Staff was so friendly and helpful that I didnt care how much money I spent! That kind of service is priceless! Got all my souvenirs and swag for my family and friends and really nice people to help me find it! Loved it!

Absolutely great shopping experience for Cardinals and Blues merchandise. after a couple of minutes of shopping on my own I was greeted by Alicia and she positively hit a homerun on finding the things I was shopping for.. She helped me gather everything up and Alex helped at the register. The prices I found were just a bit cheaper than other team logo apparel location like the mall and internet. They had a huge selection and nothing had to be ordered or mailed to me. Appreciate the help and the experience. I will go back when in STL, Highly RECOMMEND!!

I love Rally House for local sports teams that I support. The girl assisting me today was very nice and helpful. I do not recall her name but we did converse and said she was from Kansas City and was wearing an Arkansas Razorbacks sweatshirt. Thank you Rally House. My only wish is that I could get notified on more sales to know when its cheap to come visit.

Nice Place to shop for a one-time visit. I found this store through an online search for a particular Blues item. So I drove 25 minutes to the store and searched for another 20 minutes for the specific item. I couldnt find it. I selected a different Blues item instead and informed the cashier of my search. It turns out, of course, the store did have the item I was searching for. It just wasnt in any obvious location. It was a non-clothing item yet was hanging among the clothes that were in a backward facing rack along a backwall. Perhaps, they didnt want this item to sell much. Also, the other item I purchased turned out to be $15 cheaper at Target. Live and learn.

If youre looking to limit your selection to everything under the sun then this is the place to go! every sport is represented including generic St Louis themed merchandise as well. There are are items ranging from shirts and hats to pajamas, socks, sandals, decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and I was actually surprised that it was not more crowded than it was. There are some bargain racks but mostly everything is at retail price and name brand merchandise. You get what you pay for, as they say, so if you want St Louis and Missouri oriented sports gear, this is definitely a must stop.

My experience at Rally House was greatly satisfying. The staff went above and beyond which was much appreciated. I’m a Forever customer now.

I rarely do Google reviews but I had such a wonderful experience. The store is neatly organized and they offer such a wide selection of sports memorabilia. I was able to find gifts for the spirts enthusiast in my family. I ended up spending much more than I originally intended. I will definitely be back!!!

I really like this store. They have a large selection of merchandise. They are not very handicapped accessible. It is near impossible to maneuver through. I was in last week and the man that helped me was so helpful. I asked what seemed like a million questions but he wasnt bothered at all. I wish I had gotten his name. Great service!

Terrible return policy. My purchase was less than 60 days old, I had the original receipt, the item still had the tags on it, the person who purchased this item paid in cash. They refused to give me a full refund in cash. They could only give me 50 in cash and the rest on the credit card of the person who purchased the item..... WITH CASH! THEY NEVER USED A CREDIT CARD! Very backwards logic. Do not come here to buy something if you are not absolutely sure you want it. 0 stars.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience today!! I went in to get a Molina jersey and to use my 40% off coupon before it expired. They didnt have my size- and I asked a worker (Nancy) if everything they had was out on the floor. She immediately offered to check the back but came back empty handed and apologetic and offered to call other stores in the area to see if it was in stock. After several failed attempts at other stores, she suggested times to check back after new shipments rolled in as well as buying a jersey without a name/number and going to get what I wanted put on it instead. These options were extremely helpful and the fact she took so much time to help me was so great! I told her it wasnt a big deal and that I was going to look around to see if I found something else to use my coupon on. Without asking, she had another worker (Megan) check the entire store, additional racks, and the back once more. After a few minutes, she found me in the store right away with the jersey Id been searching for! Without her outstanding customer service and persistence in finding me my jersey, I would have walked out with nothing. Thank you Megan and Nancy for your time today!! Happy customer!

The Rally House of ALL other Rally Houses!! I just have to say that the manager at this location did an excellent job preparing her team for the Blues Stanley Cup win. The store was absolutely PACKED the night of the win and for the next 7 days! So many people came in and the staff was clearly out numbered. They kept great organization through all of it.They were poised, helpful, and never showed any discontent or attitude with the large customer/fan base there to purchade merchandise. If youre looking for a friendly staff and one that will help you with patience, this is the Rally House that you want to go to!Great work you all!

Horrible return policy. If it had an option for no stars that is what they would get. Had a item for 1 week tag still on and have receipt and said they wont return. When I bought I asked what the return policy is. Wasnt told to inspect and make sure no damage. How is it that other stores even coach can take a damaged good back that was damaged in a factory and not this store. U send back as a damaged item from where you got. Horrible customer service will tell all my friends and use social media. Its funny how the company responds to the good and not the bad.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong size shirt and did not realize the mistake until returning home, 250 miles from the store, Having paid cash I was certain an exchange was going to be a challenge. Kaitlyn, in customer service was outstanding, emailed me a return label and I have received the correct shirt. Exceeded my expectations, I will be back next time in St Louis! Thank You

What I dislike is poor customer service and people that have jobs in the public and act like they dont want to help you or wake up with an attitude and this is what my fiance and myself experienced and this was our first time at this place because we were looking for some battlehawks gear, there was a female there and she seen us looking around and never asked if we needed help and when we did ask she responded as if we were bothering her,there was a more friendly guy at the counter

I was a little disappointed. When you read the site it seems there is more to choose from. But when you get in the store its just ok. Dont get me wrong there were items to choose from but not what I was looking for. A lot of Blues, Cardinals, Mizzou gear but not enough of like different shirts for me. The staff was okay, no one really asked me if I needed help or nothing. I was greeted when I walked in, thats a plus. I kinda felt like I was being watched more so than anything. My son got a shirt and key chain id holder.The store seemed organized its little in the store as well.

Drove all the way down there to buy a city decal paid six bucks and when I went to put it on the car it just fell completely apart.

The ladies working when I stopped in were very nice and helpful. They have a ton of merchandise for the local teams and some very unique buys as well. Their prices are comparable to other team stores as well as the venues at the games. I am excited to go back in the future.

Store manager didnt seem to have control over staff, Waited in line for so long with only one worker during the holiday season! Customer serivces wasnt great at all. workers seem to have attitude and didnt really seem to want to be at work. Product in the store is wonderful but the store itself not so much.
