Excellent customer service! While on line I watched one of the techs talk a customer out of a very expensive repair. He encouraged her to purchase a new device even though it would cost him a sale. That kind of straight forward honesty is hard to find these days… My phone was fixed fast and at a great price. These guys will be fixing all of my electronics in the future.

My daughter has broken her iPhone 5 screen twice in 2 months. So I got to go to iTech Cellular twice. They did wonderful jobs both times. In addition, the people there are very nice. I think the owner is really a good guy. They were very efficient and each time when I got the phone back from them, it looked brand new. My daughter said the screen is the same as the original. We are very happy with their service and their price.

Have had both cellphone and computer repairs done here. They are great - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Theyll advise on things you can do to protect your devices or make them run better, but dont try to pressure you into any up-sells. With the phone repair, it took two tries to get the problem 100% solved, but (unlike certain big box stores!) they treated it all as one repair and actually apologized for missing something the first time! Definitely my new go-to place for all repairs.

The screen on my daughters iPad was cracked and in the corners the glass was almost pulverized. It was fixed in one afternoon and quite inexpensively. The customer service and attention to detail were remarkable and the repair itself was exceptional. I would definitely go back.

Damn got there at 11 am gave in my device the guys said it would be minimum ready for pick up at 2-3p.m went to Home Depot and around 12 they called and said it faster than they expected and it was ready for pick up .. no more cracked screen for my note 2... :D great service tooEdit... been using it for a day noticed there was 2 little black dots... tried to clean and it would go away so it must be from the inside will be going back there Thursday ... unfortunately also the screen freezes once in a whild and the touchscreen is not responsive dont know why

You want to go here in the event something happens to your electronic devices. They are fair, honest, and reasonable. We have had several different devices repaired and were always happy with the service and quality of work. If they cant fix it, they will flat out tell you instead of stringing you along.

Fast service, reasonably priced. The one issue I had was, about a month after my cracked screen was repaired, my thumb fingerprint stopped working. The home button still works but the phone functions are no longer working.

Brought in my sons iPhone 5 which was dead and would not charge. First went to the Apple Store and they told me it was most likely the motherboard. Told me nothing they could do with it. Very good. Brought in iPad2 which had a cracked screen. This was the second time getting it fixed, the 1st was somewhere else, and iTech did a better job and they did it within hours. Store is clean and staff were knowledgable. I recommend them and would go back again.

Very happy with the service I received at iTech. Brought my iPad in with a cracked screen. Apple quoted me over $200 to replace it. I iTech did it with no hasslesfor $117. Professional and courteous though out the transaction. Plus I liked the yellow iPhone standing outside. Only warning is in Ridgewood get there early as parking could be an issue.

They did an excellent job on my Samsung Galaxy 4s Active. It was expensive to fix, so I rushed out and bought a case, it really taught me a lesson. It was done the same day it was brought in and it only took a couple of hours. They guys are good!!I

I brought my iPhone 5s in to be repaired because it was not charging. I recieved it more broken than when I dropped it off. Not only didn’t they not fix my charging issue, the home button stopped working, and I couldn’t make phone calls. I don’t know what they did, but I had to go buy a new phone that day. If you care about your phone, you won’t bring it here.

A few weeks ago, I dropped my brand new Galaxy S4 in my driveway as I was getting in my car for work. The ENTIRE screen shattered to pieces! Nonetheless, it was a TERRIBLE start to my day... It was still functioning normally, but the glass was literally cutting my fingers as I was trying to make calls and texts. So during my lunch break, I went onto google and searched up Galaxy S4 Screen Repair and started to do some research. I called up a few different places and no one seemed to be doing this repair. None of them even sounded confident they could repair an S4 because it took them all so long to give me an answer! AND they all could NOT guarantee me that the repair would be done in one day since I NEED my phone for work!I called up this place, iTech Cellular, and their price for this repair was the cheapest I found, AND they said I could bring it in that day and have it fixed. The only problem was that I work in Vernon NJ and iTech is in Ridgewood (about an hour drive) and I got out of work on that day at 5:00pm.... I told the guy on the phone (Craig I think his name was?) that I wouldnt be in until 6:00 and he said that was no problem because they close at 7:30pm on weekdays.Long story short, I got there at 6:30, and they fixed my phone in 45 minutes! The glass made the phone look brand new! It was amazing! I gotta thank these guys TREMENDOUSLY for first off, giving me a great price, second, being so fast, and third, being so polite/friendly and patient with me on the phone since this was my first time ever breaking the screen on my phone and I was clueless on what to do.Cant thank you enough iTech!

