This storage facility is by far the best that I have seen in a long long time. Paula and Stacy were willing to listen to all of my concerns about renting a unit and giving great selling points on why Storage West should be the place that I come. After further comparison Storage West is the true climate control facility. By the way, having a free truck doesnt hurt either!!!!!!!!!

This is a very high security complex than the usual storage facility. You have to use your code to get in and out of the facility. Cameras are abundant and there’s security measures on the door of your unit(s) so if you haven’t paid your unit rent, the alarm will go off to signal you’re not supposed to be there in your unit. The facility as a whole is very clean and well lit. Ms. Paula, the manager, is very sweet and thorough and makes the check in process very smooth and easy. She can help you with ANY questions or concerns you may have about the place and she’s sweet as pie. She’s clearly StorageWest’s best asset.

My experience with Storage West was nothing short of amazing! As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by Paula! She took care of us right away and made sure that I understood how to use my code and key! The entire process was simple and quick! The facility is clean and so are the storage units! I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage facility! Thanks again Paula!

This storage facility is the best I have seen! The units have air conditioning in them, so they are not just a climate controlled facility. The units are very clean and well kept. Paula the manager is very accommodating and helpful! We have two units and would recommend them to anyone needing a storage facility!!

I have had 2 units here for the past 2 years and would like to share my experience. The property as well as the storage buildings and elevators are all kept up and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful to a point where I would say they go out of the way compared to many. I havent had a single issue with my experience here and am highly satisfied. If there is anything that I would suggest changing it would be the hours you are allowed to be inside before the gates are shut down. 7pm is the cut off so make sure you are done by then. I would like to see maybe 9pm like other places. I would highly recommend this facility.

This site is awesome, is clean very well taken care of. Paula the Manager is very friendly, helped us choose the right size storage we needed, she was very patient with us when we took our time to decide what we needed, she also gave us a very good deal for the space we got. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

This location is so much better than other locations. The manager here is so awesome and the place is so neat and they are very professional. I have used this location about three times in a row now. My belongings are still fresh from when I packed my things in the storage till when I get my things out. They are absolutely the best.

ALL of your storage needs are exceeded here; from the condition of the facility to the extremely useful extras (a super clean bathroom, faxing capability, supplies on hand for purchase, etc...) thanks to the hard work of those lovely ladies. KUDOS to you! Heck even when challenged with a stack of documents and an uncooperative fax machine, Paula manages that unruly service extra with a smile : )

Ms Paula and the team at Storage West are welcoming and treat you as their most important customer! They offered me a variety of storage solutions, took time to show me the units and there was no pressure, unlike other facilities in the area. The facility is a few years old now but you would never know, it is kept super clean and tidy to the highest standards, wash rooms are my indicator of a quality establishment and let me tell you they are well looked after! I have been a tenant for about a year now and will not use another storage facility in the Katy Area! Great Job Ladies you hit a home run in my book!

I had visited this Storage West previously and Paula remembered the price she verbally quoted and honored it. Wonderful staff, great location with easy access from the tollway. Its a very convenient location to my neighbour hood. Friendly staff, easy registration/cancellation, new and neat storage room. Definitely recommend if you are finding somewhere to store your stuff.

Overall a very good place. Only issues I had were technical. The elevator either did not work or the code would not work. They fixed it relatively soon but when the codes dont work you cannot access your unit. Waiting an hour or so can be a little frustrating.

Clean, convenient storage facility. They really came through for us during Harvey.

Last May we were moving two daughters home from college and needed a unit close to our home while they looked for a place in Houston to live. We kept watching this storage facility as it was being built and it looked so nice and was close to home. It was not quite open but we took a chance and walked in the office where we were greeted by the manager, Krystal Cooper. We asked if they were open yet and her response was, we are now. She was awesome! They werent due to open for another week but she was willing to allow us to go ahead and rent a unit in order for us to move all of our girls things straight into the unit. Its been a pleasure renting from Storage West Cinco Ranch for almost one year now and we highly recommend the facility!
