what is the return or exchange policy then. Seven days is not sufficient time if you work. Should at least give 2 weeks to 30 days.Also this is the closest store but its 45 min to 1hr away . But because its their policy we had to honor it. But when it comes to purchase clothing I might suggest not buying then if you areally not sure of your size. Keep in mind all clothes dont always run according to your size

Will not refund and will not order new ones, no size selection and horrible service. The rep Tonya was absolutely unacceptable during the entire visit and would not allow the employee to bring out the small selection of 7s. Please stay away.
