Great icecream and staff!

Nice small outdoor patio

I used to give this location 5 stars and a very high review. The new manager may have improved the interior, but replaced the staff that knew us, welcomed us and were a joy to see on our weekly trip with himself, another person or two (presumably related) who do not have much personality. On top of that, when presenting VALID coupons, they begrudgingly accept their own offers, have terrible customer service skills, and Ive never seen smile - and the worst offender? The new owner/manager!Carvel needs to have better screening when it comes to allowing people to purchase their locations and run their franchises. This new management is going to kill what used to be a great business with poor attitude and rude behavior.
