Stopped in for an emergency tire change while traveling. Barry could not have been more friendly or helpful. I was back on the road in an hour. I tried to give Barry a tip and he refused telling me he was just doing his job.
Iv called multiple times and can never get ahold of anyone in the parts department. Called at different times still no answer. How are you supposed to conduct business with someone who doesnt even take the time to answer your calls.
Friendly staff and will work with you to get the best price available. Serive department has been outstanding this far especially with the recalls. Parts department is pretty well stocked for your sxs needs.
The service was amazing I came in for a tire change for my dirt bike they said that they can get it done in 5 minutes and I didn’t even have to leave the store!

My mom and her husband bought a used ATV about 6 months ago and traded it for a new last month. She has been pressuring me to shop for one so we could ride with them on the weekends. Today, We finally stopped by to shop around and maybe ask some questions about which vehicle would be the best fit for us- in addition to cost etc. We walked around the store for about 10-15 minutes. No one ever bothered to say hello to us or ask if we needed help. Honestly I was surprised. Associates walked by us and never spoke. We walked into Lead & Co. Again we were ignored. We ask if they had any ammo and they told Us probably not what you are looking for however never ask what we were actually looking for. Unfortunately I won’t be back. I’ll drive on to Lexington to shop.
Worked with Craig in service for my Polaris Ranger Crew and had a great experience. Everyone I met in service was friendly, knowledgeable and very service minded. Had about 4 things that needed to be done and they kept me updated and explained everything in detail. Super impressed and would not hesitate to recommend these folks if you are needing any service done.
Dont shop here or come for repairs. Customer service is terrible. My husband brought our 4 wheeler in for repair. Estimated time to complete was originally a week. A month later the repair is almost complete. They were missing a bolt that would be in on Friday, no Monday...definitely Monday, no Tuesday by 3:00 worst case.... And yet they have not called us to tell us what is going on, called the supplier to verify shipping, or sent someone to pick up the part since they have long since blown every estimate completion date. I really struggle to understand how they are still in business.

I brought a generator in on a Tuesday just after lunch, because it wouldn’t start due having old gas. The service dept was very friendly and happy to help me. I told them I needed it back by Friday so I could use it in the City Christmas Parade on a float. They said they would do their best, but could not guarantee it would be done by then, since they didn’t yet know if it needed parts. They made sure to give me the option to pay a bit more for shipping to get the parts overnighted if needed. They were very transparent about their pricing, which I found very refreshing. They said they would do their best, and then I left. Fast forward literally 2 hours, and they called and told me it was finished! They had put the best tech in the business on it, Robby Bennett. He was able to get the carb cleaned out, then replaced the spark plug, and had it starting and running perfectly, and it was ready to be picked up! Top notch service! These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I would highly recommend them!
We were in town for a family reunion and we had brought dirt bikes for the kids. The chain on our 80xr gave up and needed a replacement. I called several shops and explained the situation and they were all 1 or 2 weeks out.Richmond motorsports said they could squeeze us in and they saved the trip for my kids. Went Yesterday which was a Saturday to buy my sons first Four Wheeler. I think my sells man was high or just had no sense. Just very slow and rude at times so bad I told my wife let’s just go some where else. Wish we did . We got home with my son new 90. It was dead and both tires were flat. Glad I had a charger and an air compressors. They charged me a 125 for the service. What a joke to charge a battery which was shot. This was my son 6 year old birthday present. He did not get to enjoy on his birthday. So this morning we are trying to find battery so he can play with his present.

Needed a new tire and a new battery for my 2001 Kawasaki prairie and decided to give these guys a call. Kenny in the parts department worked his butt off to find the correct parts I needed for my rig. He actually had to put in a lot of extra work since parts numbers changed so much in the past 16 years. I’ll never go anywhere else! I’m super impressed!
I purchased a new 2019 XP 1000 brought the machine for its first 25hr service . The price was $296 and I was shocked . What made matters worse was I came with my Buddy that was getting the same service and the MGR offered 10% well that was kinda smack in the face when I asked for one 3 Days ago . Good job guys I will take my list of parts that I was gonna purchase for my marching elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We dealt with Barry and he was absolutely amazing to me and my dad! We had our rzr xp 1000 worked on and he did so much work and always called and told us what they were going to do! When we went to pick it up he started to pull it out of the garage and the check engine light was on and he didn’t let us take it until he had tests run on it so he could make sure it was perfect for us!! We also had to buy some parts and talked to some people about the new rzrs and everyone was so helpful and nice! Definitely recommend this place!!

