Poor customer service. Tried working with these people and a project going back and forth trying to get different pricing and seeing what works best and in the end I got hung up on and told to go elsewhere. When all I was trying to do was figure out the best way for myself. Unwillingness to work with you, inpatient and overall attitude. No attitude was given until I was told that. So far as I’m concerned the hell with the company of Richmond Steel
