I love the Kroger brand but this location is my least favorite. The layout is strange compared to other Krogers in the area. The produce section is always picked through. Its just so small. It doesnt seem like they stock throughout the day. Organic produce selection is limited. They also dont have paper bags at this location which I hate. Parking lot is tiny. Honestly just drive 10 more minutes and go to Madison.

I have had poor service multiple times. However, it is convenient so I will stop. I went in to get skim milk today and there was non on the shelve, but I could see it in crates in the back. I had to try to find some one. He mumbled something about dairy and disappeared in the back. After a few more minutes, I called the store and the person who answered said she was up front and would have to find some one. She pages overhead. The previous employee came out and tried. To avoid me when I asked if he found someone. He then went to the back, came back out and said they don’t have any. On a previous occasion all the had was expiring that day. I will now go out of my way to go to a different grocery store.

August 8, 2020 at 8 am. I’m at the outdoors check in waiting on my groceries. The two women working here are amazing! They are so sweet and polite. They work so hard. They apologized for the wait twice and would explain where I was in place. Amazing service. The wait even wasn’t long at all. I hope management will see this and give these women a raise so they stay with your company. Last time I was here, there was a real nice young man working. You have hired quality people! The lady that calls herself a manager there needs manager management training because she clearly missed the mark on treatment of customers. One of the rudest Ive seen and doesnt listen to anything you say and rudely cuts you off while youre talking. If you dont like your job, you should seek other alternatives.

Kroger has gone down.. nobody running registers all self checkout

I am so tired of Kroger changing the way they do sales. Buy 5 save 5, buy 10 save 5, buy 2 save 2, buy 3 save 1, etc... and then you try to add the digital or paper coupons on top of it, you have a part time job just shopping. Its a headache. This stores aisles are so tight and the parking lot is awful. Several times Ive bought food and after I got home realized it was expired. So now I have to remember all the different coupons and sales (not to mention make sure the sale sticker is with the right item) and make sure I dont get something expired. Plenty of times they have been out of what I needed too. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is bc of the butcher. He is awesome!

My experience today at Kroger on Lake Harbour was awful. Due to the fact of I bought some Blue Bell ice cream and it was freezer burned and they did not want to refund me my money. I understand it is some people in this world that are not honest but that is not me. But I am here to let you know I want never be back. I understand we going threw a crisis With this virus at the moment but so am I and money don’t just grow on trees for me either. I will let everyone know not to shop their for ice cream.

I did a pick up order and I got products that were going bad, disgusting. Dont do pick up, if you want fresh products go in the store yourself. This location is just 🤢. And they dont tell you about the products you did not get because they were out of stuck.got charged 4 times for 1 barilla spaghetti and 1 barilla penne. Poor customer service. Will never shop at that location, it s just🤢🤮

Ok grade Kroger. Not the best Kroger within a 20 mile radius. Small with helpful, friendly staff. Good if you want quick, grocery-only items.

My Kroger experience was AWESOME. The items I needed were in stock and the employees were friendly and helpful in answering my questions . The savings were incredible. The Angus beef patties I got are delicious. The pre sliced meat is fresh and tastes great. The fuel points are an added bonus. I would RECOMMEND Kroger to anyone who wants a great place to shop.

Very good selection of produce! However, the ladies in the bakery need a little more training in the cake decorating area! Received a cake today and it was so plain. Piggly Wiggly was the best! Too bad they went out of business. :-(

Kroger has the best meat and good selections of vegetables in a very affordable cost. Should you need fresh flowers, I believe Kroger on Colony Crossing Way in Madison, MS has more inventory compared with other branches in town. I saw a flower arrangement from their florist shop. By far, it was the best Ive seen. Whoever their florist is she did an excellent job. My friend goes to this store for her flower arrangement need and other grocery shopping. My advice to you, in the event you have future celebrations, will it be a wedding, birthdays, Thanksgiving, Valentines or Christmas, you can book your order for fresh flowers. In my case, some flowers I ordered were not available in terms of color preferences. You may be able to make arrangement with the store.

A very open and nice place to shop, very spacious and clean and has almost all the ingredients you need for your next dinner. I come here likes it’s my second home!

Kroger Ridgeland Ms....Got to be the worst around. They no longer accept recycleable Kroger bags. WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THAT ?I would guess that 90% of the employees do not wear masks !!!! WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THAT ?? Poor attitude among the employees; they should feel fortunate that folks like myself still shop there and give them business and thus giving a chance at a job. What a monopoly.......VERY poor stocked store; even when times were better.THEY SHOULD LOCK THE DOORS AND LET .....ALDIS come in.

I was in your store shopping and I bought some steamed crab clusters. The older gentleman took my order. They were supposed to be spicy but they werent. They were not cooked thoroughly. The worst Ive ever had. I will not buy any thing from the meat department again. I will only buy from the hot deli and do my shopping at I55 Kroger.

