These ladies were amazing.My kids and I were on vacation for my parents 58th anniversary, with mom being blind we had difficulty finding the right gift. But they did, we found a Hold snowglobe with Amazing Grace, inscription around globe says pray big worry small trust God. We had it engraved, and it plays moms favorite song...Amazing Grace..Dad days she listens to it every night before bed. They packaged it for travel and it survived.

Excellent Customer Service! I dropped off mugs to be engraved. The young lady who was there stated that she did not fill comfortable with doing them; however, the manager is use to doing outside items. She took down my order completely to give to the manager and stated that she would call me the next day. I will update once I get the finish product.

Purchased product online went way out of my way to pick up, because most of their stores are now closed. Picked up my purchase, employee should it to me in the store VERY QUICKLY. Got in the car, engraving was incorrect, employee tried to give me a story about the engraving machine. Was offered to do it over but the one photo album that was left in the store was scratched...

Small shop at Chesterfield shopping center. Barely any space to maneuver even though there were only 4 customers in the store. Not enough variety of any thing to choose from. The store at short pump was better. Wanted inscriptions made and was told it would take 2 hours. Two hours for what!!! One of the main attractions of going there is getting inscriptions on gifts, but if I have to twiddle my thumb for 2 hours, not worth it.

UPDATE: contacted corporate, and they sent me a new one with better engraving in a different font, free of charge.If you buy anything here, get your items engraved elsewhere. This is the entirety of my conversation with the clerk when picking up my engraving order.Me: “This is ... not well done.”Her: “I did the best I could. It’s just that font.”I picked a font her manager had recommended. Ill be taking this to another engraver to salvage.

I love the items available here and the fact you can get a lot of things personalized. The lady inside was very pleasant and accommodating!

@crypt keeperSame experience, same person, now I know Im not alone. Its a shame really because they would be such a nice store for gift buying, but they really do need to change out their staff. Though this was a while ago so who knows, maybe they have. Either way, Things Remembered at Short Pump is much, much better in terms of competence.

This store sells junky merchandise, not worth the money for what you are getting. They do not hire people who are competent at engraving either, so do yourself a favor and buy your own items at a real jewelry store and find an engraver who can competently do the customization work.

I just would give this location 0 stars if it would let me! As a company, when you tell someone that you’re going to do something for a specific price, no matter who you are in the company, it’s your duty to uphold that service for that price...then you make changes to insure that it doesn’t happen again. Now when you don’t do that, you end up being totally counterfeited & unprofessional. I was told engraving a nameplate was $16-up to three lines. After my partner went to pick up some more nameplates, the story changed to $16 for three words!! Two totally different statements, which made one of the nameplates $28!! Instead of the manager “making it right”, and exhibiting “good customer service” and refunding me the balance, and then making it understood that I was misinformed, so that going forward it would only be three words for $16, she refunded me the total amount and kept MY nameplate!! Horrible service, and they lost a frequent customer at that.

Cant do a non-crooked, legible engraving to save their lives. Given them several chances, and Brittany in particular needs a thicker set of glasses judging by the crooked engraving jobs she does and then tries to turn around and hand back to customers. Dont waste your time and money here.