Excellent customer service! Fixed the screen on my iPhone in 1 day. Special ordered a screen for a smartphone that was no longer in circulation and fixed that within a week of their estimated time of completion. Called me to keep me in the loop about everything going on with its progress. Very confident and highly recommended for anyone with any smartphone issues.

I cannot recommend iTech Cellular enough! They took our laptop (which the I-Store had deemed un-usable and un-fixable) and had it fixed within a very short time. Apparently, there was only a loose wire inside the laptop. This minor fix saved us a lot of money and we became iTech customers for life. Thanks for your honest and reliable service!

ITech has repaired two of our phones (my sons iPhone and my Samsung), cracked screen on both of them and did a good job on both of them.Very convenient and fast service.They also worked on my wifes iPad which took more time (as it was a more complicated problem).In any event, they are very professional and convenient and do a good service.

Very nice guys, had my smartphone glass broken and they repaired it. When a bubble appeared after 5 days, they repaired it again for free. One recommendation: Call or write them before coming on Saturdays, you will not have to wait so long.

I spent 3 months trying to find the exact model of my phone. I have a Motorola RAZR V3t phone. Once I FINALLY found the exact model iTech was able to fix my phone in less than 15 minutes so that I didnt loose any of my photos, videos, datebook or contacts which was my biggest issue. I will be a repeat customer the next time my phone goes down. With electronics I am realistic enough to know that it will go down again sometime down the road. I have already taken steps to have back up RAZR V3t phones for the next crash. Thank you so much iTech for saving my phone & all that is important to me.

Not to happy with there business ethics.. I had a cell phone that all it needed was to be factory restarted. The guy had told me that he had to charge me $25.00 and I literally had just got out of prison and I couldn’t figure out how to get it hooked up to an iTunes to do that myself. I only had twenty one dollars on me at this point and the guy said that he wouldn’t be able to help me out even though there wasn’t any parts that were involved, just about 10-15 min of his time and so I left there and traveled to Tice’s corner apple store and there they had made me a priority and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Guy at itech looked at me like I was crazy to ask for a five dollar discount!! Unbelievable

Dropped my S4 and cracked the lens and digitizer underneath. Found iTech Cellular on the web. Gave them a call, they told me to ship it up and theyll take care of everything. Easy instructions for shipping on their site. Packaged phone for Priority mail with insurance, sent it out on saturday morning and they had it in their shop on Monday. Techs worked on it the day they recd it and sent it back out the same day. And it looks as good as new. Cant beat that, had it back in under a week and all i had to do was make a quick trip to the post office. Super job guys.

This is now goofy and perhaps too long to read, but my Friday afternoon less-than-impressed review is below.Below that, please see my early Sat. update !Im giving 4-stars because they certainly lived-up to the 45 minute repair turnaround and the reasonable price, and the service was friendly as well . . . . but Im right on the verge of deducting another star because Im so very disappointed !Im still using an iPhone 4s ( dont judge !! . . its exhausting relearning layout and function every few months ! ) and I had finally cracked the screen last Sun.When I got home from iTech on Wed., into lighting I was familiar with, I noticed the screen seemed several degrees darker w/ a subtle blue-tint.I called immediately to ask why my phone seemed to be wearing sunglasses now and was told to bring `er on back tomorrow.I completely understood what I was eventually told about the 4s screens no longer being made by the original manufacturer, and how suppliers become harder and harder to find, but isnt that something I couldve been advised of on day one . . before a night of mystery and the return trip ?Or could I possibly be the first 4s repair theyve done in months ?Jeez ! Still cant summon it when I try . . but Sat night there it was, and it showed brightness was down near 40% or so, and I dont recall touching it before or after going to iTech !Regardless . . ITech service was very professional, prompt and staff (Mr. Taras) very accommodating.The home button on my i-phone stopped working, and initially, iTech fixed it.2 days later the phone started acting like a disco: the applications were flashing & jumping from one app to the other on the screen. Additionally, the Siri function turned itself on by itself & I was unable to disconnect it.Brought the i-phone it back to iTech Cellular; they took time to do more work for no charge. They really tried to fix it; cleaned it as much as possible and were honest to tell me, that the board inside was damaged; therefore the phone is not fixable with a guarantee that it will work well & refunded my fee.I recommend iTech in Ridgewood to anyone who needs competent, honest electronic repair by professional, reliable service.

