I ordered online from Chanette Hawkes. The customer service was very bland. I wasnt going to order from her again BUT after taking the product it did NOT seem authentic and I felt a REVIEW was necessary to warn you; If your thinking of using Herbalife-- I WOULD NOT recommend this vendor . It was like weight GAIN powder mixed into the formula.When I read the review that said it seemed watered down....I was like Wow mine wasnt right either....Theres a older lady name Mary out on Fairfax Va, she is a excellent trust worthy Herbalife distributor. Ive used her back in 2003-2004 and the products are within the date of use, arrive on time and she gives you tips on how to use the product to meet your goals. Anyway Ill be looking her up! I dont do watered down or altered products ..very scary..

Staff was awesome had a shake and a tea and both seemed a bit watered down. Not what I’m use to but I would go back again! I’m from mass just popped in.