If you want great deals and a variety of foods then Krogers is the place to shop they have a great variety of meats also custom order cakes and cupcakes they also do catering for partys also if you didnt know their they also have health care things as well such a toothpaste shampoo and other various things also I would suggest getting a Krogers plus card because it will not only save you money on food they also have gas stations that you can earn points to save tons of money on and I think you can use it a Kmart gas stations overall a great place to shop for groceries: also look for their discount baskets have a ton of random stuff discounted tip#2 any hot food over 3 hours gets discounted half price

If I could give this Kroger a 0 stars I would! I went in today with some bacon I had bought 2 packages of and was returning 1 unopened package with my receipt because the other one didnt taste right and had a bad smell. I am not going to put my family in danger of possible bacteria. So I brought back the unopened package and threw the other one away. I explained that to the associate Kathy and to the manager she called that was working there today. He said I could go get something different if I wanted to but he couldnt refund me anything. Because I was already going to buy something I said ok but when I get there with my items the assistant manager Michael Marshall then proceeds to tell me that now I cant get other items I can only get the same bacon I had previously told him I didnt feel comfortable eating. During such a hard time in our economy I figured they would be just the least bit understanding specially since their policy says that they are only returning or refunding items from the meat department. I had an unopened refundable item with my receipt. I am very disappointed in this Kroger.

I would like to know why the cashiers seem to also be bagging groceries lately. Where are the baggers?? Cashiers bagging the groceries seriously slow down the checkout process. I love Kroger products but I will have to look at another grocery store that employs sufficient staff.

A cashier named Tatiana was very helpful. She is the best cashier Ive ever seen in my life. She was sweet and fast. If I were to recommend her for anything, it would definitely be cashier of the year. A supervisor named jonathan was also very helpful. He assisted me with finding a product I was desperately in need of. He also was the one who pointed me in the direction of Tatiana. Great service at this Kroger.

I think I visit this Kroger location the most because its quick and easy for me to make any errands before work or during lunch. I love how the store is always kept clean and its easy to move throughout the store. I also like the roasted chicken salad from the deli.

You have a jewel of an employee in Russell! He was so helpful and made my day. From helping me with obtaining my buggy to bagging my groceries, what a delightful, kind and considerate grocery associate. He is a top ten.

I really like this Kroger. Its either here or Wal-Mart in Madison as far as quality in service and products. Beautiful flowers, decent prices . Ive never seen there lines backed up with only a few registers open so I love that

At least one worker always asks to assist. Loved them when I was pregnant, there was always someone to load groceries for me. Produce is almost always fresh and most items are usually in stock.

Has everything you need. Short drive from most neighborhoods in the Ridgeland area and down the street from the reservoir, so perfect for quick stops to grab what youre low on in the middle of the week or to grab some snacks before heading to the park or out on the water. Workers are very friendly. On the corner of a big intersection, so sometimes difficult to get out of the parking lot.

Ive never had such a great experience in a Kroger. I walked in and happened to see the Manager being very helpful with another customer and letting her know exactly where to find her items and answering all of her questions. Once he was done he quickly turned and came to assist me. I couldnt find a particular item, and he personally went and retreived it himself, with a smile that showed he was happy to help. A great experience altogether, and Ill definitely be coming back whenever I need something.

Decent grocery store. Ive had little luck shopping on Sunday evening. Earlier in the day Sunday or any other time of the week is best.

Will not be going back. More than once has something been expired. I just bought something that was 7 months past its expiration date. And about a month ago I bought some pot pies that had dethawed and refrozen. Just gross. Plus they are always poorly stocked. And when you talk to management, when returning expired items, they are ruder than rude.

This store has the most unpleasant employees Ive ever encountered. From the bag boys to the cashiers to the deli staff. I called on one occasion to share my experience with a supervisor but nothing changed.I cant understand why management allows this behavior to continue.Shop elsewhere if customer service is important to you.I refuse to go back to this store even though it is more convenient than the one in Madison on 51.....where they do have friendly employees.

Customer Service holds different hours than the store itself. So, if you need to do anything as simple as exchange an item, you cannot until Customer Service opens. Its ridiculous. If you are open you should be able to exchange items.

Absolutely an unpleasant experience at this Kroger. Every single employee at the registers/bagging area looks miserable and makes the customer feel miserable as well. They could at least say hello and smile. I got nothing even after I tried speaking to them. I will have an extremely hard time not saying something next time I encounter this problem.

Not a bad location, but the food on the salad bar is consistently old, which makes me worried about the cleanliness behind the scenes.

Choices are becoming more limited; shelves almost empty in sections; prices spiking and bagging is awful. However, I still love the employees! Oh, misplacing of products lead to overcharging.
