Great place to get your Harley or custom bike made built or fixed

Great group of guys and girl (Lori). I stopped by to see if they could assist me on finding a venue to hold our annual event. Lori made a suggestion and I followed up and the tip paid off. I appreciate her helping me out.

Out of town on business and had my shifter break. These guys went above and beyond with the fix to get me home in a very professional and expedited mannor. Thank you all.

As in all retail businesses markup is expected and Ive made parts purchases that I was astounded at the prices professionalism second to none very very knowledgeable staff

The service here is so great that I break things on my motorcycle on purpose just to take it back there! I hope they never learn this shameful secret. Or maybe I hope they DO so that they know how much I love their great sevice! These guys are GREAT!

I cant say enough about this place so Ill keep this as short as I can. I guarantee u wont find another shop that will take this good care u. Cory kept me updated through all the repairs and showed me what was going on during the process so I understood what, why, and how as far as my bikes issues and the repairs being done. The price was fair, everything was done when or before he said it would be and I knew my bike was safe when I left on it. The quality of work was excellent and these people know their stuff. Lauri provided me with a detailed list of everything that was done to my bike, every part, part # and price, labor, etc. Shes very knowledgeable and between her and Cory, I was able to leave without having any questions and feeling good about the work done to my bike. It handles beautiful and feels like new all over again to me. So dont waste time reading reviews on any more shops. This is where u want to go. Love this place! Thanks guys!

The problem for my bike was diagnosed by Laurie literally within seconds. The repairs were done within the stipulated time and gave me proper walkthrough on all the maintenance which was done and also which needs to be done in the near future. I have now found the place which is reliable for Harleys in Richmond. Thank you Cory and Laurie.

Excellent folks. I don’t have a garage or work area, so I love that there is a place I can work on my bike. Super helpful, non-judgmental (I don’t ride a Harley) and patient, all at a ridiculously fair price.

They wont rip you off if youre a girl, theyre very friendly even though Cory may not seem it at first, they work hard and well, and the community garage is always full of helpful people when you need them. It feels great to work on your own bike even when you mess up a little because Laurie and Cory will make sure youre good to go before you leave. They go out of their way and I would recommend this shop to anyone (and I have)

Great Local Shop.Richmond is not without its share of motorcycle shops, but E&F is by far the best.Cory does great work in his side of the shop to both keep your bike on the road or build your dream bike if thats what you seek. He can also knock out warranty work if you still have an HD with a warranty.And on the other side of the shop there are several lifts that you can pay by the hour to fix your own ride if thats more your speed.If youre looking for the latter to become your speed, you can reach out in advance and get some adult supervision, where Cory or someone in his staff with help you fix your own ride.Rates are best in town, service is great and the shop and its staff are very participant in the local motorcycle community.

The experience was awesome they helped change my tires when I used to do my tires by hand but they have a tire machine which makes changing tires so much easier. And they assisted me with the tires they went out their way to get a Allen wench just for my front tire so I could remove my front tire. I recommend them for majority of your motorcycle especially if your schedule match up with the times they are open.

Even though they couldnt help, they recommended a reputable shop that did excellent work.

The community garage is such a great concept. You can get your bike worked on or do it yourself there! I know they have helped me out tons!

Best shop in RVA and the surrounding area to get your Harley worked on. And the best place to work on your own bike of you dont have a garage!

I had my forks done on my old Kawasaki here and Im sold. Corey did me right with the work and the price. The shop looks awesome and the atmosphere is inclusive, something you dont always find in other places.

Corey will fix your Sportster for you or you can fix your Honda yourself in the community side. Laurie will change a tire for you or become a member and she will teach you how to do it yourself. It is the best of both worlds. Some days I dont feel like doing the work and I ask them to do it. Some days I feel ambitious and lick the projects on the community side like putting a radio on my shovelhead. Jokes are always free but bad attitudes will cost ya. Five out of Five stars.

I just bought a tire had them put it on friendly and very observant of your bikes will let you know whats wrong with it even if you didnt ask them to willing to share info and its a wicked awesome place

Corey ordered my chain for me and I replaced it at Engine and Frame. He gave me sound tips. Great shop.