When I first started going there I knew very little about motorcycles in general but they were very willing to help me out and describe step by step how to fix a problem. I found the best deal for my Pitbike at this shop. I went to other websites and when I was about to actually buy the bike the price jumped up because of hidden fees. At this place they straight up told me how much everything was going to cost out the door. Surprisingly, it was like $200 cheaper than any other place i could find in state.
I bought a used 2014 Can Am Commander 1000 xt. Business before and during the transaction was great. I drove four hours to pick it up from Fort Campbell. After arriving there I took it for a test drive and everything seemed good and that I wanted to purchase it. I asked multiple times if it had been serviced. Every time everyone there answered yes. Trusting them I didn’t look my self. I loaded it up and drove four hours back home. I had it home for four hours and noticed the low oil was on my screen. I then checked the oil and it was low and brown. I then checked the air filter and coolant reservoir. The filter was black and the coolant was empty. I called the dealership and they admitted to not servicing it and apologized for it. They said they would send me the coolant, air filter, oil change kit and a light bar for there mistake. It took a week to get here and when it finally arrived. It had everything except the coolant. So I decided to just cut my loss and buy the coolant out of pocket. Make sure to not take their word and check literally everything.

The staff is friendly, but follow through is poor. I have ordered parts and have had work done on my bike and almost every time there is something wrong, either they do not get back to you, forget to order, or do not complete the job.

I purchased a 2006 Yamaha Roadliner Midnight from I-75 Yamaha in August of 2006. I have been very pleased with the motorcycle and have been very satisfied with the service and support I have received since purchasing the bike. Took ATV and dirt bike on Tuesday. Call Friday telling us it will be $517 for new carb and $50 for finding the problem.So go pick up atv pay $50, still waiting on dirt bike. The dirt bike just needs new tire but the tire still hadnt arrived by Saturday. Monday they call and say it will be almost $600 for tire and rim. Of course Im not paying that price but still have to pay another $50,thats now $100 for telling us the atv needes carbs and dirt bike tire will cost half the price of bike. They where beyond rude from start to finish. My husband is a disabled veteran and they where aware of that but guessing since we chose not to have them do the repairs they watched as he loaded the 250dirt bike alone and never offered to help. So save yourself the time and money and purchase online through bike bandit
Originally when I first called to see about bringing my 4 wheeler here, I was told that if I bring it on in that it would take about a week to fix. After going on 4 weeks.... 3 weeks Waiting on parts which I have never had to wait that long on parts for anything! It took me calling up there to find out anything on the status. After writing a review on Facebook they messaged me apologizing and asking how they can improve, I messaged them back 4 times over a 4 day period without any response. I was planning on bringing my second quad up here for them to work on because they seemed like a nice group...better plan to be without your atv for awhile cause its taken a month.EDIT* after talking with Steve in service we realized it was a simple communication mistake, were in the process of resolving the situation Therefor I raised it from 1 star to 3..... I bought a 2008 VFR Honda Interceptor ABS model and havent had it a month maybe but my wife will not ride on the bike and dosent like it. So I thought I could trade it back for a cruiser since I just got it but NO thats been a horrible experience. All the used bikes i pick out wont qualify or stand good for a loan is what Im constantly being told but if I get a new bike the payments are half of my house payment, its ridiculous. I been trying for over 2 weeks now and never get any call backs hardly at all. During this process, the bikes they will approve are ones I didnt even pick out and have outrageous payments so that they can make a good profit, even though they already made a profit off of the first bike I purchased. You would think if a customer was willing to make multiple purchases at a place and come back that they would be willing to work with you but it dosent seem that way. If I dont get one ASAP I wont be coming back, not to mention all my co workers that have been considering making deals themselves. Sorry, but Im not trying to put them down but this is my experience and so far Im very disappointed. Im about to just let the bike go back to the finance company and be done with it all. As somebody else pointed out the store hardly has any motorcycle, just side by sides, and four wheelers mostly, the lexington store has the bikes so you have to go there to see them.
Wonderful experience, great group of guys, nothing too serious, cut up and joke but handle business and get you in and out as well! Had a horrible experience with Richmond Honda Powersports worthless as far as customer service goes, but in the end the guys at Richmond Yamaha/Polaris Motorsports took care of me, got me approved and driving off the lot in no time. Mark is the man to get you done, great salesreps, great service guys, top notch place all the way around. If you need a bike, razr or quad, these guys can take of you in no time! Thanks again Richmond Motorsports for on hell of an experience!
I havent had very good luck with this organization. Employees are nice but i was told several inconsistencies. This last service, i shelled out $700 and still didnt have a replacement clutch cover because they ordered it, the order was wrong, and then they shut down until jan 4th. Thankfully, the guys at YPK in Hazard KY got me taken care of on the part. The YPK guys were super nice, held my part for me until i could drive 2hrs to get there with no credit card number or anything, and obviously eager to do business. After dealing with i75 yamaha on a new ranger purchase and 2 services, i would suggest that you steer clear.
