Haig is very friendly yet professional. He made an offer for my sterling and said it was good for several days…..there was no pressure to sell immediately. Doing my due diligence I took my sterling to another jeweler/buyer and their offer was $200. less than the offer from Kambourian. My overall experience was excellent, and I’ll be taking my silver plate pieces there in the very near future.

I had a large volume of silver from a family estate. We had good conversation, and they were very transparent about pricing. I got a great price for my Sterling and they also paid me for a pile of other silver-plated goods. By mistake, I had left some Sterling in the plated pile, and they actually reached out to me after I left to pay for it! I was blown away by that integrity. I would highly recommend Kambourian.

A friend recommended this place to me after being low balled all over town. They paid me roughly 95% for some old beat up one ounce gold bars. I sold silver bullion over the spot price. I felt comfortable in selling my numismatic coins because the owner looked them up in books and showed me the price. He did not put my collectable coins on a scale and offer me melt prices. Very straight forward experience and they buy on a very small profit margin compared to everyone else who offered half what my collection was worth.

Very easy transaction, I sold a diamond to Haig, I should have taken the offer the same day. He could tell I was unsure and insisted I get quotes from other buyers. For peace of mind I did and his offer was nearly double. Their office is hard to find, I wondered around looking for a store for 30 minutes. That said the inconvenience was worth being treated fairly. I highly recommend selling to Kambourians.

This is a real diamond office. They bought a diamond ring I inherited from a family member. The buyer showed me diamonds like the one I was selling. He paid 10% less than he would sell it for. I felt very comfortable, the offer was nearly double than other offers I received in NOVA. It was worth the drive to Richmond. The office is hard to find. The GPS will take you directly to the location. It’s on the second floor of a museum that looks like a mansion. So when I got there I was seeing a huge mansion and not a store. They could do better with signage or explaining how to find them.

They will pay more for your diamonds than anyone! Great business!!

I always use DPMEX to check the prices of precious metals. I follow commodity prices very closely and they always pay top dollar for unwanted jewelry. Not only that, they made a beautiful handmade necklace that I gave to my mother on Mothers Day. Its a piece our family will cherish.

What an awesome experience!! I knew that I wanted to update my .80 ctw diamond studs to a larger 1.10 ctw pair, but I didnt want the run around of a chain store. I was going back and forth on a pair that I was going to purchase in the Short Pump area, when I decided to do a little research about wholesalers. As it turns out, there is actually a source in our quiet town of RVA. I called DPMEX on a Sunday and was able to speak to the owner directly. Imagine that, on a Sunday!! We set up an appointment that following week, and it was quite educational. He was very open about the process and what he was able to do for me. No pushy sales business, fueled by commission. The meeting was laid back, but very professional. I felt comfortable talking about prices and my expectations. In about a week, my new studs were set, and they exceeded what I had asked for. Instead of I1 stones, he was able to get me VS for the same price, and the cut, OMG, gorgeous!!! The color was on point, I like a warmer stone to compliment my skin tone. The next Saturday, I brought my mom, and she also purchased a pair of studs. Overall, if you do not need the hassle of traditional jewelery stores, or the pressure to buy, I would check them out!!
