This is my favorite and happy place since its been opened after COVID.I come here to study and enjoy my coffee while Im working.The staff are super friendly and I love this Starbucks and come here most days of the week.Just wanted to share the positive vibe this place gives me.

Still one of the nicest and newest looking Starbucks in St. Louis. Not too much changed before and after pandemic other then the hours.To me AC has always been on the colder side I do advice to bring a jacket if plan stay long.

Very slow. They have 3 full time and 2 trainee. And it takes 15+min to make a grande drink. Everyone was doing things while chatting. Do not care customers stand in line waiting 10+min.

Every single time I go to the this location I go to the counter and order just a black iced coffee (not my usual order but I try to be courteous to the staff as I know they’re busy most of the day). I have ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee with ice the last several times I’ve come in. The staff is not very efficient and many people wait quite a while for their drinks. I am one of those people who always tries to be understanding of service workers, but this has gotten a bit out of hand for anyone order inside. I don’t know what the issue is but I know I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, unfortunately.

I live 2 minutes from this location so I visit very frequently . I order the same item a strawberry refresher with water which is always on point . However, on the evening of August 25, around 6:30pm I placed an order in the drive-through for a Strawberry refresher with water . Once I tasted my refresher it had no flavor and It tasted more like water. I then went inside to get another one made correctly and explain to the worker (myStrawberry refresher taste more like water and has no strawberry flavor ) she then told me “maybe you have COVID “ once that was said I got furious but I remain polite and let her know I’m pretty aware of how a Strawberry refresher should taste considering it’s the only drink I always get from Starbucks and I’m sure I would know if I had COVID because the symptoms says you wouldn’t be able to taste anything ! It’s clear I said my drink tasted like water. Instead of her taking ownership and saying the drink could’ve been made wrong she then insure me that she will do the same steps to make the drink .Nevertheless IReceive the drink had more flavor but still didn’t taste right . Anyhow I just left and will not be returning ! If you would like to get diagnosed with Covid from a Starbucks employee this is the place to go ! Starbucks please let your Employee know she is not a doctor she works at Starbucks !

Theres usually a long line at the drive thru, but believe it not, the line goes quickly! I was surprised, I was on my way in less than 10 mins. Great and friendly service.

Best Starbucks in Stl! I habitually go out of my way to order drinks from this specific location. The staff are so kind at all hours of the day and my favorite coffee drinks are ALWAYS made to perfection. Highly recommend!

I placed my order for walk-in pickup through the app. BTW, I love the app. It simplifies my life since I still feel like a Starbucks Rookie. The food & my customized drinks are always on point. Employees are always welcoming & friendly. The store is always clean w/ social distance floor markers & sanitizer bottles on the few high tables. There is only one entrance onto the lot & plenty of parking spaces.

Crowded but the line moves at a good pace. Very friendly staff.

I USED to be a regular at this location... I would order a “treinta vanilla sweet-cream cold-brew” with 8 pumps of vanilla instead of 4 (nothing more complicated & nothing less). I would often greet them first, tip whenever I had cash on me, thank them, and would always ensure that they should have “a great rest of their day.”Unfortunately, I would often leave with drinks made incorrectly (though I never once asked that they be remade), be met with attitude consistently (one drive-through barista comes into mind specifically though I do not wish to name drop (I just wish she would understand that her actions and her words have power (as she was unapologetically unkind to me in my interactions with her) and that she really did absolutely ruin my experience at this location over time as well as a few of my days)). K, I’m done.

Based on a visit from this morning:I thought I’d come in and treat myself to something special—I rarely come in and I e never been to this location. The staff was and attentive, and the cashier even offered to cover my 4 cents from the tip jar.My tall caramel macchiato and warmed brownie came out not long after I ordered it.Inside, this place is huge with high ceilings, plenty of seating, outdoor patio, and a great view of its surroundings. It was clean and comfy. And they celebrate GAY PRIDE (something a lot of businesses here don’t publicly display on their sidewalk chalk board or at all). LOVED IT!Definitely coming back.

Easy access off Hwy 64. Located in the lower Plaza next to CycleBar. Drive thru available, outdoor patio and plenty of seating inside. Staff is decent but could certainly use a little spunk & smiles. Merchandise, snacks and most importantly coffee available. Therefore Ill likely return at some point.

Good Starbucks; exactly what you’d expect. Drink was well made. Wait was a little long but the drive through line was huge and I went in to try for faster service which was overly ambitious. Overall I recommend this one

Large space inside but very loud and echoey. Make sure you bring headphones if you’re working.

Good drinks and nice workers but after multiple occasions going here, it is consistently the slowest drive through and online pickup I have ever experienced with a Starbucks. You can easily wait in line 20 min and pickup will be 15 min later than the app tells you it will be ready.

This location is hit or miss, but a lot more miss lately. On a few occasions my hot drink was cold because they made it too early and it sat a while before I made it to the window. The wait lately has been more like 15-20mins plus. On too many occasions my $6 drink isnt filled to the top, but 1/4 of foam. However, the customer service is always amazing. My 6yr old son even noticed how nice everyone is at this location.

