I tried to get a quote from this company for a couple of weeks. First of all when we visited the shop, the owner greeted us by saying “didn’t you just leave here”, we said no and he said well you know they say all of you look alike. I should’ve turned and walked away but I excused it because I thought he may be senile in his age. The owner finally came out after missing the first scheduled appointment and took measurements and I confirmed the flooring. He said he would call me the following day with a quote. A few days went by and I didn’t hear anything. I called and left a few messages with his associate but I never received any type of response. A couple of weeks went by and I called one more time and the owner answered the phone and told me he would look up my information and call me back in a couple of hours. I received no response. I’m not sure if he didn’t want to do the job or senility is setting in, but communication is a major part of professional business dealings. If he didn’t want to perform the job, all he had to do was communicate that and not waste his or our time.