Just terrible & unprofessional. I received a call from them on Wednesday/Thursday of the week, asking me to come in for an interview on Monday of the following week. When I came in, all dressed in a suit/tie at 10am at their Ridgewood locationthen I learned that there was no interview in fact; apparently I was emailed on short notice on the Sunday asking to rescheduleNever did hear anything back from them via email or phone, or any apology; thanks for wasting my time guys!

I brought in a newly cracked iPhone 5 (warrany expried) and an old 1st Gen iPad that had cracked years ago and couldnt afford to fix. iTech Cellular was able to fix my phone in a couple hours, and the iPad was ready later the same day. The price was WAY better than any other mail away service, and totally beats having to buy new devices. I even got a Speck protective case to keep this from happening again! I love this place!

An update on a review I did about a few weeks ago. After complaining that my iPod Touch was not repaired to my satisfaction. I received an email from Craig on how to rectify the situation. They not only not charge me for the battery replacement, but did not charge me for the return shipping just to make sure that I was happy. I AM!! YAY! You dont get good customer service like this anymore, and Im very pleased that they went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was happy. Will be sending this to all my tech friends (4) to recommend iTech Cellular for any and all repairs. Good work guys.I found out about Itech Cellular through a computer online mag, and decided to try them out. I printed out the form for my Ipod Touch to be repaired and mailed it off. They received it, and after a considerable amount of time say a week and a half. I contacted them and spoke to a Craig G. He stated that he had tried to call me several times and left a vm. I checked both nuimbers that were left and only found one short vm, the rest were hangups. ? Ok, so after talking with Craig, he informed me that my repair charge would probably be around $85. He stated that he just ordered some batteries for the Ipod and that wouldnt come in until the next couple of days. He also stated that he checked the port and might have to replace that. Ok cool no problem. I received an invoice maybe a couple of days after that with a charge of only $53. and some change. Cool, cheaper than I expected. I sent off the payment through Paypal, and received my Ipod in 3 days or so. I charged it up, checked it out, and found that although it was faster, I was able to download updated versions of Apple OS. It was still losing battery power. Ok, maybe I didnt charge it long enough maybe the new battery wasnt fully charged. No such luck, after fully charging my Ipod it still loses power the moment you turn the stupid thing on. And dont try to listen to music, Facetime anyone. It immediately goes to red. I emailed Craig back inquiring what was actually repaired and did I actually receive a new battery. He said that he cleaned out the port, stating that there was some liquid damage. And no I had not received a new battery as initially told, but for a small fee of $35. I could get one. Wait? What?! I quickly emailed him back regarding the water damage that there was none, and that I wanted a new battery, and to find out why it wasnt charging properly. And what was that initial $53. charge for? He emailed me back stating that he would not charge me for the return postage if I sent the Ipod back to him for the battery install. #epicfailIts my own fault for not going with a local company, but took their information from the website and referrals as the Gospel. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. The Itech staff mainly this dude needs to be more clear with what is actually going to be done and what will the cost be in the end. I didnt have a problem paying the $85. if everything was done the first go round. Its like taking your car to the mechanic paying out hundreds of dollars only to come back because we forgot to do something but well only charge you the labor. Really?!• • •