I love how Starbucks packages their deliveries...every restaurant should take a page from Starbucks book when it comes to securing items for delivery.

Love this location!! Great friendly service and wonderful upside down caramel macchiato. My famously beautiful girlfriend works there and I dream about going through the drive through just to see them work!! Would gladly come back any time ;)

All the workers are very welcoming and attentive to your needs and so far Ive had the best service at this location and I have 3 close by my house and I rather drive to this one even though its about a 15 minute drive to it. And the service is worth the drive!!!!!

They we’re extremely rude to my best friend who was having a hard day and crying over her dog that passed away the night before. My friend left a review of her experience, and her comment was deleted.

Ridiculous! Line extends into a very busy 4 lane rd. Hopefully crashes arent very frequent

Consistently the slowest service with the longest wait time. In the time that it takes to receive my order I can drive to another location and back (I only know this because I’ve done it). I wish ordering ahead was available more often than not.

I go to this Starbucks every other day because of how friendly the staff is. When I walk in they know my name and the friends I bring along, they take the time to get to know you and always serve your order with a smile. This Starbucks is in constant motion with all of the people coming in and out during the later hours of the morning and night, and yet the store always remains almost completely spotless. Even when the store closes they politely wait for you to leave instead of having you rush out of the store. This Starbucks is unbeatable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. 5/5 stars all the way!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They ignored us (only ones in line) for 5 minutes. No eye contact and nothing said. Then a lady behind the counter said to the other worker “take their order so they don’t leave.” They said they were at capacity with the other 4 people in here waiting for their drinks (all six feet apart). I understand covid regulations, but this was absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning. No excuse for such poor customer service

Starbucks was amazing but not nearly as amazing as the person I enjoyed it with. Pumpkin Spice was delicious as always and the Venti Carmel Macchiato iced with an extra shot was superb!!

This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. Not to mention that I dont think my White Mocha has ever tasted so good! PERFECTION. This isnt my normal Starbucks but it is on my work route, will have to stop here more often.

The drive through is INCREDIBLY slow. I have waited 20-30 minutes with less than five cars in front of me on multiple occasions. Definitely need to find a new Starbucks or coffee shop altogether.

You know how you go to a Starbucks and their baristas are usually just meh? It’s just so different in this location! There is a barista here, her name is Tara, always super friendly and full of energy!! Thanks Tara!

When I want brewed coffee.... I want brewed coffee NOT do overs. I wanted strong coffee and just because it was after a certain time they dont brew there coffee they do do overs. They pour water through a coffee filter ( w/the coffee grounds) twice. If I hadnt already paid for it I would have walked out. They didnt say anything til after I paid for it. Never Again!!!!

Drinks were fine, the grilled cheese on the other hand were so hard they hurt my teeth, I had to remove one side of the bread because I couldn’t even chew through it. Which is sad because I’ve never experienced this with Starbucks before.

When its happy hour, make sure you go inside to verify your order is correct. They stall you out in drive thru the last hour and will not correct their mistake because its busy. FYI for you customer service enthusiasts

Everyone was so friendly...

The culture of SLOOOW strikes again...whereas some Starbucks are models of efficiency, not so much in this one. I can understand (well kinda) waiting a half hour for my mobile order on red cup day, but to have mobile ordering turned off and to have to wait for a single cashier for quite some time before finally leaving was a bit much. Ending up getting my fix at another Starbucks servicing twice the people with 3/4 the staff.

The staff here on weekday mornings are possibly some of the nicest people I have ever met. They help me start my day off right when I swing by on my way to work!

Today 10/13/19 Is the third time in two weeks that I have ordered a breakfast sandwich that is ice cold in the middle. Typically I check and end up coming back in and waiting for a new one, but today I thought surely this wouldn’t happen again, once I drove away and took my first bite...ice cold. This is not only a health concern but a major inconvenience. Truly dissatisfied.

I’m guessing the guys working the night shift are burnt out on people or just not very nice.. almost seemed sarcastic when handing me my drink.. did not feel comfortable drinking, just threw it out.

When placing my order online, I accidentally selected the wrong location. During the morning rush, I arrived here to pick up my order and the employee asked me what order I was waiting on and when I realized my error, he immediately offered to make my drink even though the mistake was not his. While it’s a small gesture, but it started my morning off right. Thanks for the great customer service!

First time visiting this location and it was honestly the one the best services weve had. My barista paid so much attention to detail, even though its only a drink, presentation is everything.

Long delay in drive through. Only 2 cars ahead of me but it was a good 10 minutes. Then my order was not ready a d then my drink was not done properly.

I ordered a regular coffee. It was luke warm. Super strong and overfilled. Not my best experience from a star to many bucks for coffee.

After waiting in line for 15 mins they messed my order up packed the top with whip cream after i asked for none ... guy just wiped it out and took all the toppings they didn’t replace them and not to mention drink was super watery with chunks of whipped cream in it complete waste of 7 dollars

I brought my own cup in for charged for bring my own cup - with them thinking it was a new cup. How do they refund me you ask - through a plastic gift card. Not back on my app or cash - a plastic gift card. Starbucks is environmentally wasteful as the rest!
