This company installed a new A/C unit in my home. Their staff was on time, courteous, and very professional. I was very pleased with the service they provided and the instruction that was given upon completion. I have called other companies but by far this company has exceeded in customer service. Foster has installed and maintained plumbing, heating and air conditioning equipment for us since we moved here. Their attention to detail was first class. Now, not so much. This AC system is the first of two they have installed. The other was a heat pump system. Both are installed in the non-climate controlled area of our attic. The system I am referring to now (Air conditioning only) was installed first and inspected by Foster management (Matt Torrence). I didnt reinspect their work because of their previous work standards. I happened to go into the equipment area in the attic and was surprised to feel cool air. It was immediately noticeable. Called Foster, they came out, told me they repaired the leaks that were in and around where the flexible ducts were attached to the air conditioner out put. I was assured that they had fixed the leaking air, so again I didnt reinspect their work.I have tried to talk to Matt several times on the phone over the years concerning prices, their work etc. It could be days before he responds to my calls. When I know he is there, they will tell me they talked to him concerning my complaint/problem and that he just rushed out to an appointment and was not there now. It has happened too many times to be just coincidence. Seems like our service issues are not very high on their list.We received a very expensive power bill this month, so up I go to inspect the repairs to the flexible duct connections to the air conditioner, sure enough its still leaking! Called Foster again, they want to charge me to fix what they were supposed to have repaired before. They told me they were out to fix those leaks in March and now in August they dont want to fix it correctly without our paying again. It was supposed to be done right when they installed the air conditioner, then when they were called back for the leaks.I have asked the phone person at Foster to have Matt call me on Monday morning (8/09/21). Chances are I wont get a call, before having to call multiple times next week.

They charged over $900 for a two man team to do less than three hours of work. They installed two standard Delta bathroom faucets and a Kohler toilet--all supplied by me and at the premises when they arrived. I did not get an estimate in advance and was shocked by the charge. In addition, one plumber gouged the vanity countertop when installing one of the sinks, causing several deep and noticeable marks. The manager later came to our home and inspected the countertop. He said the plumber who damaged it was no longer with the company. The manager also said he would have the countertop repaired. The manager is currently in contact with a contractor to repair or replace the countertop.

My family and I came home from back to back baseball games, in which my husband is head coach of both, to a massive leak coming thru our ceiling in our laundry room. Needless to say, we were all exhausted and panicked to find this. We just moved to the area about 4 months ago and had no idea who to call, on a Saturday none the less! I quickly did a google search and found Foster Plumbing and Heating. Within 30 mins of calling them, someone was here fixing our leak. The tech found where the leak was coming from immediately, fixed it and was in and out! We were so thankful for Fosters! Highly recommend their services.

This was not the first time I have used Foster. Every interaction with this company from the telephone calls to service calls to installations have been great! They are empathetic and timely. They even loaned us a portable AC unit until they could get our new one installed!Special shout out to techs Tim, Nick and Zack. They took great care of us, even leaving our house cleaner after their work than it was before.

I called Foster after hours, about 1am, due to AC not working. They had a great technician, Tim T., to my home within 2 hours. Tim quickly diagnosed and repaired unit within 30 minutes, needed new capacitor. AC working good now. I highly recommend this honest and outstanding company. Ask for Tim T., he is fantastic!

Tim and Martin came to our house to repair our mini-split. this morning They did an outstanding job locating the issue, explaining the problem and what they were doing to resolve it, and performed a thorough job to provide a complete solution. We have been loyal customers of Fosters Plumbing and Heating since we bought our house back in 2016. Every time I call, they always fit us in quickly. I just had a really great experience this morning where we had a leak in our bath spout and they quickly replaced a part. I always appreciate that the technicians always take the time to show me what the cause is and then letting me know what is necessary to fix and what is not. I never feel like Im being upsold and they always patiently answer all my questions. We have had HVAC and Plumbing emergencies in the past and they always fit us in quickly...as in that day or the next....not weeks unlike some other places I called in the past. Customer service is amazing and that is why I recommend them to everyone I know!! I will definitely be calling them when I need my water heater replaced! :)

