Staff was very polite & helpful during my visit & very professional. The doctor was very great & explained my issue with my eyes & staff helped me find the perfect frames. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs glasses or contacts & didn’t have to wait long for them to finish getting my lenses put into my new frames. Very satisfied & will do business with them again in the future.

Dr Emily gave me the most thorough vision exam that Ive ever had & Im 65. She was so nice, she explained everything to me & she took her time, I never felt rushed. Shaheer was so patient with me, while I tried on a number of different frames. Again, I did not feel rushed. He was so courteous. He helped me to choose the most becoming frame. It really was the best experience that I ever had. I will definitely go back !

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. There are no surprises, as to billing, Dr Gellis is a very caring eye doctor. Been seeing him for about 10 years. Also, the selection of eyewear was great and they followed the Covid 19 guidelines as for masking up and sanitizing, keeping us safe.

I thought my glasses were broken. But they just needed a new screw. The optometrist fixed them very nicely and I wasn’t even charged. They close early at 3:00 pm. The mall is a mess but I’m glad they are there.

This location is now permanently closed. The mall is scheduled for demolition.

Kellie was awesome. As I was getting a credit and rebill she noticed my glasses had a special that upgraded the lenses and saved me money. She didnt have to do that and I would never of know. Great job!

Mase was extremely friendly and professional! So, was both black females the one who set my. Next dr appt and the one I noticed helping other customers. The dr and the person working with dr was very friendly also😊. Unfortunately the white female on the floor was rude to her co workers and not professional with the actions I seen her do. I didnt like how she interacted with the black lady with short afro or Mase the white male helping me. Mase handled his rude coworker very professionally. Thats was awsome 😊😁

Even though I was late to the appointment the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. They knew exactly how to answer my questions on price and availability for their products. Dr. Gellis performed the exam very quickly and effectively. The saleswoman Adrienne was extremely helpful in helping me pick out my frames and my prescription was done in about 35 minutes. I was very impressed and I would definitely recommend this location and their staff.

This is my first time going to a Lens Crafters. I was having a really bad day with some horrible contact lenses I had purchased online (don’t buy contacts from ANYONE but your OPHTHALMOLOGIST), my glasses had recently been cracked, and I was desperate. I was able to get an appointment within 3 hours. The service was very kind, and very fast. I was hooked up with new contacts lenses and a sweet new pair of Ray Bans. My glasses were ready the same day! I’m fortunate enough to have good vision coverage through work. Regardless, I can’t recommend this place highly enough! It seems like everyone who works there really enjoys their job. Everyone was so friendly, and so knowledgeable. I’m so happy I decided to give them a shot!

The staff here are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The eyewear is expensive but its high quality and I feel its worth the investment. Will definitely return. Thanks to both Ashir and Kelly as well, very helpful and not pushy salespeople.

Ive been wearing contact lenses for the last 17 years of m life. Ive nEver had so many issues with the prescription not being right. Its fuzzy, its too strong. I go back he just gives me any power doesnt check my eyes again now this powerful is too weak. I get the contacts w the original power in the mail. I put those back on that hoping because they are the correct script which was different from the trial they would be ok. Nope my right is fuzzy kind of like a film over my eye does this doctor know what he is doing ? Im not sure He isnt much of a people person and doesnt like answering questions. Im just annoyed that in nearly 20 years of wearing contacts this times it just cant get it right. I just want too see clearly without headache and fuzzy vision and uncomfortable lenses this being my second time with this issue I was hoping I could be seen immediately but. Old have to wait. I guess I will just be blurry. Ugh. Sincerely. Blurred and confused.

Went to buy prescription glasses. Store associate was extremely friendly and guided all the way till the end. One of best in-store experience I ever had. Will certainly go again

I have been very pleased with the glasses selection, sales professionals, optician staff & the opticians at this store for many years. The opticians have caught things in my eye health and have given me good advice about what kinds of lenses to get and when.
