We drove 3.5 hours away to purchase our new travel trailer from Central KY Truck Trailer Boat & RV. Their price beat out every RV dealer in Tennessee so it made the drive worth it for us. Then to get there and everyone treats us as if we were life long next door neighbors, you can’t help but feel at home. We have been looking for a particular camper for a while and was directed to these fine folks thru the manufacturer and when we called to ask them to hold it for us, they were true to their word. They even set up our new hitch for us. The camper was exactly as described. Big RV dealers could learn a thing or two from Spencer and his crew. We will purchase from them again and we highly recommend this business to anyone needing recreational or work equipment.

Oct 2020, Mixed feelings as of now. Bought a new V-Nose trailer that had slight damage on the front of the diamond plate. Was told the metal was on order and they would replace the diamond plate free of charge and also got it in writing on the purchase order. Been over 2 months and not one call about replacing the diamond plate or the status. Ive called several times and keep getting told they dont have the diamond plate yet to repair it. Service was great when I purchased the trailer and they even fixed the light connector on my truck. Follow-up needs some work. Hopefully they come through and repair it...Jan 27th now, still no metal, phone call, or repair. Im going to contact them again and attempt to get it done.

We just purchased a 2018 palomino travel trailer, i would like to give a big shout out to Dave Walter. He is a courteous and professional person who took the time to do almost a 3-hour walk around on our travel trailer, explaining everything to us from front to back. While traveling on the hwy our 7 way plug was ripped out, drug the ground and the wires exposed/shredded. Central Kentucky was the closest RV repair place and we stopped in. They replaced our plug/cord on the spot and had us on our way in about an hour. Reasonably priced, great work and everyone was very helpful. They literally saved our day. Thanks!!

My husband and I are living in a new Open Range 5th Wheel while our home in under major renovation. This December our furnace was not operating in the freezing temperatures and we were struggling to get assistance from our “premiere” RV insurance. We were set for our first trip in our Airstream and had no electricity, we thought. Stopped by and they helped assure us we did have electricity it was just a bad plug or a breaker at our house..Grateful to have found them.

Contacted Logan about a 2001 Ford F250 they had. I am in a different state and relied heavily on his description of the truck (Great condition, rust free and no evidence of accident) . Part of the deal was for them to deliver it to me after I paid (wire transfer).When I received the truck there were several undisclosed dents, frame rust, missing knobs and a serious diesel leak.Guess I was naive to think I was going to get an as advertised and described truck.

We had multiple things repaired on our brand new travel trailer purchased at an Indiana RV dealer. The service manager Mike Bates and his maintenance supervisor Rod Hunt did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Other RV service centers wanted to keep our trailer for 2 months where at Central Kentucky Truck &RV Center did it in less than a week. We are very happy and satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs their RV serviced.

These guys (owner and service) are the best!! We had a problem with the electrical connection between our motorhome and our tow vehicle. We were passing through the area, so called to ask if they could help. They worked us in even though they had a full schedule and the winter crud going around had slowed them down. They didn’t have any bays open so they came outside and worked on it IN THE RAIN! Luckily, they found the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes, sending us on our way. Highly recommended!

This was the only rv retailer that would help us out between Corbin, KY and Cincinnati, OH. We left Corbin and noticed some issues with our old hitch pulling our new camper. We called all of the service and parts departments and everyone was too full or too busy to help us get home. We noticed these guys on the side of the highway and pulled in. Rod, the mechanic, and Tim, the owner, put a new hitch on and got us back on the road. They went above and beyond. We immediately noticed the difference between the two systems. These are great guys and they run a top notch business.

We bought a new camper and had a great experience with the buying process. Staff was great to deal with. We have had some issues with the camper but the dealer and others have bent over backwards to fix the problem, however I was able to call and get someone to help with any problem we had. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camper. A true pleasure to make the deal with.

Awesome customer service. We pulled in with our 5th wheel rig that had a faulty brake light. They fixed it immediately for a fabulous price and they were so Friendly. Wish I could ONLY use the place for repairs. We are full time on the road as RV retirees and this is the best place in the USA we have ever been too.

We had an issue with our weight distribution system on our camper, we called Ky. Truck and Trailer...we were broke down on the side of the road, they offered to come pick us up. They were incredibly helpful and they had us picked up and fixed quickly and we look forward to doing more business with them again! Highly recommended!

Great people to deal with! I recently purchased a new StarCraft pontoon boat from Adam and the crew at Central Ky Truck / Trailer / Boat & RV. Having been in sales myself for the past 40+ years it was great dealing with folks that seem knowledgeable about their products, willing to answer questions and work through the details. I drove over 5 hours to purchase and pick up my boat and could have bought from many dealers closer to home. Though there were a few minor issues with the boat when I arrived to pick it up, Adam and Tim both reassured me they would handle these issues without question. So the only issue for me will be bringing it all the way back to have these issues corrected this fall. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a place to purchase a boat / trailer or RV, give these guys a try.

No pressure and unheard of pricing are the hallmarks of this dealership. We have been looking for the right fit bunkhouse for our family of 5. Many shows, dealerships, and 1.5 yrs of looking later we come across this dealer via web search. We see two rigs that might fit our needs. We had seen these & priced these @ trade shows this spring. We decided to go see them in person. Upon arrival @ the lot, Adam was very helpful and let us into the two units to touch and feel. When we were done, we sat down to talk price. We have been looking for a small camper to use for some travelling after my retirement. Looked at a few places around Lexington and found these guys to be the most straight forward in their pricing and approach to finding something that worked for our needs. Be wary of dealerships that make a 12,ooo dollar price magically change to 15 to 16 thousand and havent even added the tax yet. Great financing available here and training to use the camper as well. Ill look here first next time for rv, pontoon or truck needs.. Happy camping.

