This is my go-to motorcycle gear and supplies shop in Richmond. Every time I’ve been in Sprocketz, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. They always offer competitive prices, and know their customers. In particular, Ryan has been so friendly and helpful. Given the choice between going to a big box store (or ordering online) and buying from Sprocketz, I’d choose Sprocketz every time.

Long story but Ive been buying stuff here for the last two or so years. Ill echo the common sentiment that these people ride and know their stuff, even the short guy from Kyrgyzstan. What sets them apart though is the length they went through to find an adventure boot that fit my larger than normal calf muscles (I look like a cartoon). I tried on everything in the store and none of them would fasten. So they special ordered some Klim boots for me to try on and they were also too small. But here is what distinguishes them, rather than giving up having exhausted all of their distribution channels, they picked up a new distributor. JUST to get the boots that MIGHT fit me. Well the story has a happy ending because the Sidi adventure boots arrived and fit my chonky legs. Long live the Kyrgyzstanian!!!!

Good experience buying a new bike. I had let them know I would only be arriving about 20 minutes before closing, and they did everything to accommodate this. They were also reasonable with price. Bike is great!

Part of the Honda House family, Sprocketz sells gear and is the Yamaha showroom. The employees here, Erik and Wade, are well informed, nice, not pushy and above all, very customer oriented. I go here for my gear and find their prices are competitive, even with the online places. This is my go to place.

Very clean spot. A ton of variety on accessories and very knowledgeable. I bought a helmet and gloves a couple weeks ago. The gloves were some 50 dollar EVS gloves. They were great but ended up ripping. I went back today and exchanged them for some pricier Icons, but I had NO issues with the return and i only had to pay the 14 dollar difference. As far as the helmet, they made sure it was in my budget at fit me right and were pushing the safest products they could for my budget. I ended up with a HJC C17 and love it. You can always save a couple bucks on amazon, just like anywhere, but you dont have the know how and personal experience you get like you would here at Sproketz. So do yourself a favor, spend the extra 5 bucks and visit the store.
