Absolutely the best customer service period. When buying a new or used car, you want to feel that you are not being taken for a fool and that you are getting a good deal and they really work with your expectations. We went in a bit late and they never changed their great attitude (even though Im sure they wanted to go home) they kept cheered and outgoing at late hours helping us with finance papers etc.. Made our first car buy a great experience. We loved Allan and Roger and everyone that helped us out. Recommend

I had a horrible experience! I bought a used vehicle and Trent in financing screwed up my paperwork and gave the DMV the name of some other customer. It took over 1 year to get my license plate and registration and all without even an apology. I will never do business at Hanlees Hilltop Nissan again. Buyer beware!

I came here a few years ago to trade in my car. I chatted with someone online about a Nissan Rogue or Nissan Kicks, but was more interested in a Nissan Kicks. When I got there he told me they sold out of the Nissan Kicks. When I was trading in my car it was in my brothers name and he didnt have to be there,he didnt even sign anything, I kept asking the sales guy he said dont worry. I did end up getting the car in my name, which was my plan. I was here for a very long time, like 6 hours. This is my first car in my name so I expected the interest to be high. I read the contract (afterwards at a later time) and all I can say is I was ripped off with my trade in. My fault for not reading beforehand. About a week or two later I also had issues with my check engine light coming on. I did come in a few times to get it resolved but it did turn off and they said they couldnt scan it. It was eventually fixed and I havent had a problem with that. I was told to come back in 8 or 9 months to refinance it. I did and they said to come back after a year of payments. I ended up not refinancing it. The service department is good. I would get my oil changes and the appointments were convenient. I wouldnt purchase a car here again I know what to expect from a dealership and I will take it as a learning experience.

Because its the only service dealership close by I come here. Service department customer service is horrible. First time I brought my car was to repair an ac unit they repaired my aC unit but didnt replace the hoses because they werent covered by warranty. Instead of calling me ahead of time they waited till my car was put back together didnt inform me of the bad houses but left comments on my work order. Second time I brought my car was because maf sensor was bad. Replaced sensor spark plugs 2 days later new code comes up for a catalytic converter. Again instead of informing of the issue they left comments on work order. Today I take my car in for a passenger window regulator they tell me the clip that connects my window to the regulator are bad not my regulator and I need a new window. Not new clips that would cost $15 for a pair at auto zone but a whole new window that costs over 350. Thats amazingly not covered by my third party warranty. Not only that I took my car in early i was the second person when they opened so they could look and find out whats wrong. Something that shouldve taken 20 minutes to diagnose due to the fact I already took the door panel off in an attempt to fix my window myself. As I told him myself the clips were detached from the window were broken. I thinking they were connected to the regulator not window assumed that was the problem should be a simple fix right. Nah not with this service department. They decide hey lets include the leaking oil pan in what we found wrong so the warranty can pay us more money. I didnt hear from these people until I decided to call to check on the status of my car 5 hrs later after not hearing from them. Anthony the service manager says hell call me back after he finds out what the warranty will cover. No answer had to call him back an hr later to see whats going on. Thats when he tells me whats wrong with the car my regulator works fine is the clips that are bad but thats not covered. Oh but your oil pan is bad theyll cover that tho. No word on my car until almost an hour til closing where basically my whole day was thrown away cant get a rental car thru warranty because technically it should only take 2.5 hrs to do the work. Rental coverage doesnt kick in unless 8 hrs or more. So basically theyre babysitting my car wasting my day away

Dont buy a car here gave me a scratch brand new car. When I spotted they try to said it just dirty and they went to wash it not once. I spotted it twice and they said oh we detail for you the next day. But, it gets worst after settle on a deal and price the finance manager try to change the warranty on the car. When I spotted that he said its a typo error. It even get worst when I put a down payment on it and said the down payment was the taxes I said how can a tax be exactly $5,000!! Beware you been warned!!!