Had a 1994 class c motor home that needed some serious repair. Talked to Mike in parts and service, and I know they already had so much to do than work on a 24 year motor home with serious leaking issues and damage, along with a hot water heater and water pump problems. He took the task on, then he introduced me to Rod. Showed Rod my issues and a list of other things, and he said he would take care of them. I never imagined that he would take the time and effort to really fix it right like he did. I talked to other folks there just in casual talk also, and they were also very nice people. I would suggest to anyone when it comes to these folks, you are really missing out if you go anywhere else for service or sales. Well done everyone, but especially again to Mike and Rod. At the end of the day I would purchase another truck from this dealership but I would recommend trying to work directly with the owner. This was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I flew to pick up a truck in June, the truck was listed “like new” now I know there are bound to be some issues with a used truck. We got there and the windows were stuck and disconnected, the wiper fluid did not work and the truck pulled hard to the right. We were driving the truck home 900 miles so these issues matter. They said they could not do anything about the windows and wiper fluid but that we could go get an alignment and they would pay for it. We bought the truck and went to the alignment place and it broke down. They towed it back, gave us our money back, and said that if they were able to fix it and if we still wanted it they would pay to ship it. The next day Adam called and said the issue was it ran out of diesel and the fuel indicator was broke. Since it had a check engine light he was going to send it to the Isuzu dealer and have it all checked out and fixed including the windows and wiper fluid. A few days later, he told me everything was fixed. I decided to buy it and overnighted him a check, he said he put the dispatch in for shipping. A week goes by and no hits on the shipping. 2 weeks and nothing, end of 3 weeks and I call Adam and tell him I am just going to come pick it up and ask if they will reimburse me for my travel rather than pay for shipping. At that moment, he tells me that they found someone to ship it. They would be coming that Friday to see if the truck will fit on their truck and if it does it will be on its way, if not they will pay for me to come back out there. That Friday I called to get some details on the shipper and Adam was not there. I talked to the owner who told me the truck was still in the shop and was not going to be done until later that afternoon, and they have not even put the request in for shipping and it would take a few more weeks. I was confused and angry. The owner said he would just give me the money back if I wanted. I said no I want the truck, I have already made a payment on it and they deposited the check from the bank 2 weeks prior. I told him Adam said they would reimburse me for the travel and apparently, Adam never talked to the owner about that. I was able to work it out with the owner to reimburse me for most of my travel but I still had to come out of pocket about $600. The window and wiper fluid also were not fixed, he was able to get the window fixed before we drove it home but not the wipers so we had to pay for that as well. In speaking to the owner, it seemed like Adam lied about many things. All in all I was on 6 planes, stayed in 2 hotels and spent over $3500 in travel expenses.

Bought a 08 cummins which i was told was in great shape and they had it patch and fixed up real good.. well they have there money and done with me after selling me a blowed up truck.. they are really nice but once they hook u and u buy then its all over and u just got screwed

I need a part for my trailer I called them up they said bring it in lets look at it I took it in there they look so what part I need it they gave me the part and I drove away overall pretty please with the overall visit a lady behind the desk was nice the parts guy was friendly

Drove over 3 hours to look at a truck, that I was told was in excellent shape. Well it turns out the truck had some back yard body work that looks like a child had done. Very disappointed with their selectio of vehicles

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. There should be an option for zero stars. I came from out of state to purchase what looked like a nice Super Duty based on the pictures and the emailed description from the salesman. Unfortunately, and I didnt realize this until after I bought the thing, but the body was absolutely filled with Bondo due to it having rusted out everywhere. There were places on the underside of the rockers that had rust holes that were just taped over and then painted. It looked to have been done very recently too. Im of the belief that this horrible body work was done right at Central Kentucky Truck and Trailer so they could flip the thing. To make matters worse, I couldnt even drive it back home without stopping to fill up the transmission 4 times because the front seal of the transmission decided to blow about 10 miles from the dealership... Probably why they had me sign a document stating that they are not responsible for any issues after purchase. I also found out the fuel gauge was broken and always read full when in fact it wasnt. Then, as if I wasnt already hating life enough after having sunk way too much money into a rust bucket that needed the transmission and fuel tank pulled out to be fixed, they sent me the title in the mail that still had a lien on it from the prior owner. I thought it was weird that they couldnt just give me the title when I was there, now I know why. I tried emailing my salesman Adam, and the main office about the title issue and got no response. They took my money and were laughing all the way to the bank. I had to personally contact the out of state bank that held the lien. Luckily that bank was kind enough to respond to me and help me get the title issue sorted out. Im not saying that everything that they have is junk, but buyer beware. Make sure you inspect the title AND the vehicle carefully before you give these people any money, because once you, do you are on your own. They truly embody the used car salesman stereotype in every way.

SAVE your money!! This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks! They lied straight to our face about the trucks performance and what worked and didnt. With in a month of owning the truck we have had to put in over a thousand dollars. Wish I could do negative stars to warn people!!!!!!
