There is no BS and they keep to their word, unlike other dealers I tried working with before them. I took my Husqvarna for repair as the drive belt was coming off and I needed to find out why. I was charged $60 to put the belt back on. The belt came off again and I called the company to ask them what was happening. I was told I had purchased the wrong belt size (I had the correct belt size). I took it to another tractor repair company and found out the bolts were loose on the transmission. I will not use this company again.