1. We are looking for a used Hyundai Accent with a backup camera2. We find one in this dealership for a really good price3. I call to ask if there’s a backup camera, Jose answers my call and tells me he will check and call me back. He also tells me they have plenty of similar cars with similar price, even if this one doesn’t have a backup camera.4. We drive one hour to get to this dealership, Jose doesnt call back5. This car doesn’t have a backup camera, and there’s no other similar car. Literally not a single.6. We drive back for another hour7. Thanks, Jose, for wasting our time

Look no further than this dealership. I have purchased a car and helped a friend purchase a car from Hanlees Hilltop Nissan. I purchased mine with Anthony and Joel. I went there first and should have stayed there. I ended up looking at other dealerships and checking Car Gurus. Joel and Anthony had patience with me as I figured out the right car. They gave me enough space to make a decision. They helped me to find the right car at the right price. Trent was hilarious and got us through paperwork without delay. The Nissan and Hyundai Hanlees sales crew are the best. David made the first experience amazing and Joel and Anthony cemented that my first experience wasnt an anomaly. They were fantastic!! Hey Trent, how many clients do you want to continue loosing?Advice to all the potential buyers, first we are medical related professionals ( we can read peoples body language) and we are not first time buyers ( we have learn from previous rip offs and previous mistakes from the dealers previously), maybe seems long but worth the advice.We bought a car 2 days ago, the process were very suspicious from the beginning, Andrew the seller: I asked him for the next model above the one we seen and he said it cost 5,000 more when is not, easy to break had to call the manager to negotiate with us, we noticed his anxiety and discomfort with our questions.( Specifically, he broke when after he told us the asking price just for the car, without the fees and other extras, which was $10,000 more than the advertised price shown at the website, at the end we got the car for the advertised price) and then call the manager.The manager: ( I forgot his name) he manage the thing very professional we reach a deal and we agreed on that. BUT..... WAS IT A WORDS GAME? lets see... Because later all the deals agreed looks like they werent at all...Trent on financial: he change the deal we did with the manager, he refused to answer my questions from the beginning about my interest rate and monthly payment before he start printing all the paperwork and he changed the conversation, he stand up for a moment and I saw his monitor the interest was the double agreed and the monthly payment obviously was higher, when we asked for the deal we agreed before (which the manager make us sign) his anxiety was more than noticeably, and had to change everything.2 days after the purchase I went back to the dealer because they offer us a lot of extra things for closing the deal which at the end were charged to the loan, the guy who received me, a Spanish speaker, beard and skinny ( the guys from the entrance said that was the guy of financial that day (08/20/20) ), got mad with my questions, the hypocrisy came out, talking to me very rough while answering my questions, for a second he make me feel like a dump but I realized he was evading my questions when he gave me the schedule of the people who did my paperwork and suggested to come when they were there. When I finished I stand out the office while he receive another client, he sounded super sweet at that moment, and to be honest I only came back for some explanations no to change things, for example I asked about the free maintenance we got with the car we bought 5 years before, his answered very rude and said: that was 5 years ago, do you think the things remained the same, Nissan doesnt offer nothing free even an oil change, that is completely up to youWith this we are trying to let people know and be awarded, to be informed, and dont fall on the different traps and scams, we invite people to repeatedly ask during all the process the same questions ( interest rate, monthly payment, deals agreed and beware on fake and malicious advertising) before get confused and finally ripped off.Update:as suggested called back, the manager wasnt that kind we can say, but whatever, but his offer was HILARIUS, he suggested return the car and put $8.000 or more on down payment again Im still wondering what he was talking about and what was that related to the issue we had.update DEC 2020:DONT take the protection package, cleaning or whatever it is, is worthless, $1,200 and at the end was for a carwash every 6 months, took our car for its first appointment, they washed it ( came back with the same bird poop on the trunk) an the interior with the same (which mistakenly was charged extra that day) foot prints from our last trip with the family,. ask my money back and Trent as usual said yes, still waiting for the reimbursement.HEY TRENT, are you going to reimburse the money to the bank from that protection package scam ? still waiting for you to do it. how many potential clients do you want to continue loosing?NEVER Haylees, Never hilltop, Never Nissan again.

Always hard to get an appointment date and time when convenient to customer. Extremely difficult to get a walk in appointment for an oil change. I had an appointment first thing in the morning 8:00 am, I Had to leave my car for a 30,000 mile tune up and 4 Tire, tire change and alignment, i was told it take most of the day. SMH whole day lost for tires and a tune up that should only take four hours or less.Staff is courteous, prices are astronomically high.

