This was one of a kind experience and made even better by Preston (one of the employees). I was in and out in 10 mins as guaranteed by the business with an oil change while sitting in my car! Preston was friendly, attentive, not someone who wanted to rush you but took the time to look into other things and gave me a list of services and maintenance my car could use down the road, along with competitive pricing (and discounts). Came home, told my dad, he agreed those services could be useful (he had an auto shop for more than 30 yrs). So guess what? Ill be heading back to them for these additional services. Thank you. I came in today for State Inspection and the Express Oil team in Richmond location were very courteous and respectful of getting my car processed and efficiently completed the inspection under 30 minutes. I was very impressed with how professional Preston was with discussing my inspection in detail and taking the time to answer all of my questions/concerns. This was my first visit to their location and will definitely be coming back on future care care concerns.

Had a great experience here! Roger helped me over the phone and was super friendly and helpful. I asked if they did oil changes for my BMW and he checked the system to confirm if they had my filter in as well as the oil. He then also gave me the price for service. I really appreciated that he provided me with all the information without me having to ask for it. Upon arrival I was greeted by my car and Roger showed me to the lobby area where I waited only 15 minutes at most. I was in and out. These guys have wonderful customer service, friendly, honest and no pressure what so ever! Other places Ive been to try to have me replace l sorts of parts at the time of oil change and all Roger did was inform me of my vehicle needs and handed me some quotes to let me decided. This type of service is what brings people back!! Very nice location with excellent group of people working there!

Total rip off tried to charge me $1,600 dollars for work I didnt need. Took the car in for an Oil Change they claimed I needed back brakes and it would be $490. They did the work only for it the fail 3 days later. I took it back and they manufactured another story that said the front calipers had seized up and it would be $1,600 dollars to repair. Suspicious at this point I took the car to MB and THEY informed me that I was about to be robbed and the calipers had NOT seized but they had neglected to replace the brakes that actually HAD an issue. Which led me to believe the back brakes were never a problem. MB replaced the front left brake for $600 because at that point the left rotator was bad. I wouldnt take MY BIKE back there to put AIR in the tire. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

We have had my sisters explorer at several different mechanic shops trying to get it fixed!! When we got there Dusty asked all the right questions to figure out what was going on with the car. The freon put in my car AC only worked for 2 days. I thought they should have detected if freon or compressor change was the main issue. Nevertheless, the staff were helpful to resolve some of the car issues especially the assistant manager.

I was shopping around to get my tires replacedfor my Honda CR-V and found EE accidentally. First of all I must say staffs are extremely professional and courteous. Service advisor (I forgot his name unfortunately) gave me good discount and additionally reduced the price for tire alignment. Amazing service! Roger and Dusty were beyond helpful and went out of their way to help me understand what was needed for my car. Instead of telling me what was wrong and what needed to be done they physically showed me so I could understand it better. They got the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I needed a simple inspection .. called 3 places on a Saturday morning all of which were too busy . Alas, I found this place. The person who answered the phone was very friendly. They started right away and I was in and out in ten minutes. Preston did my inspection and did the transaction- he was thorough, professional and told me they do an array of services- including a fair priced oil change. I WILL BE BACK!

Great service! Wife had a flat nearby. I pulled the tire brought it in and they plugged it for no charge. Because of that I ended up buying all new tires for my wife’s car (which was already in desperate need of). 10/10 would recommend.

The technicians took great care of me. I wasn’t there very long about an hour for 4 tires to be installed. They had a promotion going on for $100 off with the purchase of 4 tires. All in all I can’t complain. And they have a lot of other service they offer. I will be back.Went back today August 12,2021 and the service is still outstanding. You will not regret getting your car serviced here. Came in for a flat tire and Preston was awesome. Thanx again guys!
