Made what I thought was an appointment to get my tires installed, showed up this passed Saturday ( day of appt ), and no one was there. Shop was closed no answer to phone calls, messages anywhere. Called again just now, still no answerWhen I called Friday a woman answered the phone I asked about getting the tires changed. I said I had the tires and tubes, she asked a man what the cost would be and I could hear a guy say between 130 and 140.00. No one said the shop was closed or you were moving. I said I had to bring the bike Saturday because I couldnt get there before you closed. BTW your webpage shows your open at 9am theres no mention of you moving and as for the sign on your front door, that also doesnt say your closed only that your in the process of moving and please excuse the inconvenience.

I have never taken my bike anywhere else and dont plan to take it anywhere else. But you guys are temporarily closed. What am I to do now? Lol

Ok, my dad brought my bike here. I had some issues with it after storing it (Im military) and transporting it out here from Tennessee. I didnt have the time, and had a lot going on so I let it go for a while and ended up storing it for 4 years.My dad brought it to this shop and asked them to do whatever needed to be done. I saw the paperwork and the pricing was awesome compared to quotes I had on it.I was amazed at how good of a job they did, and with all the mess going on with business closures they made sure the work was done and worked with my dad to bring it home. Ive had this bike over 10 years and its running like the day I got it.My dad said he brought the bike here because my brother had his work done here as well and their professionalism, timeliness, and damn good work impressed him. I dont think Id let anyone else work on it after this. They deserve the credit for the work. Its outstanding, and I cant thank them enough.

The other day I was in here ordering parts. I was just amazed at how the owner just came in spoke to everyone then just got down and helped a guy out that was trying to fit spacers in a front end on a springer. Now on a sat this guys would have been lost with out the owners help. Lee was very patient and thoughtful. Very stand up and knowledgeable sales and service. Plus you get to look at alot of history there. I was just very impressed!

I enjoy going there talking to Brenda in Lee also looking at the bikes and I always buy a couple sweatshirts

Departure is the only shop that I will allow to touch my bike.These are Stand Up folks and the shop is amazing. True engineers here.Grateful to have them in the community!

If you want honesty and real people working on your motorbike or just need parts then this is your place to go. If you want or need your ass kissed and/or your hand held then go to Harley. They are good at doing that to get your money.

Lee and the guys at the front desk not only helped me try to find what I needed but went the extra mile to help me figure out what the issue with my bike so I could get the correct parts.. Thank you.
