I had quite a few Le Vian chocolate pieces to be cleaned & inspected for the warranty. The gentleman that cleaned my pieces could not be bothered to dry them before giving them to one of his coworkers to give to me. When I stated they were wet she handed me a paper towel. Extremely poor customer service.
If you have already spent your money then this place does not care about you. Did not make the slightest effort to help me get my engagement ring resized in time for the proposal date that her family is flying into the country for. Now i get to slide the ring on her pinky finger like a jackass.
Went in to get my wife’s diamond re-set. They couldn’t find the service agreement in their system even though I had the paper with me. Patricia was short with me, and when she couldn’t find what was needed she showed me the full repair cost and left for lunch. Evan took over the train wreck from there. Telling me that I had replaced the diamond with a sapphire and that I should go to another store, because he didn’t want to help me anymore. After standing without greeting for 15 minutes, looking for my service agreement for 15 minutes, and being told I had replaced the diamond with a sapphire ( I keep a few around for when I lose diamonds?) over an hour later, I left frustrated. Took the same exact setup to the short pump store, within 20 minutes the ring was on its’ way to being repaired covered under the service warranty. Not sure what the problem was with Evan and Patricia, but they sure didn’t want to repair the ring for me. Negative 3 stars.
I wasnt please with the customer service I received from the manager Patricia she didnt show any interest in helping me. I dont management is for her. I requested a chsir to dit doen for health reasons soon as I got up she sprayed the chair but she didnt spray the counter after she finush helping customer before me.She really talj me out of buying anything add I was leaving she whisper to her coworker and than they laugh.Totaly unprofessional wearing flip-flop at work.
I went to get a pair of earrings to match my wifes infinity necklace. When I got there a man was helping an older couple and a lady was trying to figure out how to do something on the register. She kept asking the man how to do what she was trying to do. I walked around the entire store looking for the Infinity collection and could not find it. NO ONE ever acknowledged me at all. Not hello, we will be with you soon...NOTHING. Shop online, you will probably get better service
They open at 11 not 10. Annoying af when you drive over 45min to the only Kays around. Its nothing to update Google. Just a small glimpse into how little they care about your time
Worked with store manager Evan on several occasions to find the perfect rings. He helped my husband find a new wedding band and he helped myself find a new wedding band. His customer service was amazing. He took his time and helped us find the quality we were looking for in the price range we were looking for as well. He even told me about the certificate of insurance to add to my home owners insurance to make sure our rings are covered. I would go back to Kay Jewelers anytime and purchase something from him. Good job!
After my wedding set purchase, I went back a couple times for questions as well as asking about purchasing an additional band. They told me they no longer have them and I actually saw the same one on their website. They really acted as if they had no interest in helping me at all both times I came in. People working there have little or no knowledge about jewelry and not interested in helping you. NO customer service skills!
Evan took the time to explain the differences betweeen Kays warranties, guarantees, & financing plans. Easy to talk to and will always suggest some unique ideas. Hes great with working numbers and getting you the best deal for your budget, my wife loved when I brought her back to meet him and have her custom fitting (then he recovered the services they offered and how all the plans worked)
This is a negative rating for their credit card. I signed up for auto payments the day I got my card in the mail. Guess what it didnt kick in for my first payment due date, so now Im late on a brand new account. Dont make the same mistake. The ring gets 5 starts though.
After looking around at several jewelers, I found the perfect place to make my purchase. Evan, the Store Manager, took the time to really get to know me, what I was looking for, and explained everything clearly. It was great to leave feeling I made a friend and will absolutely be back.
My experience here was amazing. Evan, the store manager, helped my fiance and me pick our wedding bands out. He took the time to explain details and deal with my picky self. I will always go to this store even if Im closer to another!
Miranda was so helpful! I always have trouble with Kay’s finding my ring in their system. She found the problem and fixed it. My ring was serviced and cleaned in no time.
Dont waste your time at this location. I dropped off my Movado for a battery replacement, which they told me they had to ship off, which is normal, and they did a lot more than just the battery, without asking me, and charged me 145$. When I went over to Zales, they quoted me $20 for a battery repair. Even when I asked what I was being charged for, they could hardly tell me the price breakdown and compared a movado to a Mercedes Benz for repairs. Point, go to Zales or anywhere else where they wont take advantage of their customers.
I had a great experience Kays, gave me 110 percent effort in helping me leave with something.

Store is closed during open hours. Drove 30 minutes to pick up my merchandise and the store that is located inside the mall is closed.
