Been three times in the last month during the day and always closed. Lights on, just no one inside and door locked. Pretty sure this location is closed. There is another location about 10 min away, wouldn’t try this location.

This is the most unhinged store— it’s never open and when it is, there’s always a new worker who tells me a sordid tale about how the last one got fired. Never reliable, always a hoot.

Says open online and the lights are on but it was locked and not open. Lots of reviews here say the same. What the heck is their problem!?

Like others, arrived during their open hours. Lights on but door locked. Sign on the door said “be back later,” and lots of folks were waiting in their cars to get in and purchase products.

Everytime i go to this location they are closed for an invalid reason, and on a separate note i called about 15 times today about a query on a product and the three times the guy did answer he hung up on me and stopped answering, this gnc sucks!

The manager, Isaiah, at this location is the rudest dude you could imagine. They are an Amazon Hub Pick-up center and this guy wasnt scanning in packages from weeks ago. When I called Amazon, they had to call him to get stuff cleared for pick-up. He had about 10 packages unscanned. My mother called to figure out why stuff kept saying missing in the mail - and he hung up on her saying he couldnt hear her, and that he doesnt work with Amazon, etc. yet they are both talking on landlines. I dont work for Amazon lady *Click* GNC headquarters tried to call them 3 times to no avail. Amazon has multiple reports filed for this location. When I finally had access to packages held up for the past 2 weeks - he tried to go back and forth with me about how he isnt affiliated w/ Amazon and doesnt handle the packages - yet hes the one that scanned them w/ the Amazon admin over the phone, and set them on the floor by the door. GNC headquarters is looking into this location, and Amazon corporate is also trying to remove their ability to receive packages. Isaiah needs customer experience training bad - cause his attitude is poor, his management skills suck, and he lacks accountability.

Worst place ever. Who closes a store 2 hours early. This GNC needs to be shut down

Place is closed almost every time I go there, for no reason, in the middle of the day. Super annoying.

Worst fking place ever. I have been supporting you guys since 2004. I have been coming to the store multiple times and its never open on time. Apparently my time isnt worth value to you.well Im taking my business and anybody else I could find thats supposed to GNCs business to vitamin shoppe. I called customer service they put me on hold and hung up on me.

Hours must be wrong, or this store is permanently closed because I came to this store at 1 pm on a Thursday and the doors were locked.

Arrived at the store at 4:28pm and the store hours on their website says it closes at 5pm on Sunday. Absolutely terrible service.

Really nice, Go Get It, staff!He had me to spending more money! Because of the Pandemic, you dont have the selection you usually have.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Most items have a 30 day refund (provided you kept the receipt) even if product was completely consumed. The staff was willing to listen and had very productive conversations addressing my specific needs and provided many options for me to decide which was appropriate for me. This will be the only GNC Ill go to from now on!

Went to this location at 6:50 and they had locked up shop when their hours are listed to be 7.

Does not seem that store take best care of merchandise, store is very warm and small, limited itemd