Trying to purchase a used car, salesman wouldnt tell us the price of the cars? Kept asking if we liked the car. We told him our price range, he insisted on showing us vehicles, $2K-7K out of our range. When we told him this, he kept telling us, dont worry about the price, well make it fit. I never expected to meet an honest used car salesman but I wasnt sure what side of his face he was talking out of.

The service at Hanlees was excellent. We arrived with printout of a manual shift Nissan Versa we located via Consumer Reports in hand. Hanlees didnt have it on the lot. Daniel James, the young salesman we worked with immediately drove to Concord and returned with the model we found via Consumers. The dealership honored the discount we were promised. Got us financed and on the road that afternoon. All this to again say the service was top-notched! Thank you Hanlees!

We went to this place with my husband. There was a deal that when you do the test drive, they give you a gift card. this place was also included in this deal. we set the appointment and went to this place in the scheduled time. before going to there, we told them we are coming because of this deal. We did the test drive, but they said they dont give gift card. they look like they dont know anything about the deal. one of the agent noted the numbers in our coupon, but they didnt later contact with us or email our gift card. My husband called this place to discuss the issue and told them that our friends similarly went to one of the nissan agencies, and they got gift card just 1.5 hour after they talked to the agents about the deal. Their response was they are lying. So, the guy on the phone was saying our friends are lying. Our friends got the gift card in the same day, and 1.5 hour later. So, they dont lie. They are now still dragging their feed on this issue. They said the gift card can be mailed to us one month later. When l said why the other people got the gift card right away but we have to wait for a month, they didnt respond but saying that the other people cant take the gift card right away, it is not possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL SEE RUDE PEOPLE WITHOUT HAVING ANY UNDERSTANDING HOW TO DO BUSINESS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS POLITELY. I would give zero if l could.

He helped us a lot along with the manager Josh and they gave us options to make sure we can get the car we need for the price that we can afford. It was different from other car dealerships that we went to they are very accommodating. They drove our new car to my house late at night just to make sure we can have the car with us. Anthony was extremely helpful providing info over the phone before I even brought my car in, so I already knew what to expect.My car is fairly new, but i bought it used, so I wanted to have the full 9 yards done. Disrespectful, rushing, and unprofessional experience. Wouldnt recommend going there unless you know what youre buying.Car lot, full of dirty cars. You can almost choke on the dust as you walk by them. Not even kidding.I dont want to put any names out there but the guy who took me and my family to test drive a car was most of the time on his phone. A qualified salesman should know better than to give the impression that his phone is more important than $27,000 sale that he can potentially give his company. Im guessing his hourly rate is more important than his own commission. so much more to add this story but it is not worth the effort.Would rather drive twice the miles for better service.

I got my new 2020 Nissan altima here with only 4 miles at a great down payment even though my credit is not up the roof but everyone there was really determined to get me the price i wanted or get close to it and we got 20 dollars over the the monthly payment i wanted and i was very happy because they tried very hard . I just wanna thank Robert Lewis for just pointing me in the right direction with getting the car i was looking for and helping me on questions regarding the car and also Trent lukens for helping me get this car and just treating me with respect and answering all of my questions and concerns about my loan . Hello, l went to this place in the appointment date. We were gonna learn about the prices of cars, particularly nissan altima, and do the test drive. We also intended to get our gift card because there was a deal that they give you gift card when you do the test drive. We did test drive, and asked how we can get our gift card, but they said they dont give gift cards. In setting our appointment over the phone, l told them we will come to the test drive and to get our gift card afterwards. So, they know we are coming for the test drive and gift card. After the test drive, the agent who is talking to me became so demoralized when l told him that l wont buy the car today. And I dont have to buy a car from them on that day. That guy took notes of our coupon, but they still didnt give our giftcard yet. This agency is definitely included on this giftcard deal. And l have some friends who also benefited from that deal, and they got their gift card after doing test driving. Actually, they even didnt do test drive, and they just got the gift card when they say they came for gift card. So, l really dont know why this agency is dragging their feet on this issue. I am so frustrated about one of the agents rude behavior and their overall reluctance about the gift card issue. I definitely would not recommend this nissan agency to people.Go to somewhere else and find some polite people.
