Monique was very really rude to me and I have officially made my complaint to Monique and Ill be moving stuff soon, this site has gone to the way of the birds... the rest of the staff are friendly or cordial

I was told that the gas hand was not on the same spot in which I received it but when I compared the picture to the gas hand it was exactly the same. I had to put more gas than what was in the truck before I received it. The young lady Kira Pantone definitely ruined my experience with this location...

Monique was friendly and courteous during the checkout process. There was a miscommunication about a furniture dolly and I thought i was billed for it. Monique called me first thing in the morning to confirm that I was not billed the $7 for the dolly.

The lady at the counter was very pleasant and I was in an out of there quickly. Great experience.

Manager here was super attentive, patient, and helpful in attempting to track down a tow-rig for my needs. Very professional and high attention to detail. Most refreshing customer service in this day and age!

Made an appointment online 8 days prior to have a hitch Installed. When I showed up the lady behind the counter was so rude and told me they dont have anyone scheduled to install the hitch for me.

Somebody from Uhaul called me because somebody else didnt return their truck on time. The lady was down tight Rude. I would personally go buy a truck rather than renting from them. I tried to explain to the lady I am at work and unable to talk and she proceeded to talk over top of me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOMEBODY WHO HAS NEVER RENTED ANYTHING FROM THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. AND WILL NEVER NOW.
