Great place. Great employees.They were very nice and very knowledgeable. They provide quick and helpful service. Good variety of bikes. We called then took a drive out and got our last minute Christmas present easy as 1 2 3. They had no problems firing up the motorcycle we were purchasing and explaining how everything worked. They even had their guy come and tighten something that was rattling. 5 Stars from me.

I looked for Pit bikes all over Calif and Nevada including internet. Price was unbeatable for the service i got. Picked up 2 Apollo 125 pit bikes, rode them that day. Cant wait to try up in montains this weekend. Ill be back soon to pick up a ATV. Thanks!

The salesman was knowledgeable about the dirt bikes. My 14 yr old wants one and my husband and I dont know a lot about them. The salesman was patient and gave us some good information. We will go back and purchase from them.

I had never been here, but I was driving by and decided to stop and have a look. I obviously wasnt going to buy anything on the spot, and I said as much, but the gentleman at the desk still took time to welcome me in and check in with me in case I had any question. And all of this while helping out a gentleman in the process of selecting and buying a helmet. Even the mechanic out back was friendly.This is a small operation but with that level of customer service, I expect to see them grow. At the very least, if you like to feed your two wheels plenty of dirt, you might want to look these guys up. :)

Got my xp 1000 in and out of shop fast and done a great job

We bought a little four wheeler from here for my daughters birthday. They have a great selection there and we got just the color we wanted. We took it with us camping and she loved it. The shop was really responsive about questions we had after purchasing and the experience has been all around pleasurable. They got us out the door in less than 30 minutes. I’ll be back to get myself an adult quad, thanks guys!

I dont normally write reviews but I just wanted to come on here to think Richmond Motorsports. Ended up purchasing a 125 pit bike here and Im very satisfied with it. Already taking it on a few rides I really rode it hard and its obvious that its built very well. It performs just as well as a Japanese bike of the same size but at a fraction of the cost. The price was a few hundred dollars cheaper out the door on the same model than the other dealers in the area so Im glad I found this place. They have a lot of bikes crammed in there so there was plenty to choose from. They were a little bit busy when I went but they still got me out the door as quick as they could. Thank you guys!

Poor service. Waited a whole hour outside and in the show room for someone to help us. Finally my husband asked when the guy would be available to start our paperwork, and he said he was helping someone else who came before us. Which was someone who actually came about 30 minutes after us, lol. I understand you have multiple consumers to help, and only one guy behind the counter, but a little recognition or communication wouldve been nice.

I normally dont post reviews but I definitely need to thank major and all his work hes done. Hes the only mechanic thats came to my house in San Francisco twice when I needed something done of my scooter and keeps it extremely professional at all times, you can definitely tell hes well experienced in this field. Purchased a Amstar 150cc scooter here and I’m really happy with it. I’ve already put a few thousand miles on it and it’s holding up great and haven’t done anything to it besides oil changes. I had a bunch of questions since this was my first motorcycle purchase and the sales guy was really patient and helped me answer all my questions I had without pushing me to buy. I ended up returning later that week with cash in hand. I had some questions about how to use it after I bought it and texted their number after hours and they responded right away. Can’t beat the service here! Thanks again guys.

I’ve rarely experienced such above and beyond service from a company. The owner has been practically holding my hand since day one with prompt text messages back within minutes explaining how everything worked. Send video immediately that clarifies things. Suggests how to run in engine, change the oil, use the choke. He guided me through handlebar adjustment. He’s replacing a damaged exhaust and heat shield with a drop ship immediately within minutes of my asking for help. Offered to guide me through installation process as soon as I receive it.I now have the bike perfectly set up and all questions thoroughly answered thanks to them. EXCELLENT shop. Five star review particularly for Major Anderson...I bought a 49cc motorbike from him at Richmond Motorsports back in November. Since then Ive made some upgrades to the bike and had a few issues come up here and there. No matter what, Major comes through with a solution for a timely fix. Hes friendly, has great customer service and a sense of humor.I always feel like his prices are fair for the work and hes even made house calls a few times and which saved me the cost of having to get it towed.Long story, short: I love my motorbike and a huge thanks to Major for all of his time and effort!

My family (6 people) told a trip from Sacramento to Richmond motorsports.Horrible!! There was 2 bikes in the show room. The pictures online aren’t the same in the store.The guy on the phone was really nice to my husband but he just does advertising smh don’t waste your time if you’re trying to buy more than one or looking to see one. Do not because you most likely they sold them all today! Lol Just don’t waist your time!!!

I have been having issues with my scooter for months now. After having taken it to another shop time and again (5 times in under 2 months) I brought it to see Major at Richmond motorsports and Ive gotta say Im a customer for life here. Major did the work and actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and get it fixed properly. Explaining the service to me in a way I could understand and being up front about the pricing which was beyond reasonable. Keep up the great work sir, an honest mechanic is hard to find!

Do You Guys Have The Tao Tao Dbx1 140cc

Was referred to the mechanic here by a friend who got some work done and his bike. I decided to bring my old Yamaha blaster back to life after several years and wow! Thanks to Major who did more than an awesome job, he brought it back to life and created a beast. Big bore kit, great head porting work, correct jetting, carb tuning was spot on. Pricing was very reasonable, alot cheaper than mostly all shops in the area. Certainly will recommend, another customer beyond satisfied !!

I brought a 125cc dirt bike for my son from here. This is a new business and they are eager to help walk you though the choices they have. The bikes are import versions of much more expensive bikes - so if your kids are just experimenting with the sport this is a much more cash-sensitive way to go about it. The bike itself works really well, no issues, and my son had a blast with it everytime weve been out. They have good followup especially helping you with parts or maintenance issues. Check them out!

I had a good experience buying a 125cc pitbike here. There really werent any other places to buy one for a reasonable price. Also the staff was really helpful in answering my questions over the phone.
