This place should have five star rating all the way. This man that runs the company is a great man, who is flexible and compassionate, even thought his hours are 9-5, sometimes he can let you stay a little over if he isnt busy afterward. His motto is if youre willing to work with me, I am willing to work with you. If people leave stuff in their unit after the close their account he put it in a storage specifically for families who lost their house to fires so they can at least get some furniture and things alike when they find a new place. He has the best storage ratings in all of Richmond and UHauls to rent out for you when you are ready to move your things. He is a nice man and understanding of peoples situations. I just placed a reservation for a 15ft truck even though I am waiting on to hear back from a moving company to do it for us. I told him I would call him as soon as I figure something our from the company and he still reserved the truck for me. He has a neat office full of great knick knacks and is very talkative and tells interesting stories and he is also a great listener. When we thought we were moving in our apt in two days after putting things in storage, he was willing to write a check for 60 dollars to pay back for the storage units we were using for two days. It ended up being two weeks to move and he was very understanding and sorry for our situation. Great prices, great, compassionate, understanding manager. What more could you ask for?

The folks at this store were VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. They came through when others failed. They were friendly, easy to deal with and seemed appreciative to hand my business.I would do business with this company again.

I returned a 5x8 uhaul trailer I had rented in another state. Had no problems returning it and the associate behind the desk was very polite and had all my paperwork done when I came back in from dropping the trailer.

Very helpful staff, especially Ron! I used their uhaul service. Im inexperienced in hauling a trailer, but everyone I interacted with took the time to answer all of my questions and provided hands-on assistance. If I wasnt moving I would absolutely use this company again!

Awful customer service with a rude manager!!!!!! They most definitely dont know what pest control is, because we had rats in our unit. We had to get rid of stuff we didnt want to becuase of their rat problem! I definitely do not reccomend, and if you have one here already get out!!!

Today was the second time that the on duty manager was rude to my wife. I called and he apologized while also deflecting it as being stern. He said stuff we neatly set beside their excessively overflowing dumpster needed to be put in the dumpster as it was dumped today. my wife whi is 7 months pregnant and everything shy of bedrest told him that I her husband would take care of it as soon as possible. he proceeded to rudely tell her well someone has to do it. We have heard other complaints about the management being excessively rude also. I tried to suggest bigger dumpster or even a roll off dumpster to a solution and just recieved excuse after excuse. There is plenty of room to maneuver a truck for a roll off in there. I put stuff in our unit out of a 26 ft penske boxtruck into the tightest part of the property. Very possible. they dont care about making it easy on the customer but making it easier for themselves. My wife left a review on Facebook but was threatened into removing it. she was told to remove it or they would take further action. Very unprofessional and rat infested business. my stuff has been in the unit barely 3 months and Ive already had to toss stuff due to rats and the drywall ceiling is also falling. very poorly maintained property.The above was my Facebook review ti which their response was.Im sorry you feel that your wife was forced to remove the comment. I asked her politely as was shown in your screen shot and she complied. We run a professional business and have a great reputation. We supply a dumpster for the convenience of our customers and it is dumped once per week. However, as stated in your agreement, you are responsible for removing trash and if the dumpster is full, you need to remove it from the property or wait until the dumpster is emptied. The guy automatically assumed they she was just trying to get him to go away and that she was not being serious, emperor seated in a very rude manner on the manner when he should have given an opportunity for us to prove ourselves to be the honest people we are. When there is a known rat problem in your facilities and your management even acknowlege is complaints, And then told you yall have S control come out once or twice a year. That is not professional. Obviously pest control needs be coming out more often. When the roof is falling in on your customers items, that is not professional. When the seals at the bottom of your door is all chipped away because of dry rot so it cant even adequately keep water out, that is not professional. I agree you run a business. But there is no aspect about your business that is professional. We could have a much better maintained storage facility for the price that we are paying. However we chose your facility and unfortunately are seriously regretting it at this point.

THERE ARE BABY RATS IN MY BAGS AND THEY CHEWED THROUGH MY FREAKING BAG AND MY CLOTHES AND IM SO PISSED. IT WASNT JUST ONE RAT. IT WAS 2 THAT I CAN SEE BUT THIS IS ONLY ONE OF THE BAGS THAT I OPENED. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Their hours state 9am-5pm M-S but they are not here and it’s 10:30am on Friday. I’ve also always been given rude customer service when dealing with them.

Many comments regarding staff being extremely rude or rats in units. I have had a unit here for about a year or so now, and I have never had anything other than very pleasant experiences with all employees. I have also never once seen a rat in any of the times I have been up there.
