The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful. Absolutely no snotty attitudes unlike the Hamburg store. I get my brows and hair done here as well and its always a positive experience. The store is always clean and well stocked, again another plus over Lexington locations. I do all my beauty and hair shopping here! Love all the ladies working here too.

Also a Hassel going because I always have my kids and and the stroller doesnt fit in the majority of the store. Beauty and hair care isnt just for woman with no kids. Moms shouldnt have to worry about if they can go get quality stuff because they have to take their kids and the stroller doesnt want to fit down aisles.

Cashier Tara was rude to three teenagers and snarky until one the the teenagers parents turned around, her whole mood changed and she was much kinder. so two faced.

I will never shop in the Richmond store again. I went in to buy shampoo and saw it was buy 1 get 1 50% off. I was charged full price and when questioned, the girl tells me thats ok, just swipe your card. When I refuse and question the amount, she says the big ones dont apply. I refuse the items and asked why the signs say one thing and she says another. She RUDELY SAYSwell maybe you need to learn how to read the small print! I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE IN MY LIFE. No product is worth being treated so poorly for and embarrassing me in front of others. GOOD BYE ULTA

First of all, the workers here are very nice and are always willing to help. They also have a nice collection of cruelty free items for a reasonable price. They carry many different brands with different price ranges so there is something for everyone.

Its always a fun trip here! They seem like they stay as stocked up as they can and have really helpful staff. I went pretty late and they didnt have tissues in most of the places for them but thats such a small thing they cant really help. I still love it!

I will NEVER shop at ulta again! The manager had the nerve to throw me out because I have multiple health issues that I cant wear mask..I have yet to date been thrown out of a store! Yall have lost a customer from this..

I have visited multiple Ultas and Richmond store has by far the most approachable, nicest, and most helpful workers that will show you product that could be of use to you. Seriously, could stop five minutes from my work if I only wanted to purchase product and get lackluster customer service at an Ulta in a different town but I will definitely be going back to this one because the women there made my afternoon so much better just by being kind and helpful when I had questions. Thank you all so much.

ULTA has something for everyone in different price ranges, cosmetics of name brands, store brands, old favs. Something for everyone, well, its a girly store! I didnt look for mens skincare but its likely one can find if they ask for assistance.

I love Ultas including this one. The staff are friendly and attentive without hasseling you like a furniture store. I love the Ulta brand products as well. They are high quality and great for beginner or mid-level makeup fans. The store has reasonably priced brands to more high-end brands to meet the needs of everyone.

Fun place to shop with knowledgeable staff with pricey albeit high quality products.

Really disappointed this one doesnt carry ColourPop and only a very extremely small amount of Catrice products. These are some of the best reviewed budget friendly brands carried by Ulta! Otherwise, the selection was phenomenal, especially for high end brands like Urban Decay, MAC, and Lancome.