Called on Fosters to replace a hot water tank that we thought was malfunctioning. After scheduling the full replacement, the Fosters installation crew arrived and deduced that the reason for the failure wasnt a malfunction of the tank, but an electrical breaker that was failing. Rather than proceed forward with the replacement, the crew helped locate an electrician to fix the breaker. What could have been an easy job to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer was handled professionally, honestly, and with absolute integrity.If you have doubts about whether your contractor treats you fairly and honestly, you need a better contractor. If youre calling Fosters, youve already got one of the best. Have great confidence in them -- they will treat you respectfully and honestly. Its a rare breed to find!

They were excellent from start to finish. Great communication, the install team worked VERY hard to get the job done in one day so we would not have to go without heat for the night. They did not stop working the entire time. I could not be more pleased. The follow up post install has been great as well.

Ive been using Fosters for about 6 years now. I moved back to the area and my wife hired them to install a heat pump. We bid them beside 3 other contractors, and their price was competitive, the man that came to bid the job was knowledgeable and professional, and since theyre local, we gave them the job. No regrets.I had them install a heat pump in a rental I own, again professional, did what I asked, no regrets.I use them for the 2 times a year maintenance on both my house and the rental, and they do a great job.I hired a bad contractor to fix up the bathroom in the rental, when I started having plumbing issues (from the remodel) Fosters came right out, fixed it for a reasonable cost.Cant say enough about them. They are a good company. Not always the cheapest. But they do good work and charge fair prices.

I had an inspection of my duct work due to poor installation by previous owner and mold and shabby install work was found. Foster Plumbing & Heating had a crew out immediately to take care of the issue and replace all of my duct work and installed a Phenomenal Aire Cleaning filter to my system to help clean and keep clean, the air coming into my house. They have done plumbing work for me as well and I would refer them to anyone that is looking for Quality service and amazing customer service.

Experienced a severe clogging of the entire system in my downstairs bathroom. I have used Foster in the past and they are always responsive and professional. I asked to speak to a manager to detail the problem I was having. He dispatched a team who were professional, courteous, safe, and personable. They did a great job on the system and cleaned up very well afterwards. Very pleased and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Brandon came out to my house yesterday and did everything he could to solve my main sewer line problem. He spent an extensive amount of time exhausting every option to try and get my plumbing up and running before he left. Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Foster is now going to replace my whole sewer line in a timely manner so I can have plumbing again! Extremely grateful to this company and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Drivers are tailgating, cutting lanes at solid lines during a yield off an exit, etc. I will never use a company employing someone risking lives in such a manner.Update: I spoke with a rep for the company informing how seriously they took the matter which I appreciate.

I called the office around 8:30 .... we needed a new water heater. They got us on the schedule for later that morning. That was impressive ... and then they showed up early, were thorough in explaining the process and helped put things back after they were done. They called back later to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. The office staff? SUPER friendly!! The onsite technicians? Incredibly helpful and prompt. I love this company! We have had ongoing plumbing issues in a new house we just moved to. Between calling the county public utilities and the plumber, it was Foster Plumbing and Heating that finally figured out the problem. They were always responsive to our calls, even after hours, always very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and figured out the problem and explained what was happening and how they were going to repair it.

Logan just executed another great maintenance visit. Have been customer for several years and they are consistently superb in their service & maintenance calls. Techs know what they are doing; thorough in their explanations, personable etc. Cant say enough good things. Wish all service providers were this way.

This is a very professional company. I was highly impressed with the response time and finding the cause of our problem. They worked as fast as they could to get the necessary permit to repair our sewer line that runs from our house to the street. We’re very pleased with their work.

Great company to work with, very professional, friendly and very much customer focussed. I had a Trane AC unit installed with them little over a year. Somehow, the evaporator coil gone bad and Foster Plumbing & Heating replaced it for free although the warranty had just expired. Couldnt be happier...Highly recommended...I worked with Matt who is a serious, straight forward and trustworthy guy..
